This was one of the best tax experience Ive ever had. Brenda A. Christianson was so helpful and very sweet. She was very competent and amazingly knowledgeable. You guys definitely have one of the best with her.

Brenda is an absolute gem! She has been doing our taxes for 3 or 4 years. We are owner operator truck drivers and she never fails to do our taxes to our best advantage. We will be a returning customer as long as she is there to do our taxes for us.

Brenda, the office manager there, you are an amazing lady to say the least. We were having so so much trouble with our card and she did everything she could and got everything resolved for us. First and foremost, No one in this business wore a mask. I originally went into the office at 10 a.m and after 30 minutes I got told that she didnt feel comfortable preparing my taxes or calculating my refund advance request because she admittingly didnt know what she was doing and to come back for a 4 pm appointment with her supervisor. I kindly agreed and returned at 4 pm. Ive been filing my taxes for almost 20 years now and have used this service as well as many others but this was a first and the most pathetic, unprofessional demonstration of incompetence and who you dont want handling your money. .The Jackson Hewitt office on Main Street in Norman Oklahoma is A JOKE. I spent 30 minutes trying to explain basic math and logic. In all seriousness, the only one in the office that could help you has the math skills of a 1st grade student and the logic to go along with it .I have never met a tax preparer that couldnt do math until today. After being polite and cordial and explaining basic math and common sense for 30 minutes the lady actually threw my paperwork on the floor, scattered it and told me to go to H&R Block. What a joke

Used them for 2019-2020 our tax check was 6 months late, our first stimulus check was around 30 days later than everyone elses and now no second stimulus check at all. We have had the same chase account for 25 years so thats not the issue. Jackson Hewitt along with a few other tax preparers have screwed over their customers.
