I was very pleasantly surprised by how affordable and convenient this place was. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I broke the back and the actual camera on my phone. Both were replaced for just over $50. It was a great experience.

I needed a ney built in keyboard for my laptop. Showed them my laptop, they got the part in 3 days later. Fixed it in an hour. Very professional considering this was a complex repair. Would definitely recommend.

Was looking to buy a computer charger for my Mac laptop, which buying it new would have been 80$, but luckily they had one for 25$. They definitely saved me, especially since Im in in school right now, and my laptop is my life right now. The charger was in really nice condition and worked really well for my laptop.

The lady put orange nail polish all over my front camera of my iPhone without my permission 😤 i never paid for camera removal service i I only came in to see why my speaker wasn’t working. I had a black sticker covering my camera and when the sticker came off once you removed the screen you put orange nail polish on my camera without my permission. The camera camera is still intact and i cant use it because it’s covered in nail polish. So recheck your books because I never paid for camera removal or camera cover up i just wanted to know why my speaker wasn’t working

I was really looking forward today as a repeat customer to have my daughters iPhone 8 plus screen repaired but unfortunately that didnt happen due to a few things number one when I walked in my daughters phone was not disabled the tech asked me for the password Im thinking okay he should write it down because if he tries to put the password in with the screen glitching it could cause the phone to disable and thats exactly what he did so the phone disabled soon after there was another guy in the office that jumps up out of his chair and says in order for us to test the phone now you have to pay an additional $25 for us to disable the phone I tried to make it clear to him that the phone was not disabled when I walk through the door the phone is now disabled due to the other Tech trying to punch in the password with the screen glitching. He showed no concern by just asking me for my information to put in their system so I simply asked for my phone back and just walked out. I drove 30 minutes to hear location for these results I would never return screw this place.

We’ve used them before for cracked screens and it only took like 2 hours, but After my son dropped his iphone 10 on the ground and it wouldn’t load back up, or hold a charge I didn’t have much hope that it could be revived! I took it over their just to see. Well whatever they did fixed it and now it works again and it only took a day for them to fix it! I was truly shocked, they are very good!!I highly recommended them!

Great and fast service. I had a cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 and they fixed it within a couple hours of receiving the part. I had contacted literally 6 different stores before TechFix and none of them said they could fix it for various reasons. Im very pleased with the repair and service and will come here first for any future repair needs. (I also appreciated that they wore masks and required customers to do so as well.)

Reasonable price, but overall I’m not satisfied with the repair, I own an iPad Air I got it repaired for my son. The day after the repair there were lines in the background there was also flickering. I took it back she didn’t know the cause of the lines and she was afraid to replace the LCD because she said that we might have the same issue. She told me if I see the lines just restart the iPad each time which is really ridiculous. If you own an iPad or any device and there’s visible lines it’s clear that it’s an issue so just figure it out. You shouldn’t send a customer on their way without solving the issue.I will return to this location for a refund!

Quick fix and affordable price. I shopped around to get a screen replacement on an IPhone 8plus and had it fixed here. Very happy with the service and job.

I took my old Galaxy Note 5 in for repair for what I thought was a bad battery because it would not charge. Chris, the owner was able to work on it as soon as I arrived. He took a look at the phone and quickly determined it was the charge port. He placed it on an inductive charger and it immediately started charging. For now, problem solved. There was no charge for this troubleshooting. He could have easily taken my phone and charged me for replacement of the charge port, battery, or whatever else. Chris was completely honest with me, which was greatly appreciated. I will be back for whatever cell phone repair needs I have.

I came with a challenging phone (a BlackBerry Key2) which had been completely run over by a car. In less than a week they were able to replace those affected parts, including, of course, the screen, which were available. The turnaround time was really impressive and Id certainly patronize them again

About 6 months ago, I had these guys repair the screen on my iPhone 6+. Seemed to be a very good repair. Today, I had another company attempt a screen repair on the same phone. I observed the entire process. The tech showed me how at least 8 of the screws on the interior of the phone were just missing (!!!) when he was trying to replace the screen. Awesome. Techfix was the only other company who had fixed my phone. For whatever that was worth. Now I have to buy another phone. Thanks a lot, man. Could have at least charged me for half, since half a job was done. Otherwise, customer service was polite and quick. That would merit the additional star.Dont try to literally screw people on a fix, man. I wonder if you only replaced half the screws and just thought I wouldnt find out. If you dont have the necessary supplies, just tell people. Ill go elsewhere, and make sure everyone else I know does too. Good luck.

This repair shop is definitely a hidden gem. I work at a place that does not allow camera cell phones. Ive had a total of 2 phones worked on here. The phones had their front and back cameras removed and filled with epoxy. When I received my phones back, they were clean with no chemical residues.Yes, they are slightly more expensive than some other places, but you get what you pay for. Ive had a phones cameras removed before at a different place and it stopped working afterward. Id rather pay a bit extra to ensure my investment doesnt go to waste!Lastly, the owners are friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I will certainly be returning here in the future.

Had a severely broken 6s+ screen, digitizer and display alike were completely smashed. 6 minutes and less than 70$ later, the display was as good as new. The official Apple store wanted 300$ for the same fix, and we are very satisfied with the professional and prompt service we received.

Great service. Had a broken Droid DNA screen that was repaired in u see an hour, for a good price. In the process the ear piece was damaged. He said they couldnt rule out that it happened during the initial accident or the repair so he ordered a replacement and fixed it again for free. Deserves your service. I will only ever take my products here to get fixed.

I tried calling three times, I really needed my phone fixed, no answer. I decided to walked over, when business hours said until 3 on Saturday. I went at 1 pm, and it wasnt open.. :(So I went finally when he was there after 3 tries. And he changed my battery which is what I needed, but it still dies really fast within two hours, Then comes back to me saying that my screen has water damage when he finished the battery...when it did not have that before.Telling me its gunna be 55 dollars more to fix ontop of the 30 dollar battery change...AND he did even screw on the screen, I can take it right off! Which I should be thankful for and Ill fix it myself.

Possibly the worst service ever. Not only was the technician lazy and not willing to help, but after I dropped off my laptop half of the keyboard was not working and claimed that a full disassembly would be required. This company is a total scam! Do not bring any apple products here. It not only took them over 2 weeks to fix a basic screen but they ended up breaking it even more, not willing to take responsibility.

Cracked the screen to my iPhone 6 and it had a bend in it as well (like all iPhone 6s have). Went to CPR cellphone repair, those guys told me it would take 5-7 business days for the parts to come in, 3-5 days to do the actual repair, and it would cost me $250. I went to TexhFix repair shop. They told me they can have it fixed in 45 minutes, and would only cost $100. I came back 45 minutes later and the phone was fully repaired. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The next time I crack my screen due to drunken night. I will defiantly be dragging my hungover self back to TechFix.

One day without it, and I have dozens of panicked and angry voicemails-- and lots of damage-control to do.When I broke my phone last night, I quickly started to make a claim with my phone insurance company, but on a whim, decided to research local repair companies instead.This is how I found TechFix, and I am so glad I did!They returned my emails almost instantaneously (even though I emailed after hours!), gave me a suspected diagnosis based on a picture I sent, and quoted me a fair price for the work + authentic Samsung replacement parts.Their quote was accurate. I paid slightly more than I would have had I made a claim through my phone insurance, but it was TOTALLY worth it - no waiting, no going through the claims process, no worrying over whether all of my texts and pictures would transfer to a refurbished phone (or if said refurb would even work!), etc.They were so professional and courteous!Best of all, they were so quick that I had exactly 0 angry messages waiting for me when my phone was up and running again!I was in and out in less than 20mins!!I am very impressed and had such a great experience that a broken phone will no longer cause me any anxiety. Took my phone to get the charging port fixed because phone wasnt charging well...he cleaned the port instead and fixed it but broke the microphone that was working just fine before going in ...so now my phone doesnt work at all and all they said was sorry your phone doesnt work now...do not trust this repair shop take your phone to a reputable phone repair shop

$200 screen replacement lasted 2 weeks before the new screen separated from the phone. It could not have been installed correctly for it to come off the way it did; but being outside the warranty window, they had no help to offer. Went to them to get a functioning phone, ended up $200+ poorer and no phone.

Damaged phone disassembling it, didnt apply adhesive correctly so I have to fix it again myself. More expensive than a mail-in alternative.
