Thus far, I love my new place. So far its been quiet and I hope that it stay that way. My only concern is an incident that happened to my place on Saturday, February 6. Other than that Im good. The office staff are very responsive and very nice.

This is a very nice property Ive always rode past the property but I never stopped in to see exactly what the property had to offer there is a nice pier in the back of this property as well as waterfront views the campostella bridge is Right at your fingertips there is a lot of scenery here to take in Im no resident but I did stop in just to look at the property

I want to know if yall doing anymore applications.

Biased and unethical practices. Looks nice but the property management staff are unprofessional. Cannot recommend this place.

I love moving into new apartments. I don’t hear my neighbors walking over my head. I do appreciate the sound proofing. There is noise in the hallway when someone is moving in, but the apartments are lovely. If I had a complaint, it would be that the parking spaces are extremely narrow. Otherwise, I like being here.

I love my new home! Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious. Everything apartment has 2 bathroom and also you have a balcony. The property manager and staff that works there are amazing.

Currently living here but would not recommend if one values safety for themselves and family. Moving here, I had no idea the demographic would be as such. Not even 6 months in of living here a teen was shot and died a few days later. The residents are messy and loud. The parking spaces are entirely too small so the parking is a nightmare at times. The most troubling thing is that the place isn’t even at full capacity. I can inly imagine what next summer will look like.

All I can say is when you move out here you might as well get ready for your to be hit, banged and scratched.. the parking spaces are very small.. you shouldnt have to come out your house and you cant even get in your own car

They take so long to get back with you..I applied the end of July, I called back in the beginning of September the lady Renee tells me they will get back to me in another 4 weeks.Its just Ridiculous!!
