I know rental car companies are having a difficult time right now, but it usually out of the employee’s control. I was impressed by Brittany and her ability to fix the situation and make things right. Thanks for all you do!
Not helpful. We booked a car on Saturday at 11.30 am and received the confirmation but the didnt inform us about their unavailability and closing. If you dont want to get in trouble on the day of your trip please dont book here.
Rented a car for about a week, car was clean upon pick up and hassle free drop off.Britney took care of most of the process and was kind, and professional even in stressful and packed situations.They are understaffed and handling it well! Allow some extra time during pickup.
Perhaps the absolute WORST experience and management I have ever experienced. Dropped off a vehicle and was told everything was perfectly fine. Sign everything stating the car was fine and left....no issues. Then an hour later, the manager Brittany calls to say the car was damaged and a claim would be filed with the insurance company. When I asked for a copy of the paperwork which stated the car was returned damaged free, was told We dont have access to it once the ticket is closed yet everything else was sent to an email address. Wait a minute.... so the documentation which shows there was no damage to the car when it was dropped off disappeared???? Hmmm seems like possible insurance fraud schemes are being conducted at the location. When I asked for pictures the manager couldnt produce them because they had already taken the car to the body shop.... which closed at 6 pm... and she called us at 6:21 pm..... all very suspicious!!!
I give it 2 stars because the lady who dropped it off was very polite this morning. The reason is cause i got this nissan rogue and it is dirty as f on the inside theres dog treats in here fur stains on the seat here is some pics of it and what they placed on the window saying its ther primary responsibility. This was not met at all. Im extremely upset about this.
Wonderful experience! They are so nice and attentive to your needs and great customer service. Our rental had to go through two 13 hour drives to Arizona and up and down 7000 ft mountain dangerous windy and sharp curves with no guardrails! We felt safe in the Charger we were given!
Terrible customer service. The website was easy to navigate and rent a vehicle. The confirmation email with the itinerary was clear and to the point. No issues until I actually arrived to pick up said confirmed reservation. When speaking with the branch manager directly he informs me (after I had arranged for a ride, been dropped off and my ride gone) that not only do they NOT have the rental available....but that they won’t likely have it for a WEEK OR TWO. The whole point of a rental is the immediate need! When I asked if it would have been possible to have notified me regarding the shortage they are experiencing (call/email/text), he told me that there is no way for them to do that. Really? You have a pristine website that allows for quick booking. You sent a confirmation email with all details of itinerary. You have all my contact info. You’re telling me you’d rather have angry customer after angry customer come in 1 at a time, face to face, wasting everybody a ton of time and having to repeat yourself all day that you don’t have their rentals available? Again, he stated they had no way to contact clients. How about don’t accept reservations on CARS YOU DONT HAVE!!!
The Norman location is terrible. I was in an accident today- Tuesday- and was told by this location that they could NOT get me into ANY car before Thursday because I need a reservation. They did not offer any solutions or suggestions, just- sorry bout your luck. I have to work tomorrow and Thursday so I need transportation. When I asked about any other locations, he gave me a number to call to change my “reservation” . The lady that I spoke to set up a reservation at the Moore location, but did not tell me what time to arrive, and did not tell me about the deposit.At the Moore location, Dawon took very good care of me. I expected the process to be long but he was fast and efficient. I’m sure I’m spelling his name wrong and I apologize, but thank you so much Moore Enterprise and Norman enterprise is a joke.
Excellent.Brand new car.With added bells & whistles.Realible, trustworthy & safe cars.Reasonable$$$.If you are a enterprise plus member theres always a discount or upgrade for you.It is a nice combination with airplane travel.You can get rewards if you are a member.Which equals free flights, car rentals & more.

Everything was set up nicely, went in gave them my name, they verified why rental, I even asked for an upgrade and got it. The car itself was basically right off the lot. Clean, oh my goodness was it clean. It made the Trip to NC and back so much easier. The pricing was outstanding. I literally have nothing bad to say about this company. Other than I wish I could have kept the car.
This is now the second time (... with reservations!) I have tried to use this service and have been turned away with no vehicle. But, at least I waited for over an hour to be told I would have no vehicle. To suggest they are unorganized and unhelpful is overstating their value. I would rate them lower if I could... Any rental car company could come into Norman and do quite well because we are currently being very poorly served. In addition, I was renting the car to accommodate repairs to my own vehicle. After being turned away and missing my repair appointment, I now have to wait another two weeks to have my vehicle repaired.
My experience was positive somewhat. I had to rent a car from here for at least 3 or so months. Each time I needed to renew was never a problem. I think once a month I had to go in and renew my contract but was very easy. Mainly update information, insurance, etc. and then pay another deposit again but would receive the deposit back from the prior rental month. The cons to my experience... I was charged for rental damage on the car which had scratches when I picked up the rental initially. They had this wrote in the paperwork (scratches on surface), but when I finally returned car for good the manager still decides to issue an accident claim? so I found this very disappointing and now waiting for billing for this claim. I talked with the manager that morning and called enterprise to tell them the car had scratches but they didnt hardly respond at all. I recommend this enterprise to an extent but make sure the car doesnt have any scratches or etc. if so, I would take pictures of it at the pick-up and anything else to document and cover yourself. So I normally don’t leave bad reviews but the more I think about this the madder I get. I was in a car accident with my mom car back in December. We finally got around to taking her car to get fixed. I asked for a rental car while It was in the shop. So insurance approved and I was told a car was reserved for me Tuesday morning. Enterprise call and said it wouldn’t be ready until 11 on Tuesday. Ok fine. At 11 they called and said it would be later in the day. At 530 ( they close at 6). I called them and the guy was very rude on the phone. After being put on hold for 30 minutes he comes back to phone and said can you continue to hold. I said I’ve been on a hold on a while can you answer a question he said I got customers at the counter I said how can you have customers with no cars. He said huh. Anyway I said I’ve waited for my car that was reserved all day I’m calling just to see if you have one he says no I told you we call when one was available. Well enterprise it been a week and still no car or phine call. I don’t need one now because I got moms car back. I understand That there maybe a car shortage but when you reserve one and keep be putting off it is rediculous. I used to be a big fan of enterprise ( in fact I was offer one by hertz but I said no I like enterprise) guess I was wrong. I was a loyal customer even referred people to them. I’m sure my small business to them won’t mean much. But I will try elsewhere next time.
This review has been taken down 2 times now. I am reposting for the 3rd time now.Terrible customer service from the person behind the front desk who was not helpful at all. We had just had a car accident that totaled out our vehicle and we needed a rental for transportation. We spoke with a customer rep on the phone at Enterprise-Norman the night before we drove to Norman from Pauls Valley and were not notified that we would need a proof of address. We were in the process of moving and did not have a proof of address with our current home and could not provide one. We drove to Norman from Paul’s Valley and were denied a rental due to not being able to provide a proof of address. If we had been told about that the night before we would not have driven the 40 miles to Norman. Very frustrating, inconvenient, and a wasted trip.
I recently reserved a car for pickup at 8 am the following day. I ended up not receiving my car until 5 p.m. because they didnt have any cars. This is a flawed system, allowing reservations to be made and confirmed when there are no vehicles. The person who checked my vehicle out told me I can bring it back on a Saturday at 5. When Saturday came I dropped the vehicle off and to my surprise they were closed and they have no place to drop off the keys after hours. After searching the building exterior for a while, with an upset infant, I called the national enterprise branch and they told me to leave the car and to bring the keys back today. They also mentioned all of this was notated for whoever I talked to today, but that ended up not being the case and I had to explain all of this to him. Luckily they didnt charge me for days outside of my contract but that isnt enough to bring me back as a future customer.
BE AWARE!!! They rent to more people than they have car availability. This seems to be a common issue at this location. I had a reservation for a 10 am pickup and showed up at 10 am just to be told that they have no cars available at the moment. Stay away from this location.
Staff are polite and friendly, which is really impressive considering they are short staffed and dealing with a car shortage!
Quick in and out, booked online, picked up at the Merkle location . Car was clean and ready! Nothing to complain a out so far!

They did not have the car I requested, mid size SUV, when I arrived but they upgraded me to a Chrysler Voyager, at no extra charge. I worried about the gas mileage because I was about to take a 3000 mile round trip. They said it was comparable to the mid size SUV. It was so much better. The car was very clean. I did not look at the gas gauge when I picked it up and the light came on as soon as I got it to my house. I thought that was a rule to fill up the vehicle before returning. Apparently not anymore. I called to return the vehicle after my trip. They looked it over and said thank you. It was a wonderful experience.
*****UPDATE****** I did indeed email all of the requested information to the email address below and they acknowledged my email by asking for some basic information that was in the email. I then pointed out that the number that they asked for was in indeed in the email and that this doesnt bode well since they didnt even read the email. So they then acknowledged that they have it and that was the last of it! They have not contacted me in any way shape or form in two weeks!! So please BEWARE of this location!!!! There is no follow through nor care of how they treat you or promises made****************We had scheduled to rent a car for a wedding. We actually did the reservation through our military site and I had to change the pickup time so I called them. I had rented a luxury car and told them I needed to change the pick up time and they told me that they no longer had luxury cars due to the pandemic and not all third party sites had the information. I understood that and with two full days notice I went through this office and rented an SUV with the correct times. I was a little upset that they hadnt called us to tell us that they had no luxury car, but okay, maybe they had a sudden run on rentals. So then as per our usual, we were running late the day of pick up and we called to let them know we were on our way and was told everything was fine. So imagine our surprise when we got there and they had NO SUVs!!! They said that they would not have them till later in the day which would have been too late for us!!! The gentleman that helped us was not apologetic at all and was matter of fact that this is what we have and we could take it or leave it. My husband was furious and wanted to know why we werent told when we had called just that morning??!!! They offered no answer or offered to do anything to make it right!!! We will NOT be using them again and would recommend that if you need a particular vehicle to go somewhere else. There is not customer service here and they dont seem to want to take the time to check the rentals that they need to have for their customers. I understand they may not have the exact make or model, but they need to have something in the classification that you request especially when you do it days in advance!! Very unhappy and will make sure that this review is also posted in American Forces Travel as well. Beware.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! We booked a car WEEKS in advance to go to a wedding in Texas, and called ahead to let them know we were going to be a little late picking up the vehicle. When we arrived we were told that they had no cars available and wouldn’t have any anytime soon. We received no answer as to why they didn’t have a car, when we booked well in advance, nor did we get an apology. The customer service in this location is TERRIBLE, we have used enterprise before and not had a problem but this is unacceptable, we even called the location in Moore to see if they had a vehicle available and they had nothing. We will NOT be using enterprise again, this is absolutely ridiculous, if I could give no stars I would.
Requested a customer pickup to nced. Google maps showed me being 4.7 miles away from Merkle location. Service rep claimed that it was 6 miles and their current rule was no more than 5 miles away for customer pick up. He was unhelpful and rude. I will say tge app is easy to use
Awful for the third time. they never have the car when you reserve online. a reservation confirmation emailed to you and everything and then when you get there, there arent ever enough people working so it takes 20-30 min for you to speak to someone and then they dont have a car for you. has ruined my travel plans the past 3 times in a row. also wrote an email first about my frustrations and no one ever got back to me so leaving a review because its just all around awful service.

Enterprise is my favorite rent a car company! I’ve never had an issue with Enterprise but this last location was amazing. Brittany and the staff here was exceptionally kind, helpful and considerate of my traveling needs. She also signed me up for the rewards program. Have rented exclusively from Enterprise for a decade. Lost my job due to COVID, forcing my two little girls and I to move in with my mom until we got back on our feet. I have a vehicle but it desperately needs a few repairs to be safe. Tried to rent a vehicle from this location where I’ve rented half a dozen times before, for LONG rentals, but (even after sitting through the “at Enterprise, we treat you like family” advert on their hold music was told I can’t rent from them because I didn’t have two utility bills in my name to verify my address (again, already told them I had to move home). This location is insurance scammers. If you provide your own insurance they will take advantage of you. Never seen this at other locations.

If I could rate them less than one star I would. The vehicle they rented me to replace mine was not comparable to mine. It also smelled heavily of smoke, had cigarette burns in the seat and wasnt clean. After asking for a new vehicle (a larger one) compared to mine, I got the run around for almost a week. They didnt even try to contact another location to find another one. The employees were unpleasant to work with. I will never return to this location.

One star is too many. I reserved two weeks ago and was called an hour before my pickup time that they had no cars and no idea when they would get one. Manager was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. If you need a car, don’t use enterprise!

I had a great experience renting a car for the first time for my holiday trip with my family. They let me reserve a car through the phone with out payment up front. I just pay the day I pick it up. The agent was super friendly. It was fast and easy. The day of pick up went smooth and they were very nice. They let me choose out of 2 available vehicles and the Toyota Altima I chose was clean, roomy and it drove great! No problems at all the 3 days I had it. I returned it exactly as I got it and the return process went smooth and the deposit was back on my card within 24 hours. I will definitely rent back at this location very soon for I frequent Texas to see family.
I have rented at least 6 cars from this location, just in the last year. I recently rented a car for 10 days and when I reserved their facility still closed at 5, instead of 6. So when I reserved the vehicle I had to choose a return at 5. I got off work late the day I was returning the vehicle and so I called Joe and let him know I got off late, but was on my way and he told me it was fine they didnt close till 6. I was relieved and went and did as I always do and vaccumed the car and filled the gas. When I got the car it wasnt completly clean, but it was cleaner when I brought it back. I also wipe everything down and sanitize it and spray with lysol. I got the car back at 545pm. They took the keys and went on BUT kept $15 of my deposit because I was late. I have tried to reach someone at the office to discuss this and no one has answered or returned my call. I just paid over 600 to rent a car and your going to be petty and take more when there was not an option for after 5 for a return and when I called. Ill start going to another rental place and spending my money since thats all I am is money, not a loyal customer.
Ive been an Enterprise Plus member for 15 years at least. Have rented hundred of cars. I would not recommend this location. They added a $75.00 fee for cleaning this car after I picked it up in dirty condition. Plus the tape was still on as the vehicle had a new windshield on it with the tape still on. I was told to leave it on for another hour. Also, the rental agent told me the vehicle did not have bluetooth capacity. I then told her to add the Sirius radio, as at that point I thought my cell phone wouldnt be able to play my music through the radio. Turns out it was bluetooth and I paid for sirius for no reason. I called customer service at Enterprise and they said this particular location was a franchise and they had no hold over it. BUT I did send my complaint. I am so disapointed that Enterprise would risk $75.00 for my business and the car was returned cleaner than it was picked up.I also asked for a supervisor to return my call, instead they just went and charged the card without a call back. Bad customer service!
I could only given 2 stars in the past of treat me real well give me a nice clean car and always prompt on time this time I had a new person trying to do the paperwork which I can understand somebody starting a new job but the vehicle they gave me was so filthy dirty it was pathetic and I commented on how dirty it was and they never offered to wash it.Im going to call them today to see if they want to wash it or for me to wash it and send them the bill.Update I called them they took care of the truck immediately, they just ask me to drive-in and less than 10 minutes back on the road😀😀
After wrecking my truck, my insurance company got me a truck here. No problems, so I rented another truck for two months from them. When I went in the third time to extend the lease, I was told it was going to be over 3,000 dollars when it had only been around 900 for the first two months. I couldnt get a straight answer from the young woman at the counter so I just turned it in. I think its an Enterprise thing, not this location.
Amazing customer service!! For how busy they are with renters buying and returning they treat you super well. Cars are really nice and clean and always have a full tank of gas. These people work really hard here to meet your every need!

Very good place to rent automobiles. Only the phone operator needs to be more descreet with what a person needs to rent a vehicle. Other than that the lady at the Norman location (cant remember her name) was very nice and friendly and helped me into a 15 passenger van which I was really thankful for as I had planned this family trip for quite some time! So yes Enterprise is a go to rental place. Just remember when purchasing a large suv or van you will need a MAJOR CREDIT CARD! 5 STARS FOR ME THANK YOU !

Employees are always friendly and helpful, but there have been issues with the rental cars. For a July trip, the kind of car I requested (a minivan, months before) was not available, so four people and a large amount of luggage had to smash into a small SUV for a fourteen hour drive. I was not offered a discount or anything else for their error. A car I rented last week had a broken rear seat (it was stuck in the cargo position) and a missing rear wiper (not just the blade, the entire wiper had been ripped off). Fortunately, there were only two people on this trip. If we had needed that rear seat there would have been problems.I wouldnt rent from Enterprise again if I had the choice.
The staff are very polite, even when working with difficult customers--something I had the opportunity to observe as I waited in line to pickup my rental!My only complaints are:1. It was difficult to read the speedometer when the sun shone on it because the inside of the plastic face over it had something spilled all over it. As it was on the INSIDE, it could not be cleaned off.2. My husband was on a time budget the day our car repairs were completed and needed someone to meet him at the car repair place to pick up the rental while he picked up our car. The rental people said that would not be possible; he had to go to the rental place first to return the car, then wait to be taken to the car repair place. Other places have an electronic check-out available on a hand-held device that can be taken wherever needed; it would be nice if Enterprise could do this.
No greeting, ignored for at least 20 minutes, was only returning a car.

Staff was swamped when I came to pick up but handled the rush professionally and smoothly! My vehicle was perfect, service was without a hitch, and turn in (after hours) was a great convenience. Received a call afterward to make sure everything went well and I appreciated that. This made our trip easy to manage, met our needs, and the service was great!

Ive rented here twice in the last year. The first time was a van that we were taking on a long road trip. Made reservation online - price/vehicle/etc.. was exactly what Id booked. I was picking up vehicle right after a tornado so they were SUPER busy. Everyone was still very friendly and I was able to get in and out surprisingly quickly.A few weeks ago I had to rent a car while mine was in the shop - booked online. When I came to pick it up - they let me choose from the cars in that price range that they had available. The person who helped me was friendly and she checked me in quickly. I was able to call and extend the time I needed the car over the phone. In a last minute change of plans, I dropped the car off at their Edmond location with no problems at all.
Very bad experience. We explained our space needs, and were placed into a vehicle way smaller than we requested. When we asked about larger vehicle availability, they were unable to help. We requested to set up a business account for our company and this was back in June. To this day, over 6 weeks has passed and still have yet to be contacted to complete our business application. We made many attempts at the local location as well as at the corporate headquarters, yet no one seemed to care about resolving our issues. The check oil light went off at each intersection for a week. Apparently it had never been reset. The car was dirty at time of pick up. Looked like they had drove thru a swarm of bugs before we drove off the lot. Very disappointed. WillNot use Enterprise ever again!
Everybody at Enterprise of Norman OK were great. We upgraded our car that we had reserved, no problems at all. Check out and checking back in were fast and easy. The price was phenomenal compared to other car rental agencies in the area also. I can recommend Enterprise to anyone wanting a good car for a week.
We reserved our car several weeks in advance only to arrive and be told that there were no cars available. We were offered a mini-van or truck instead...both of which would be gas guzzlers in comparison. After waiting a bit a car showed up from the mechanic. A filthy windshield and dirty inside..complete with a headliner that looked like it had been vomited on. Gross. Not much of a choice when we needed to get on the road. We have been a good customer of Enterprise. Greatly Disappointed
I have no complaints at all. We were provided excellent service. The staff was polite and professional. They even offered to give us a ride back home after dropping off the car.
I very much appreciate the pick up service. As you are the only company that provides it, you are the only company I will use. Your prices are very reasonable. The email invoices are time saving, but I wish they were more detailed. Overall, I think Enterprise is a great company.

Zero stars is just not an option....Horrible customer service from this location all the way up to the district manager, Elbert G.My reservation was made, granted it was same day, however I immediately received a confirmation of the reservation, stating the vehicle was available. I contacted the location to confirm and was told no there were no vehicles and it would, HOPEFULLY, be sometime this afternoon. Asked for a manager and was told no, asked for the reps name and they declined and disconnected the call. I visited the location and was able to get the name of the district manager, though once I contacted him I found that he was less courteous than the original rep I spoke with.This seems to be a systemic issue with this location. Making reservations and not honoring them is simply a bad business practice. Explaining to the customer that the website doesnt have any actual insight in to the local stores inventory only further exemplifies the fact the that the Enterprise corporations left hand has no idea what its right hand is doing. As shocking as it seems to the Enterprise employees this does nothing to alleviate the customers disappoint or provide them with the reserved transportation promised by Enterprise.This was not my first bad interaction with Enterprise, and this Enterprise location specifically but, I cannot imagine going back after this debacle.
Customer service is amazing here! I rent regularly from this location for work and the staff is always terrific.Sometimes they run out of rentals is the only reason for 4 stars, but the staff always, always does their absolute best to provide for me and our project
These guys are awesome, and super understanding when it comes to budget. Having been in an accident, I wasnt able to throw money around, so it was seriously awesome that they were able to get me the right deal for my first rental. They even sent a driver, Joe, to pick me up, and drop me off, and he is the sweetest guy, his positivity always makes the trip that much more enjoyable. Another person who went out of their way is Lexi, the customer service was amazing, by far the best Ive had with rental companies. She went well out of her way to help, and her sincerity was certainly refreshing. Hopefully my car can get fixed soon, but until then Ill definitely be returning to rent another car. You guys are the best! :)

Reserved a van in Norman a month in advance for our vacation. When we arrived to pick up the van and after waiting for over an hour, they’d rented out the van to someone else. We were told our only option was to drive to the OKC airport location to get one and we now have to return the van to the airport location when we live in the Norman area. Will never rent from them again. Called corporate but nothing was made right since they are franchised we were told.
I have now rented from these folks 5 or 6 times over the past two years. I have found them pleasant to deal with and quite helpful. I work for a tax-free organization and they always make it easy to remove the state sales tax. I will continue to use them.

Fast and friendly is hard to come by these days... I showed up 8 min until close!! (Sorry btw) When I walked through the door all employees inside greeted me as if I was the first customer of the day.. I was impressed, but then the unexpected happened!!! It turned to closing time but 2 more people walked in but not once did they get turned away.. they were treated with the same hospitality as I was, nor did the employees moan or frown at all.. I will most definitely tell all my friends, family, ect. about coming to yall.. Thank you
Extremely good experience while needing a rental during car repairs. They offered to pick me up from the mechanic and to drop me off when I was done using the rental. I was amazed at how affordable it was to rent a car for a few days. Great customer service!

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!I made a reservation the evening before at the Norman, OK on Merkle. The site said they had cars available for my pickup time. I get there about 840 for a 9am reservation. They said they called me twice, and left a Voicemail. I pulled up my call logs, and showed no calls from them. I called my Voicemail and put on speaker. No message! No email, nothing.They totally lied at this location. They claimed to have available cars, but dont: another lie! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!The bonus kick in the groin: they didnt even try to help locate a vehicle. Again, no effort!After calling 4 different locations with no cars available, i finally got through to someone in El Reno, OK, who is supposedly helping me, but the situation has to go to a manger who will call me. Im not holding my breath that it will be any time soon...pfft.
I rented a Chevy Equinox for a week, and drove from Oklahoma, to California. When we arrived at Enterprise, their system was down, because there had been a big storm, but even though they had no access to a computer, the girl was able to complete our transaction and get us on our way. She was even able to use our security deposit to go towards roadside assistance, so we didnt have to pay extra. The roadside assistance, OnStar, came in really handy too. About 2 hours into the trip, I locked myself out of the car, but was able to quickly get back in with the help from On Star. I absolutely loved the Equinox. It has so many Cool features. Backup camera, little lights on the side mirrors to tell you if its safe to change lanes, it also tells you exactly how many more miles you can drive with the amount of gas in the tank. Then it tells you how many MPGs youre getting. Its got so many bells and whistles. When I returned the vehicle, they refunded as much money as they possibly could, even though Id used extra and it had cut into the deposit. Their customer service was excellent. Id love to rent a vehicle from Enterprise again. Thank you.
Reserved an SUV for a week long trip. They called to confirm, I confirmed. I called the day before to schedule to be picked up. Done. Next day, no pick-up and my reservation had been canceled when I called to see where the ride was. Nice.

I typically would rate Enterprise with a 5 star rating but my last pick up was a bit frustrating. Despite the fact that I am a rewards member with contact info listed, I was not informed of a policy that apparently had been put in place at the beginning of the year. Although I have rented vehicles twice since the beginning of the year, it wasnt until this past pick up in May that I was informed that my address on my license needed to match the address on my utility bill. Of course to save money, I have not changed my address and was planning to wait until I needed to renew the license. After explaining that I had rented previously and had not been told of this policy change I was told that there was new management. Luckily I was able to pick up the rental but I would think that it would be easy for Enterprise to make at least reward members aware of changes in policy.
I used to rent from Reynolds when in Norman but, it will be Enterprise from now for several reasons. Enterprise has a better selection of cars, the schedule for picking up or returning the rentals is much better, and you have direct contact with a representative at either end of the rental that will answer any questions. Enterprise is also less expensive especially for weekend rentals.
Renting a car is difficult in general. There are always tons of hoops to jump through. I would just recommend calling ahead and talking to the right person about EVERYTHING. My husband got into a wreck, the other persons insurance is paying for our rental. Shyann at enterprise is very by the book and policy. But that isn’t a bad thing. The woman just deserves the respect of a professional. She was quick to point out policy but when things boiled down and we were still having trouble with our card, she got us going still. So even though it was a headache on our part, we were still put into a vehicle. Which was nice and clean, had almost 3/4 tank of gas, will post pictures of it tomorrow.
When I was in a wreck, the insurance paid for a rental. I had a car for about a month and everything was perfect on it except for the type of car that it was. When I was returning it, my only suggestion for improvement was to get a Jeep because I missed having my Jeep for the two months I was without it, but this place was great. The employees took care of me and were knowledgeable. I hope I never have to rent a car again, but I know where to go if the need arises.
This is my go to car rental in Norman. They are very professional, dont make mistakes, and aim to please. I called prior to my most recent rental and requested not to get a certain make / model again. What did I get? A very nice vehicle that happened to be my wifes favorite! Not many places keep me coming back for years. They do. PS Im not a business person - just a regular joe to rents a car for trips or maintenance issues.
Very pleasant. Everyone was professional and efficient. The car was great. Zippy, comfortable and dependable. Fees were very reasonable. I will choose Enterprise again.
Ive driven over 10000 miles in Enterprise cars. Their cars are well maintained, clean and have great gas milage. Their customer service is fast and professional. I will rent from them again and again!
Ive never had a bad experience here, and I rent fairly regularly. Recently, they were out of cars when I was trying to make a last-minute rental. Jessie was kind enough to call and apprise me of the situation, and when a car did not become available, she made arrangements with another branch. I appreciate the extra effort.

I was visiting my son at Oklahoma with other members of my family. The location on main street is easy to find. The representatives were very good & couteous, and the car given to me was excellent. I enjoy doing business with enterprise car rental.
Nice vehicles. Just make sure you look over the vehicle VERY good for damage. Then make sure what you find is documented, and make sure you bring it back full.
