Our hot water heater malfunctioned and flooded our utility room. Our insurance recommended ServPro. The crew took care of drying out the moisture so reconstruction could begin. During part of the work, one of the crew members accidentally damaged one of our outside water faucets. Initially, I was concerned we would not be reimbursed for our costs to repair the faucet. Katie B. really worked with me and sought out information to determine the situation. I appreciated her professionalism with the matter. She was very diligent with making sure I was satisfied with outcome. I feel like she went out of her way to ensure our faucet was repaired and provided excellent customer service.

Servpro was quick to arrive onsite after I called them to help with a water loss. They were courteous and got the job done quickly!

They were very interested in taking care of my home. The gentleman that I was primarily working with through the company appeared to have only a third grade grammatical level, but he was very professional and seemed to care about the customer’s needs. Overall, they were an absolute blessing and I would completely recommend them to friends and family!

I would never recommend this company for anything. The owner is impossible to deal with, and does not listen to your concerns. They billed us for things that were not done, and were not willing to listen to the concerns. They think it is okay to use an air scrubber that has a filter in it that is completely covered in construction debris. They even charge almost $50 for that filter that definitely needed to be changed. I have a daughter with a rare disease, and making sure that the air she breaths is clean is important to me. They think it is okay to talk over customers and ignore their concerns completely. They agreed to reduce their price with our insurance, and then they tried to make us pay the original price. They lied and said they never agreed to the different price. They were careless in some of their removal, and some of my baseboards that should not have been removed were thrown away. That costs me more money. Their team placed 2 dehumidifiers in my house, and forgot to turn one of them on. I will definitely be spreading the word about my experience with this company and especially my experience with the owner. I know my insurance adjuster will do the same. No one deserves to be treated the way the owner will treat you. This post will not help my situation, but I hope it helps someone else choose a much better company.

I had a major septic backup into my duplex. Servpro was not only professional but kind and very sympathetic (even when my anxiety/panic disorder got the best of me). They touched base with me thru out the process and really cared. My 20thick mattress is extremely heavy and I wouldnt have been able do it myself, so they made sure they put my poster bed together and got the mattress on for me. They went above and beyond ❣️I had 1 antique item that was miscommunicated about being cleaned... They offered to go out of their way to come get and clean it (I chose to drop it off). Another branch served us fairly well with smoke damage restoration in Indiana. Slow, but did a good job. They dont do mold remediation in crawl spaces according to this office, so wasnt helpful for my situation this time.

After a bad rain flooded our offices I found this Norman Franchisee on Google. I called around 7:30am and they had multiple trucks and a sizable crew on site in an hour or so. Dwight and Brock had their crews remove the half-inch of standing water and set dryers and dehumidifiers in something like two hours. As a service company owner myself, I am impressed with this well-oiled machine.

I had a water loss and Servpro arrived on site very quickly! They provided great service and I would use them again if I ever needed to.

Servepro did come out on a Friday night when I found my vacant home had a busted pipe. They charged over $4,000 for bringing out air movers and soaking up the water. Absolutely ridiculous and would not work with me on the price. Insurance didnt pay a dime. DO NOT USE!!

I contacted SERVPRO after my tenant reported some water damage to my property. I was able to get in contact with SERVPRO immediately and they were able to get to my property onsite the next day. They were also available same day as well for emergencies, however I did not deem my particular situation to be emergent. They quoted me 3 days to dry out the bedroom in question and they were able to finish in 2 days, thus saving me some money from the initial quote. Throughout the whole process they communicated every step of the way. I was very happy with their communication as this was a rental property and I live 2 hours away. Thank you SERVPRO for helping to salvage my property as well as save some headaches for my tenant. Would use again!

Beware property managers: instead of filing a lien on the house or property where the work was done these geniuses will file on you. I have no control on how fast an insurance company pays and I have no ownership in the property. Instead of filling an M&L lien on the home they filled on me personally. Not too mention they had already received payment, but the insurance company had made the check out to Serv pro and the home owner, so they knew they were getting paid. Instead of sending the check to the owner to sign they wanted the owner to come sign. The owner requested his insurance company issue a new check with Serv pro only listed, which they did. Yes, it took more than 90 days but any company that works for insurance claims should, unfortunately, expect delays in payment. This was the 6th job I have sent to them in there last 2 or 3 years and they have always been paid. Every one of the jobs have been insurance claims.

We were involved in an accident with our RV while traveling in the area. We were in need of help to cover the destroyed windshield. Our son runs the Huntsville, Alabama Servpro, he contacted Norman and asked for help. They came right out and covered the area. It was a great relief during a very stressful time.
