Would not recommend. When Covid hit. We had to move offices as a shared office space would not work. We have employees that have asthma. We continued for months paying rent when they asked us to empty our office so they could rent it out. Went there in person to try and work out an arrangement and was locked out of building as rent was two days late. Refused to accommodate their clients needs in a changing environment. Now continue to get harassing emails about turning me into collections. Looks like to court we will go. In my opinion overpriced and not business friendly.

This location at Colley is so beautiful by the Lafayette River. I participated in a business meeting here and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and it was an easy access from the parking lot, I felt safe after hours. I am not in the market for an office space but if you are - go and tour and see for yourself.
