I normally rave about how good AT&T is. My initial experience in the store was great, but my follow up visit was not. In fairness to AT&T I gave them my review and they requested that I put it on Google. Surprising since it is not a good review. Here it is:My wife and I were told our trade downs or worth $1000 towards new iPhones. We traded them in but our new phones had to be shipped. We got them in one business day and transferred everything. I took both phones back to the store the next day and when I turned them in I was told they were only worth $800. If I had been told that upfront I wouldve gotten a less expensive phone. That $400 that they lied about is $400 I do not have. I have been a customer since the first cell phones came out with BellSouth mobility. This is the first bad experience Ive had and honestly its almost enough to make me go somewhere else.
Slow at first but once i was finally greeted by an employee she provided great service. I believe her name was shaylyn? She was top talent and i even tried to recruit her to come work for my software company. Loving my new phone so far!
Extremely slow. The slow salesman slowly walked to me and slowly asked me questions. Then slowly told me I have a slow wait of 2 people. After slow 45 min I’m still in line. Slow
Went in the other day Ale helped me switch company. I walked in thinking I would just need my phone number. I didn’t come prepared but Ale reassured me I had nothing to worry about he contacted Verizon for me to get my account information. I know he had to go out of his way and I really appreciate him for making it stress free for me. If you need to switch talk to Ale he’s the man!
Went in today to see about a better plan for our family. Veronica went above and beyond and was able to get us an unlimited plan, new phone and AirPods all for less than what we were paying before. She made sure that the plan and new phone covered all of our needs. She was absolutely wonderful!!
What an experience, Lisa was able to help me through the whole process of transferring my information from my old phone to another phone. So glad we have people like this, thank you Lisa!

I was having problems upgrading my prepaid service Ive been told that there was nothing they could do about it I went back to the same store and Riley was a genius and a wizard and solve my problem with patience and charisma. She should be given a huge raise and promoted to District Overlord she has made a customer/friend 4 life and I will always go back to her whenever I have an issue with AT&T.

Lisa,Shannon,Diavonte, we’re so helpful in helping me today. My phone was stolen and I was panicked. They helped me with claim and set me up with a new phone. It was a seamless process. It was awesome to work with them, and I would highly recommend them to assist anyone.
Very rude service from the store manager. She never wanted to take responsibility for the mistake they made. I bought a phone there, and before the worker opened it, I carefully asked about the returning issue, and being told it was totally returnable within 14 days. But the worker never mentioned there was a restocking fee of 55$.Well, the phone did not work well, so I tried to return it. However, the store manager firstly denied that they never told me about this charge (although she never been in store during my purchase), and then began stating she did not have right to waive it even they did not tell me any word about this retocking fee. That really gave me a feeling of being cheated. I called the Att customer service, and they clearly said the store manger had the right to waive, as well as should waive it. But the store manager keep denying it and even said the worker was too trilled to sell a phone so she forgot to tell me the restocking fee?So terrible attitude. Be careful when you want to buy a product there!

So I am came into the store on an appointment I had set. I was contacted by Cheryl. I was in for a plan upgrade. She explained all the details of the plan to me in detail and was very helpful explaining everything. Next time your in ask for Cheryl.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager stood around and didnt help anybody went to the back after a bit. They had several people waiting. I tried to upgrade the guy helping didnt know how to kept saying it would only upgrade if I already had the fold 3, after I told him it just came out. Then I left to just go somewhere else, one of their employees called to see if I was close bc I was on the walkin list. I told her no, I was going somewhere else that could actually help me and listed my complaint and she said ok well you have a good day. I will and will go elsewhere...
Andrew is very kind, sweet, and holds an awesome conversation. Made me laugh. Helped me with all my concerns and my mothers concerns he went above and beyond to help us. Definitely an amazing employee and deserves to be recognized and a raise!(:
Devin was incredible from the moment I walked in! He pulled out a chair for me, which was surprising and incredibly polite! He helped me get on the plan that saved me the most money! By far the best customer service I have recieved at any phone provider store. Devin made me feel valued and like I was more than just a number. 10 out of 10!
My husband and I came in yesterday to get our phones upgraded. De’Angelo was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He went above and beyond to take care of us, while training another employee and answering phones. He was VERY attentive and apologized anytime he had to go take care of something. He showed us AT&T’s TV service and got us the best deals for our phones. We will definitely be back just because of his customer service!

I came in to upgrade my phone and there were a lot of complications with my account that were making it a difficult process and Ryley was so so amazing at handling every hurdle. Like... it took a lot of maneuvering and problem solving and he took all of the stress out of it because of his wonderful demeanor and comprehensive system knowledge. So smart and kind. My hour-ish long visit flew by because of the outstanding service. Everyone else in the store was super nice as well. Grateful for such a laid back and streamlined experience.

We have used this store before. We were greeted cordially and waited our turn. When it was our turn, we told them what our needs were. It was time for upgrades to our phones. We determined it was not time to change plans at this time. We were treated well during our time at this store. DAngelo was amazing!

My phone was stolen and at&t explained how I can at least track the person or persons that used my data and trace the locations. I had to buy a new phone . But they will be caught.

Horrible customer service. Went on July 1,2021 The guy would not listen to what we were saying. Told us our phone was not upgrade eligible bc it was not paid off but failed to inform us that the pay off was less than $25 so we couldve taken care of that. Then told us that now is really not the best time to upgrade bc the iphone 13 pro whatever was coming out in a few months. WE WANTED A SAMSUNG PHONE!! He did not want to listen to us or take care of us. Best Buy was more than willing and took care of all of our needs in a quick fashion with the upmost hospitality. Will never go back and everyone should avoid Riley at all cost! He is pompous and very arrogant and not wanting to listen.
We waited over an hour just to have a confusing explanation that lead to us getting a plan that didn’t work for us. They solved our problem by creating a much worse one .

I have been due for an upgrade on my phone, but have been dreading going to the AT&T store. Today I went ahead and made an appointment, and I had the best customer service, and experience I’ve ever had at any business. I came in the store at my appointment time, and had the pleasure of meeting Ale, he was prepared for my arrival and greeted me kindly. Very professional, personable, and made my experience very fast, and easy! I knew exactly what I wanted, and he didn’t try to convince me otherwise like most sales consultants do. I highly recommend you go see him if you are due for your upgrade, or have just been dreading dealing with the process! He was so awesome!! Thanks Ale’ for making my experience so nice and easy!!

4-5 employees standing around not helping customers, figured itd be a quick in and out. Employee asks how they can help, I explain I just want to see if Im eligible for an upgrade yet. They take my phone number and ask me to leave to store and wait in my truck, somebody will either call me or come outside to assist. What? This will literally take 2 minutes. To be clear Im wearing a mask properly. I go outside (with my fidgety 4 year old), wait around 20 minutes. No call, nobody comes outside to help. Total joke of customer service.
Andrew solved 5 separate issues I had in record time! I am so appreciative of his knowledge and the ability to know exactly what to do to get results. I am finally satisfied with the customer service that I received from Andrew in the store.

Refused entry because I would not wear a mask, which is in violation of my civil rights and contract with att for services! There was no concern for inconvenience on my part. I still was not able to get issues resolved, the CSR came outside to stop me from entering the store,I was not asked if I have the vaccine!!!! I consider this discrimination!!!!

He went out of his way to assist us with not only that but he also helped me with my car line as well. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer support. If youre looking for a new phone whether it be an upgrade or a new account this store has the largest selection of any other AT&T store in Norman and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly...even when I wasnt in the best of moods after dealing with AT&T customer support over the phone before going. Quick easy switch of service from another provider to AT&T. The agent at the store knew what he was doing. Seriously took about thirty minutes. I did research before I went to the store. So I already knew what phone memory and data plan I needed. He set up my phone put on the screen protector and a new case and i was gone in thirty minutes. I like my new I phone 11 Pro Max too. It was a hassle free experience. The guy that helped me was Devin. 😊

We were able to purchase 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max’s in the color we wanted. We were seen quickly because we made an online appointment.
Very uncomfortable seating, always have to wait. Went in last month to purchase a charger, picked the one I needed & sat down. Young man came over to check me in, I asked his long of a wait? He counted & told me there were 4 people ahead of me..... with phone issues! I just needed to pay for my charger!! I put it back on the wall & left.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Store failed to properly process a refund for my father in law which led to ATT corporate billing me for the entire amount. Store manager told us we were lying about returning it and my father in law must have stole the phone. Multiple phone calls, visits, and months of time trying to fix this....horrible customer service! This is is no way to treat anyone, let alone a veteran!

Calvin helped me and my family out and it was probably one of the best visits in a while. Even in times like this, my phone decided to completely die on me and luckily it was time for an upgrade for me and my mom. We called in asked if they had the phones we needed in stock. Everything was basically done before we got to the store. Calvin was nice, funny and very knowledgeable of how our bill would change. He answered ALL of our questions. Glad he was able to help us out.
