I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Angela at this location. I came in with only about 20 minutes to spare before they closed. I needed to send a dress that was forgotten, overnight, for a wedding in Colorado. Angela made sure, through all of the comedy of errors experienced in that 20 minutes with missed telephone calls and wrong addresses, that the dress was shipped and will make it there in time. She was professional and understanding even though I was freaking out (not at her of course, but the situation). I cannot thank you enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Dropped off three packages to be returned at this location over a week ago. The label has been created, but items have not left the store. I cannot receive my refund until they are actually returned. Will not ever use this location ever again. I was told they need to fill a box before she will print the label to send my return back, so who actually knows when I will ever receive my refund.
When customers come into the store and have us process a package, we let the customer check the address to verify it is correct and sign paperwork saying so, because we are all human and can make mistakes. Therefore, the fault doesnt lie only with the employees, but shared with the customer who signs the paperwork saying the info is correct. Furthermore, the customer that comes in yelling and screaming at the employees for a mistake they made as well, is a very ignorant and self centered person.
Dragged a heavy box I was returning to Amazon in today. Im disabled, 67 yrs old! It was very hard! Clerk was rude, when I finally got the information up on my phone she told me that the label would cost me $7.00!!!!! I dont have $7.00 and dont have a working printer! Let me know it wasnt her problem!Had to drag the package back out!Not ever returning!Ive used them many times before with no problems! WTH?!?!Lots of one star reviews now! Owner better pay attention!

This is the worst UPS location, employee was not courteous and rude. This has been my second encounter with her. I had partially taped my box and needed a little extra tape to return an expensive amazon rental. She placed the box on the floor without even securing it for me to feel comfortable before I left. The store was not busy where she couldn’t do that for me to feel my package was safe. Just hope they know if anything happens to my package UPS will be paying for it. She always wants to charge you the most for services......then you should do the the most for customer service also. Such distasteful customer service!
I am so disappointed and disgusted with the overall process and customer service shown to me on today. I invested in a PO Box for my organization. First, I received inadequate information differently from which I received days ago. I will not be renewing my contact.A waste of $80.00. Horrible experience
This place is a terrible representation of UPS. Mr Patel do not know UPS customer service number. Ms. Jackie cant read addresses presented to her on a piece of paper or cell phone. Please UPS get better help for this store so that these blunders wont happen to someone else
I came here to return an Amazon package. I was told they couldn’t scan my phone and to go print a label and then pay them $7.The man asked me if I had another barcode. I said yes and went to pull it up & he began assisting other customers. I had to walk out.After reading the reviews for this location, I’m not surprised.
I wanted to share my recent experience with Jaclyn at this UPS store location. She is extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. She goes above and beyond. It definitely shows in her work. It’s tough for me to find someone I trust to send out expensive items I sell on eBay and other online platforms. I recently shipped a PlayStation 5 and 5 pairs of Yeezy’s with her packing and boxing everything for me. Both shipments got delivered and I received 5 stars review for packaging and contents being perfect!!! I couldn’t thank Jaclyn anymore!!! She is definitely an amazing employee and I wouldn’t lose her!!! Ask for her if you need any help with shipments!!! A+++++++++ Service!!!!

Poor customer service! The rep refused to give me a single piece of tape to seal my package, and told me that Id have to purchase an entire roll. I wont spend another dime at this particular location.

Ive been utilizing this UPS store for almost 4 years. Extremely busy store, but they get to you as soon as possible. Patrick & Alexis are absolutely wonderful.
This location is 100% horrible. I advise you to go somewhere else.I went to this location to return a package. I was ultimately charged a $5 computer rental fee in addition to $2 for two sheets of paper (only one of the sheets contained the barcode that was needed to ship the package). What a rip off! This franchise owner needs to reevaluate his business practices. I will never use this location again.I hope the $7 computer rental fee was worth losing a customer and this 1 star rating with bad review attached.
Lost package. I dropped off a package over a month ago, and it never left the store as reported by UPS Customer Service. Now, magically, it cannot be located. Where is this package?
Will never come back to this location. The male associate has an attitude every time. Never greets and never says thank you. I am guessing he is also the owner? The female associate is very approachable, though I have not seen her the last three visits I went there. Yes, I also saw about the $5 charge for the computer.

I have received 2 packages that were sent to my mailbox box and were addressed to a company not myself. Obviously the staff doesnt have the time to question a discrepancy on the package vs. who owns the mailbox . I returned them both and the staff was courteous as usual. Over all I am pleased with the staff at this store.
Jackie was wonderful! We had her package a box for us and ship it out. She was super understanding about everything and had a wonderful demeanor and work ethic! Id happily use this UPS again.

Jackie was super friendly and helpful. We went in for packing and to ship. She explained how she was going to pack the item, and allowed me to watch her pack it. As for shipping, she gave me all my options and let me choose which worked best for me. No fuss or annoyance over any of my questions or concerns. She seemed to genuinely care about my package and the item arriving on time. Would ship through this store, specifically with Jackie, again.

Worst place ever paid $5 computer fee which I didn’t even use I sent the prepaid label to the email which they use to print it out. I paid $12 to ship a package back that was already prepaid.

Seems simple since my packages were sent off so youd probably get what you need from this place. However, if you have a choice, Id go somewhere else. One person or experience shouldnt define the whole place but Ill say the last person I worked with there wasnt very bright.
Pretty ratchet in here 5$ use computer no other location charges that but every location does charge a 1$ a page to print so clearly they are desperate for money here. Charge you to tape up something on the box. Go to downtown norfolk dont come here unless you like giving free money out.
Went into store and was treated pretty rudely for asking a question about the tape on my box... I saw scotch tape on the box and was simply trying to see if THAT was the tape for the finished shipping... i was flippantly told what the sales clerk and got the impression she was just over worked. I felt uncomfortable so I left, and still she spoke out to me across the store (kind of raised voice) and still she was not polite.

Every time I come in here, the people are really nice and patient. Im the kind of customer who needs to be walked through everything and has all the questions, but the people here are friendly and answer all my questions and help me understand what I need to do next time.
I visited this location Dec 6th at 9:50 am. The representative attempted to charge me $5 to print a single page black and white document. I’ve had this service done at other UPS stores across the country and have never paid anything close to this amount. I recommend going to the Office Max across the street located in Janaf shopping center or the nearby Fedex print services store.
The young lady there was rude and lied to me. She tried to charge me 6 dollars to print a piece of paper. According to her the printing is the .25 cent I see plus computer usage fee. I went there because it was convenient but Id rather drive somewhere else and not have the cashier try to steal from me.
I had troubles finding the place as the sign is hidden by the bushes along the road. She came outside until I found it. I appreciate the extra step she went to assist me.
Went into this place to mail my sister her keys that she left here while on vacation. Few days later when I checked the tracking number online I found out the package was reported lost or stolen. After calling the store numerous times I found out that the only person who could give me any details was the store owner. I waited 3 weeks to hear back from the store and I periodically called to find out what I can do. Upon finally going into the store and talking to the manager i found out that since i hadnt purchased the insurance on the package(i wasnt offered it) that i would only get then minimum of 100 dollars. The owner was rude and uninterested towards what happened. Will never use UPS again in my life.
Horrible!! I couldnt get a key to my mailbox until the owner got back from vacation. Then my package got lost It was delivered from Fedex & I checked the tracking which said delivered to ups and signed by the ups worker Jackie. I asked her did she sign for it and she said yes so I asked her well where is it. Then she told me I mustve picked it up with my other packages yesterday. I told her no, I know what packages I have and Im missing one. I asked her dont they have a tracking system when packages come in the store and she said yes but since I dont have a mailbox key yet they just put it on the counter. I said So you dont log in my packages when they come in? And she said no. I said so how do you know who the packages are for then? She said they just give the packages to the recipients when they come in & no matter what because they dont have a key they dont get processed in the system until the owners puts them into the computer. So if the owner isnt there to input you in the computer for a mailbox, your packages will be sitting in an unsecured area. Anyway, when the owner came back I asked him am I going to get reimbursed because they lost my package & he said they did not lose it, he think fedex didnt drop it off (Note: I contacted FedEx 4 times and they said it was dropped off and the ups worker Jackie came out to sign for it) And then he said they never lost any packages at his store. And I said are you going to make a stolen/missing report or claim or something and he said, are you sure you didnt pick up the package already...I just told him to refund my money for the six months for the mailbox I never got, because I dont trust his business. They dont care what happens to any package, they will not take accountability for anything. I believe the lady Jackie gave my package to someone and doesnt want to admit it or she took it. Either way I will stick with Fedex & USPS from here on out.
The young lady (Tavia) working in the store this morning had no customer service skills. She was not friendly or welcoming. She was simply rude and should consider some remedial training when it comes to customer service.
Lady at the desk was kind. However, a $5 fee to print a label for a package that is to be shipped from their store is just ridiculous. Ups will definitely not be my go to for shipping.
Terrible Service. Went in to send a fax, they gave me a cover sheet that was hardly legible because they reused a paper that had already been printed on and then they tried to charge $15 to fax it. $2 for the cover page and $1 for each additional page! There was no printing, nothing they had to write up, just whiz it through the machine...HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The customer service is horrible. I personally saw the manager Kiran tell a customer it wasnt his problem while i was in the store and continued to be rude to this customer as the customer explained his frustration at not being notified that his package was sent back. I was so shocked i had to turn around and look. Not only that but I was on their internet and needed to access my gmail account and their slow internet service never let me access my account my user and password was correct but it never let me into my account on their slow computer. The faulty internet and below standard customer service is enough for me to never come back to that UPS store again.
The young lady tavia was helpful the other day when I came into the store she helped me with every thing I needed and she was very nice about it
The complaints on here are ridiculous. I have visited this store many times Tavia has helped me and so has the manager. I went tointo this store and received good service. My package was mailed and received on time every time.
I went to the ups store and the lady at the desk told me, literally, not even kidding, I dont know nothing about nothing, I shouldnt even be here alone, you are going to have to come back after New years. I called customer service and I was told, UPS is a franchise, and there was nothing that could possibly done to help me.To add insult to injury, it was a prepaid, over night package.

The woman behind the counter was very rude. Attempted to up sell me on the “official ups packaging because it was a 50/50 chance the package would arrive damaged.” It wasn’t lightly pack. It was packed in a thick cardboard box. When I refused and took possession of my package exiting the store she blurted out “I’m only trying to save your arse.” Rude, unprofessional, and I’ll never again visit this or any other UPS store!
