There are no words sadly. I will never understand the lack of customer service that you get every time you call. I believe it has to do with lack of having Management in each office, so everyone has free reign to do what they want, and therefore, dont go the extra mile to help people when they have a service failure, no matter what the failure is. I have many examples, ive written the FMC, I stopped doing business with them, for many years, and then recently went through a respected NVOCC who I figured would get the best service from MSC, chose them over another more expensive carrier, and the cargo is not sitting in a transhipment port and is a MONTH AND AHALF LATE!! It will be a miracle of GOD for this shipment to be fixed becuase no one in MSC seems to ever really CARE!Wait I do have one guy that is awesome, but he cant fix all the mistakes of the other offices. its ridiculous really, how theyve grown to such heights because they get more business b/c they lower their rates, but then have an issue, and the customer service goes straight down the tube
