I went to this location inquiring about new service. Travis was amazing and very thorough. I

The pluses first... the store smelled good and the gentleman helping me was a super duper salesperson. However, I was not there to buy anything. Im sure this location is great if you are in the market to add a line, buy a phone, or upgrade your account, but save yourself some frustration and do not go here if you need to remove a line from an existing ATT account. Youll have to go to the 24th St location, which is a corporate store.

The only good about this place is its not far from me but the bad is there systems always seem to be down they close early and everything in between this should not even be considered a store
