I’m not going to give a one star because of certain reasons. I had hoped with such good reviews I would get lucky with getting my iPhone 7+ screen fixed here. The first go around, I had issues with my screen pressing random buttons and going crazy. I took it back where they “loosened” the screen. I left and once again, same issues. I took it back the next day and another guy replaced my screen. This time the screen seemed to be working okay but I tried using my front facing camera and it just shows pitch black. Mind you my front facing camera worked perfect while my screen was cracked and also the two other times my screen was fixed it worked. Yet when I take it in YET again, I’m told nothing is wrong with my camera wire. They were nice enough to refund my money and I couldn’t get my old screen back but I’m now out $1200 because I have a $900 phone I can’t use due to STILL having screen issues plus no front facing camera and I had to upgrade my phone which technically makes me out 2k for the phone I have plus my upgrade. I would personally spend the extra $80 I tried saving and visit an apple store if I were you. A least there they will fix your phone if they mess something up. The guys were nice and respectful, just sucks I’m out a phone and it’s my only form of communication with family and my husband.

I have used Batteries Plus (the 21st St location) many times over the years for key fob batteries & watches. They even soldered the wires in my key fob twice. This was my first time needing a phone battery. Over the years every service person I have dealt with has been a pleasure. They are friendly & very knowledgeable. This time was no exception. I never have to dread going here in & wondering what kind of service I may get. Thanks for all the help & exceptional service.

Niko was super nice and helpful! Extremely affordable for a broke college student like me. My phone screen was completely shattered to the point where my fingers would cut open from typing and it looked brand new after it got fixed! Got an otter box case for a good price too!

Went in expecting to pay money to fixed my iPhone charger port. They saw it was a lot of lint and junk inside and cleaned it for free. Will definitely come back for repairs! Honest and helpful

Recommended here!!! Really nervous at first that I couldnt get my phone fixed and thought that I would have to buy a whole new one. When I went to go pick it up, I was very impressed. My phone looked brand new!!! Definitely recommending them to others.

I went to the store in Ghent which I have never been to batteries plus before so I had my doubts. The two employees Raiquan and Anthony were so knowledgeable and absolutely professionals that this store will always be my first choice for any of my phones. Apple would not even look at my phone and said to buy a new one, T-Mobile said the same. These two guys saved me almost a thousand dollars, well worth the time to go to them.

Niko is the best in terms of customer service. He followed the process of checking the phone to ensure company is protected. His actions are epitomes of efficiency and he was able to deliver what he said he was going to do.Will definitely recommend him and Battery Plus!

They did replace the battery but one side of the screen is separating. They guy said it was normal. I guess I expected to get the phone back in the same shape as I dropped it off. I guess that is not the case. Just be aware of that before you leave your phone.

Always have a good experience here! They fixed my and my family members’ phones many times with no issues. An employee agreed to even go to where my vehicle was to program a new FOB key for it.Oh yeah, don’t ever go to your dealership again for FOB keys. These guys beat their pricing by nearly half! $50 to program a faulty FOB and around $159 for a whole new key and FOB!

They took me right in even tho i was way early for appt for phone battery change and they were done before estimated time. very friendly and helpful. will definitely use them for future fixes :) thanks guys :)

The man at the desk was informative, helpful, and efficient. I shattered my screen on my cell phone that morning and was able to book an appointment online for that evening and I saved an extra $10.00 on my order for booking online. Definitely the least hassle and one of the least expensive options I found for having my iphone screen replaced.

Super Fast replacement of my iPhone battery.I was expecting a couple of hours, but it took about 15 minutes. Fast and Friendly service.Now my phone will hold a charge much longer.

I needed a new battery for my older iPhone 5C. Made an appointment through their website. When I arrived at the store, the manager knew about my issue and confirmed that a new battery would solve the problem. A repair window of 30 minutes was given.I returned to the store after 30 minutes and my iPhone 5C was ready for action! After applying a rebate coupon of $10 I received, the total repair cost - including taxes - was $42.39. Try to get this kind of service and price from the Apple Store...

They did an excellent job. Although I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is except for the $10 off when you have to wait almost 2 hours for a repair. That is my only complaint.

Some unforeseen complications caused the time of repair to be a bit over the initial estimate but all-in-all the repair was performed with great success and expected to last. Great value for the price.

I dropped my iPhone 6 and afterwards there was a small gap between the case and screen that I couldn’t press closed. I took it to WeFixIt (inside of Batteries Plus Bulbs). They replaced the battery which had swollen up and caused the screen to bulge up - dropping it just jump started that. $69 and less than half an hour - I’m happy.

Didn’t take too long however the repair itself sucks. came in for a new iphone screen and my touchscreen kinda sucks. i don’t recommend it. pay the extra $30 bucks and go to apple.
