He cleaned the carpet in multiple rooms for a great value price and my house smelled so fresh after the cleaning with an extreme noticeable difference. He asked multiple questions upon early arrival that made me feel like he was addressing all my concerns.After finishing, he noticed a pet spot on the back of my couch and pulled some equipment back out to address it. Stacy came out the day I called to measure and provide an estimate. I had reached out to a different guy for a price quote/sq ft, that guy never showed to measure my space. For only 5 cents more/sq ft, Stacy cleaned AND SEALED my tile instead of just cleaning it! Great value. He was in time, neat, and very professional. He treated a closet the previous owners used as a litter box location with extra care and sanitation. There are 3 showers in this house, Stacy was very honest in telling us only 1needed to be cleaned. I can’t say enough good things about the work he did! I love when people visit and comment that they couldnt even tell I have two cats - that alone is a great testament to the quality of service! I usually get the pet treatment in the room with the litter boxes, and the carpet always dries nice and fluffy, no residue, and they seem to take extra effort to avoid harsh chemicals. I wouldnt recommend anybody else!!! Tracy showed up on time, worked quickly, but was very thorough. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. My dog got sprayed by a skunk and the smell got transferred to the carpet, and Tracy was able to get rid of the smell completely. He even got rid of stains previous cleaners were unable to remove! If more than 5 stars were possible, he would get them.

Clean and Dry contracted me for a construction window washing job in July/August 2013. I completed the job according to the contract. I have been told the check is in the mail several times over the phone and through e-mails.but, to date, have not been paid a single dollar of the $1200 owed me.Since they have not made any real attempt to pay me or make arrangements to do so, It appears that I am going to have to sue Clean and Dry for non-payment. Do you really want to employ a company that does not pay its sub-contractors?If integrity matters to you, perhaps you should find a different cleaning company.

Every November I have my carpet cleaned before Thanksgiving. This is the second year Ive had Clean and Dry do the job and I have been thoroughly impressed.The Clean and Dry guys were very courteous. They first asked to make sure we were clear about what was to be cleaned and did a careful walk through. I liked how they gave me a number of options to determine what would work best for my situation. They were respectful of my belongings, plus they are obviously knowledgeable and competent.Compared to the steam-cleaning services Ive used in the past, C&D is superior for two reasons. The carpet dries 5-7 hours faster, which my mother-in-law loves. Better yet, they get the carpet a lot cleaner.With the steam-cleaners in the past, there would still be dark spots and dirty areas that didnt come clean. They would tell me thats just worn-out carpet and that nothing could be done. Apparently not. Clean and Dry got those areas remarkably clean and looking nearly new -- an impressive feat considering my carpet is 15 years old.The also get the edge of the carpet clean close to the baseboards. Previous cleaning services always left a dingy edge because their machines couldnt get that close. C&D must have better equipment.We all know you get what you pay for in life. Clean and Dry charges more than the steam-cleaner services but I think it is well worth it. Im paying people to get my carpet clean and Clean and Dry is the only service Ive used that actually does that.Their name is perfect for what they do. They do the best job Ive seen of getting my carpet fully CLEAN and it gets DRY hours faster than anyone else. My wife was thrilled when she got home last night.
