They were not only one time, they were about 20 minutes early and they were very quick! I was expecting to have to set aside the majority of the day for the cleaning but it only took about an hour. We had a flood of water late Friday night that soaked our living room, office, and 2 bedrooms. I called Taylor around midnight and he said he would be here around 9:30 am on Saturday morning and he sure enough called around 9 am to say he was on his way. He came assessed the situation which was way more water than we had suspected and immediately went to work pulling the pad, getting fans on the carpet, setting up a dehumidifier and machine that dried out the baseboards and under the cabinets and walls. Very professional, does exactly what he says in a timely manner and knows his business. We did exactly what he said to do all weekend and when he came today we got an all clear! Carpet, cabinets, baseboards all dry. Could have been disastrous but Taylor saved the day! Will be calling Taylor at Clean Pros with all our carpet and upholstery needs in the future. This is the second time Ive used this company and I must say, I havent been able to find another carpet cleaning service that can do better. Very neat and tidy as well as professional and on time! The tech that came out took his time while making sure to get the job in a timely fashion and not leave behind an obscene amount of water. This company did a fantastic job on our carpets!! When we bought our new house we had another company come and clean our carpets and by the end of the week the smell was back. Called Clean Pros and they did it right! They did a thorough job, got the dog smell out and even gave us tips on how to keep the smell away. We will call them any time!!

Called on a Tuesday and he gave me a Thursday appointment. Called ahead of time asking if he could show up early (yes!). Gave me prices ahead of time and did not try to “sell” me anything extra. My tile floors had not been cleaned since this house was built (1997) and he made them look brand new! Also, did I mention the price was extremely affordable. 10/10 recommend!

The hardest part about Property Management is finding reputable vendors. Especially since we are pet friendly and want to continue to do so, Trust me this is not an easy feat. Vendors who are reputable and are fair are hard to come by. Taylor and his team at Clean Pros check all the boxes of what we were looking for and then some. What we found as we were looking at several bids is what is not reflective on the bid, is how dependable, honest, hardworking, trustworthy one is. lol Trust me when I say, he is all that and then some and add some more on top of that lol. We manage Multifamily Properties, Duplexes, Single family homes and Taylor and his team have been excellent to use for all.

He was able to get me on his schedule with very short notice. Worked around my lunch break and did it so fast! Grateful to him and will use again!

They did a great job cleaning our carpets. We have a young dog that had some accidents. But they took care of it and carpet doesn’t smell anymore.

I cannot express enough how amazing these guys were! We’ve had stains on our carpet for years and they managed to make them completely disappear!! We have had LOTS of other carpet cleaners come and not do nearly as good of a job that they’ve done in just one cleaning. They even stayed an hour and a half later than scheduled to finish everything and do a really good job. I have 3 large dogs who are constantly bringing in dirt and i wish i had taken before photos but our carpet was literally brown. We are beyond impressed and wish we would’ve found them sooner instead of wasting money on other carpet cleaners!!

I was very impressed with this company. I will be recommending them to everyone! My 3yr old son had spilled 4oz of cobalt blue ink on my (cloth) reclining chair and had it covered! I called Clean Pros in a panic. The guy on the phone was very nice and said he would come over after he finished the current house. 30min later he showed up and saw my poor chair. He said it was the worse ink spill he had ever seen and I believe him. It was bad. He spent close to an hour cleaning the ink off. I was shocked at how well it look. He managed to get all the ink off and saved me so much money, since I didnt have to replace my furniture. Not only that, but he was also very patient with my son running around the house and asking him tons of questions. All around nice guy who was able to save the day! I hope to use them again for a less extreme case. Thanks again for all help and getting me into your busy schedule! Great job!

We had some friends over and they commented on great our carpets look. I told them we had them cleaned a few weeks ago by CleanPros. They were amazed they still looked good. We are not hard on our floors but still they look great.
