I got the EcoSport for a week, mostly for the fuel economy around 22mpg, it was a little small for me but if your under 250# and under 6 should be fine.The girls in the office were very helpful and they shuttled me back to my hotel which I wasnt expecting. I highly recommend them and will use them next time Im in the area.

Worst experience ever! Wife and I were pist finally figured out what the problem was and had it fixed but they took my frustration personal and wouldnt rent to anyway. Even faxed over the resolved issue

They are not very nice ppl, the receptionist was the only one that would help me, I walked past 3 salesman who ignored me, and some of the people they have working for them do not know how to talk to people

Horrible services. Will never go back. Planed a trip to taxes to show my kids a new place. Stephanie would not do her job and when I asked to talk to her manager, she said he`s not in and wont be back until 11.He called us at 10 told us that the van we reserved was rented.
