I used to do my taxes online forever. I got tired of doing everything myself so I decided to go to H&R Block to get my taxes done. Best decision I made! Connie Burke was my tax professional and she was amazing. She was very friendly & informative & educated me on a lot of things. I will go to H&R Block from here on out to get my taxes done! My experience was first class! Highly recommend it!

Edit: Took 9 weeks but finally got taxes approved by state and irs thanks to Anthony! I was very irritated by the circumstances and feel like my account shouldve been looked at daily by who initially filed for me and I shouldnt have had to wait that long to figure out there was an issue. It wasnt completley their fault and had more to do with my old employer who was being difficult providing information. The problem got taken care of, but again I feel like I shouldnt have had to make so much effort finding out there was an issue after already paying 180$ on may 11th.

I have gone to same tax professional for over 8yrs now. Cost of preparation seems to lower every year (not complaining). Its quick, near my house & always get $$$ back from government (but I also file single when married to have more taken out). Plan on going next yr.

The lady who did my taxes this year. First time I came in and had no problems whats so ever. She was able to answer my questions to and described some stuff to.

Listened to my problems, then solved them. I had a problem with my online return. My agent listened to my problem, and then fixed them with an amended return so that my return was accurate.

The service provided was extremely fast and professional. Mike Stamp explained every step of the process and some very helpful tips for next years returns. Because of Mike Stamp we will definately be back next year for our taxes.

Connie Burke was amazing and explained everything to me in detail. And she was just an absolute joy! Connie will always have my business.

Our main reason for using hr block was simplicity. We dont want to deal with taxes. Our Confidence in the professionals made us not worry.

Overall I was satisfied with my service, but I had some new paper work this year and am still learning.

Computers were running slow everytime i went in there. Other than that the ladies did a wonderful job.

We originally scheduled with Sylvia, only to have our appointment changed without our knowledge to Sheila. We had already started our tax process with Sylvia a couple weeks prior, but didn’t have both our 1099-R. So when Sheila brought us back she said she would not be able to continue our appointment, (which we originally scheduled with Sylvia). I have been filing with HR for years, but I will not be returning to this location in the future. They were so unorganized.

I dont know if it is this location or all HR Blocks, but I will not be going to HR Block again. After the IRS accepted my return I received no further notices. Then when the where is my refund page posted that the money had been deposited I called HR Block. Instead of trying to actually find a solution I was basically blown off and told it may take a couple days. Finally after insisting on talking to someone I find out it could be 3-5 business days after they receive it before I get it. When I tell them that I was not informed of this beforehand I am not offered even an apology.

I went to H&R for their notary service. Unfortunately the 2 agents who provide this service did not have the required stamps with them. They were very apologetic and friendly but that didnt help me.

Been using H&R Block for many years, and no matter the town or location, service is always swift and friendly. Each accountant I have worked with has gone above and beyond to find all the deductions in tax credits that I qualify for. Will continue to use this company.

I paid $198.00 to have my taxes done and am only getting $320.00 in return. H&R Block needs to reduce fes for Seniors, people on 100% disability and military both retired and active duty.

My Tax Rep Bridgette was well versed in her job. It made it comfortable to talk with her and she gave me answers about some of my tax stuff that I was unaware of. So she deserves that score.

I drove 2.5 hours to see Sylvia and she was not there due to her husband being ill. We didn’t receive a phone call to reschedule or cancel the appointment, as we were excited to see Sylvia, the person who we drove that far to see. We were sad to hear about her husband and disappointed to not file our taxes with Sylvia.

Silvia was extremely nice, plus Ive been using H&R since 1979.

Treated with respect and as though I were a human not a number.

Unprofessional and a rip-off. I was charged $550 for a simple return, and the preparer took three personal phone calls while doing my return. I called to pick them up, and the person thought I was someone else and proceeded to have a private conversation about drug usage. This place is nuts. Avoid.

Because of the price that it cost me to have it done. No discounts. I have been having my taxes done by you for years and years. And the price keeps going up. No discounts for loyal customers.

Stay away from John Williams if he is still there, the Senior Tax Advisor 1 was horrible to work with and I am currently still getting billed from the IRS and Oklahoma Tax Commission for the 2015 tax filings. Tried to setup an appointment to get it taken care of and no response. It is now towards the end of 2018 and am still battling problems from three years ago that I should be dealing with. There are plenty of other places out there I would go to before this one.
