They will treat your loved one with respect and with care and they treat you as a human being. And they will not treat your loved one like I pile of poop. Like my former agency.And they will make sure their needs are met. To the best of their abilities. I highly recommend this agency. Because my former agency independent opportunities they did not do their job like they should have. Independent opportunities staff and the agency expected the clients mother or parent to do the majority of the job as the HTS was supposed to do. And it was their job to do it.
