We waited for seven hours two days ago for a Best Buy repairman to fix our Samsung refrigator icemaker. Since we bought our refrigerator there, we went to them first. After waiting most of the day, no one showed up! I havent had an apology, excuse, nothing from them.I called Norman Appliance Repair and Justin was here the next day. He was on time, very polite and professional. He fixed our icemaker in an hour! I will use your company in the future and will also refer my friends to you. Good job!

My service technician Mike was very nice and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond explaining what the issue was and in giving me best options. He fixed our freezer and installed our garbage disposal. I am grading 5 stars!

I was in desperate need of a repair person who would take the job. I have been calling a lot of places for my dishwasher- Bosch, but this was the only company who booked me for an appointment right away. When they came they immediately diagnosed and fixed it. He kept me informed using words I can understand. He was such a hero. I will 100% recommend!

1 star because 0 is not an option. After waiting a couple days to get a tech out, he came out and then no follow up. They will surely take the $60 fee if they diagnose it or not, beware of the scam and unreliability.

Prompt and courteous they can fix your appliance on the first trip unlike Sears they do not take 2 weeks to come out they will come same day

My freezer’s evaporator coil was thawed so I called for help. They came to my house on time and very much prepared. They fixed it and their charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any appliance job! Thanks again!-Kiann M.
