I called to ask questions about their drivewise program that they push you to get. I spoke with Courtney who was rude. She gave me inaccurate information about it and had an attitude because I told her she was incorrect. Good customer service would have been her saying, “I’m not sure, let me find out and get back to you.” Not call them yourself because I’m not sure how our app works. If I were you I’d call Geico because their premiums are half what Allstate can offer.
Over the Christmas holiday we had a lot of family staying with us. Not being used to all of the extra cars parked, we accidentally backed into one. Michael Monroe and his team were very responsive, took time to talk us through our options, and helped make sure our family members vehicle (who lives in another state) was taken care of. We checked with our family member and they told us the process was easy and the contact was friendly and helpful. It was nice to know even during the busy holiday, our insurance provider would go the extra mile to take care of us.
I get mail offering Save You Money on your Insurance, but I find that with Michael Monroe and his Staff, I am in Good Hands They are always ready to answer questions and review your policies. On one occasion after an accident, my Pickup insurance was going up because a Saving Benefit had droped. When I raised my coverage the benefit was restored. So my New Polocy was not as high as it was at first and I had more protection too!Allstate also connects with excellant Pickup repair places too, smile!
Switched to Allstate in January as thier qoute was much lower than competitors, in May I bumped a car in the parking lot at my office, there was no damage to the my truck maybe a 10 dent on the other car. Was qouted $800- $1200 to repair Allstate paid out $4400. I ended up talking to 3 different people, Courtney said she couldnt help me, Audra acted like she could but then went on vacation and Micheal Monroe the owner left me a voicemail saying they couldnt work with me.The increased charges ended up being the removal of my safe driver, the an increased rate for my insurance due to the claim and the removal of my e something discount ( they removed bc i did not complete the online signup) i do not see that this was ever communicated nor was i warned about it before and when we signed up for it on Sunday it said we had already completed.Im not contesting im at fault for the fender bender, though im shocked by how much they paid out. I do think they should return the e discount to my account and they have been confusing to communicate with and as of Tuesday completely unwilling to work on the bill.
Ive been with this agent over 20 years... nuff said!
