Great company! My refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Called and got a service call for the very next day. They called when they were on their way to my house. Two technicians arrived and tested everything on my refrigerator and found the problem and fixed it. Very professional and polite. It only cost me $72.50! Thank Bob’s Appliance!!

Excellent Norman business. I am very pleased with the service and pricing. I had my refrigerator worked on due to it not staying cold and it only cost me $72.50 and works great! Two repairmen came to my house the same day I called them. They were very professional and informative. I will be using Bob’s Appliance for all my appliance repairs.

Fast, efficient and honest.

I know what a service call fee is, however, the problem with my washer ( the brake wasnt working correctly, or the balancing bracket wasnt in the right spot. He couldnt really tell me) disappeared before the technician got to the house. They still asked for money after basically doing nothing. Its 3 stars because he did tell me where a leak was coming from but did nothing to fix it. Feel very taken advantage of. I took 2 days to cool off before posting this but still felt strongly enough to say something.

This company charges $72.50 for a service call which DOES include the labor. Most companies will tell you they charge $60 for a service call but then after the work is done they add on a $50 labor charge. Not Bob’s Appliance. They are honest and do great work. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Worked with me by calling 20 minute before arriving for the appt. Did what they needed to do and left.
