James and his staff are all extremely helpful! Not only do I have much better coverage. They showed me where I was not covered with my previous company! Which was scary to see! I have never met more friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have a lot of assets I’ve worked hard for and they are a one stop office. I was actually moving from out of state and just called with a quick question. They helped me answer questions my current agent could not AND now I have extremely inexpensive life insurance for my children and I. I feel so relieved having met them and now I know my money is investing in protecting me and I’m not just “paying premiums”! I recommend asking them for a quote! We have been very fortunate to have insurance coverage in the past and not need to use it. Staff was friendly, unfortunately was never to able to pay for quote originally agreed to and was promised this would be corrected and the difference paid would be refunded in credit for the rest of the period. I was told it would take two weeks for this to be corrected, but that quickly became 3 months of a high-rate. After it was said and done they only gave a 1/7 credit of what I was owed. Wish there was more transparency in the beginning about how much they can actually control the billing prior to me over-paying, re-sending the same documents and doing their courses.

Conversation was friendly, and as I declined a third time, I told him I would look into them once my current policy was over. Before I could finish my sentence, he just rudely hung up on me. Now Ill never be back.

She really broke the different plans and coverages into english, and explained honestly why I might or might not need different coverage. She was patient with my questions, and, when I explained I would need to talk to my fiancee before I committed, she was very understanding.

When I was a little kid (im a millennial) I remember my father had insurance agents that actually knew who you were and were actually concerned for your well being and became a family friend and showed up to funerals and birthday parties. In todays age Ill admit I went to a big online insurance company for my car insurance. But when I purchased my first home, James took the time to literally explain every process of buying a home and helping me through that process (No other insurance agent or company took this much time with me even before I was a customer). It turns out that my purchasing of my home was very odd because it was between family members and had a lot of special stipulations, he knew them all and acted like an advocate for me to make sure that I got a good deal out of the purchase. Once I purchased the home, I switched my car insurance to him. I also own my own business and switched my business insurance, life insurance, and workers comp insurance to James because of the time, grace, and friendly office. They now hold every insurance policy I can possibly think of and I have NEVER been so happy with the result. He remembers my little family (Including the furry four legged members) and regularly checks up on my needs (and my businesses needs) throughout the year. The way he does business is the honest, dont over sell you, I want to be your friend kind of business. Which in insurance has been lost over the years. He knows where I live and has dropped off paperwork and made the process of getting all of the insurance policies up and going painless and quick. This office is truly a godsend in the insurance world - I’m SO pleased with my experience with Leath and the whole office in general. I was ready to switch away from State Farm because of a terrible experience with our agent in Los Angeles. I found the James Parker agency based on their stellar reviews when we moved to OK and decided to give State Farm another chance. We had different policies on different billing cycles, and everything was a mess. Leath was so patient and communicative, even though the agent in LA was unresponsive and wasn’t sending in the info needed to transfer policies. He got all our policies straightened out and bundled into our 2 payments. I’m so grateful for this office, and highly highly recommend!!
