Just quit wasting time looking elsewhere and hire this gentleman. My mom bought my dad a used truck, his first new to him one in 30 years, as a surprise 70th bday present. The dealership didnt even bother to detail it when they delivered it and it looked awful. We left a message Friday night of a holiday weekend and by 8 am Saturday morning he was out there making the truck look brand spanking new. Amazing job, fair price, awesome service. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

As a working mom with three active kids, my van was in BAD shape! Mr. Washington worked hard to make it look brand new - and it really did! Very happy with the exterior detailing done to my car today. My car was completely contaminated by backroad dirt and bugs. They did a great job cleaning that all off. The attention to detail was on-point especially cause Im super OCD about the cleanliness of my car. I appreciate the the pride the staff took in their work. They were also very friendly and they drove all the way out to the outskirts of Chesapeake to detail my car. Will be my go-to detailer.

I currently drive my fathers car that he purchased in 2013. In the years that he had the car he did nothing but go to and from work as a industrial welder. He also medically smokes marijuana so much so that I had the car for that last three months as a non smoker could bearly breathe. Air fresheners did not work all it did was mask the scent. I thought that this car needed a really good detailing. I called Washingtons mobile detailing and after about 4-5 hours the car smelled great and looked 3-4 years newer. I used their services for my bosss large SUV: complete with pet hair, sand, and driven with three children. They were mobile, which was a big plus, and came to the SUV (at our business parking lot) around 2pm and didnt finish until a little after 5pm. The owner was very pleasant and professional, catering to my needs. Their work turned out amazing! We did the middle package, and they buffed out scratches on the exterior and the interior is like new again. They accepted cash or check. I would definitely recommend them for detailing services.

Above and beyond expectations!!I accidentally left a bag of garbage in my vehicle (Grand Cherokee) for 3 days at the airport - I meant to dump the garbage before going to the airport, but I was running late and completely forgot to take it to the dumpster. Needless to say, the smell was overwhelming when I returned home. I tried for almost 2 weeks to get rid of the smell myself using consumer products like Febreze and Odo-Ban, but it was wasted money.I called Washingtons Detailing, spoke to Mr. Washington about the problem and made an appointment for a consultation. His employee met me, went over the details and I made the appointment for a cleaning.Here is where Mr. Washington and his employees went above and beyond - my appointment was on Mothers Day, but he and his employees worked all day on my car. I didnt expect anyone to work on Mothers Day, but they did. When they were done, the smell was gone, the interior was immaculate, and it was probably as clean as it was when it was brand new. As an added bonus, while waiting for me to come pick up my vehicle, Mr. Washington put a coat of spray wax on the Jeep, and applied RainX to my windows. He also offered advice on caring for my Jeeps finish. I didnt ask him for any of this, but he delivered first class service above and beyond my expectations.I will definitely be back again to have him and his team work on this vehicle and other cars I own. The prices were extremely fair and the workmanship was excellent.

Great Job detailing the inside of my Honda Civic 08 that had NEVER been professionally detailed on the inside. I first called xtreme detailing and they didnt have an opening until 1 pm. I called Washington and we talked about options and prices. Washington was going to charge me a little less for the interior plus do my headlights so I figured I would give them a try because I wanted it done asap and didnt want to wait a few hours until xtreme had an opening. I drove up there five min later and they started working on cleaning my car. I truly believed the did the best they could. My car had a lot of stains and dog hair. It took a few hours but I know thats because they did the best they could and had let some people off that day because it was originally raining all day. My car did have three different dogs hair in it and a few old stains. Washington was very nice and professional. He is prior Marine and takes pride in his work. They do a great job.• • •

By far the best car wash in the Hampton roads area. Ex-military owned and operated. If your willing to give the extra few minutes for a wash by hand it is most definitely worth it using nothing but top of the line products and washed with meticulous detail.

I bought a Groupon for a full car detail/interior restoration. After a year without a good cleaning, two little ones, and plenty of travel, these guys had my car sparkling clean and, as promised, restored to like-new condition. Mr. Washington was incredibly professional. He is prior military and knows attention to detail. He was receptive and more than willing to listen to any concerns before and after the job but honestly, I had none afterwards. I highly recommend their services.

Dont judge a book by its cover, this place is serious about auto detailing. Every nook and cranny was cleaned in my car.No swirl marks from the wax job, very, VERY smooth exterior, the paint shines like new.The interior was free of lint, the glass was clear, they cleaned every square inch, including spots you cant see.The owner was friendly, and fun, as was the staff. Best customer service Ive encountered in a long while. They aim to please and want to make sure youre happy with the job.The price was more than fair for the Washington full service interior exterior detail. My full size sedan only cost $200, which, compared to other detailers in the area, is about $50 less than similar packages.Bottom line is you wont find a better detailer in the area with prices as low as Washingtons.
