This location is absolutely a huge scam. My firm had a 12 month lease here and we constantly had to check every invoice as they create charges that they cant articulate. It appears that they will try to recoup money from loyal paying tenants due to the nonpayment of other tenants in the building that fail to pay. Kinda like- we know this tenant will pay and maybe this tenant wont catch the surprise fee. Thats the only logical explanation we can render- especially when we pay on time, each month, in full. We wired our payment each month on time and still had unexplainable charges. We were overwhelmed with joy to end our lease here and advise others to not fall victim of the nice views. We have other commercial leases in the country and dealing with Regus and this location was like dealing with a dirty cop and a shady lawyer. If you know that feeling...then you know that feeling. Thats how this location conducts business...luckily we kept airtight records. If youre reading this review I would highly recommend you to not deal with this location and get an office on standard commercial terms. The commercial firms are more organized and ethical. Steer away from the surprise fees and unethical billing tactics of this location.
