My 5 stars goes to Ms. Ronisha Willie!!! I’ve been a resident for 13 years and I will say ever since Ms. Ronisha is in the office things are smooth and clear.. great customer service, very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Many blessings for this young lady! Thank you for all you do.
I just want to thank Ronnisha over at Broadcreek for all her help. She made my transition a breeze and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My kids love it here!! So do I.
Ronisha has been great to me. Anytime I place a work order she makes sure it is taken care of. She has been a great asset to Broad Creek.
I have been living here for about 4 years now. I have never had any problems with getting in contact with anyone at the rental office when Ronesha ran the front desk. Then they got a new office person and since Covid has happened, when I call, I get no answer. When I leave a message I get no call back. I started emailing Ronesha and she gets back to me in no time. I like that she has great customer service skills and is very professional. She does a wonderful job and put her residents first.

Ive lived here for about 4 years and I can say that Ive watched Broad Creek grow to a great community. It started off rough with the previous staff, but I am VERY happy with the new staff. One person in particular Ms.Roneisha Willie, has been a great help in making sure everything from maintenance requests to the re-certification process, goes smoothly. I appreciate the improvement in customer service to match such a beautiful development. I am happy to be a resident. 😊

Ive been living in Broadcreek for 15 years and Miss Ronisha is by far the best person theyve had doing our recertification. Shes on point with her paperwork and outlines everything that needs to be filled out. Hope she stays.
If I can give them zero stars I would the staff is so unprofessional . I went to take my important documents to them for them to make copies and. Not knowingly left my birth certificate with them, I notice a week later so I’ve called them which they never pick up so I went by and lord behold they had it. Without calling me to advise me that I let my document behind. . So when one of the staff workers gave it to me she also had a denial letter with it which I thank god for that I was denied because I found a four bedroom with private backyard . Ain’t god good he blessed me with bigger then what they was offering
I have been living in broad Creek for the past 7 years. The previous staff was, well lets just say that is why they are previous . However this new staff is on point .Ms. Ronisha WillieIs very proficient in her job, and people skill are impecable

Please do bo respond to me with the same message that you have with the other reviews. But i am a very respectful person and my daughter lives there and have been trying to handle things on her own..but SL Nausbaum should be ashamed of the cleaniness, rude and unprofessionalism of the corporate office and thw main office. You pay now or pay later and they keep putting bandages on things instead of fixing them, losing paperwork, and thinking they can talk to people any kind of way! It stops now because i will email and google review everyday until you get reliable people in the office and maintenance that does work. I have pictures as well which is proof!
Wonderful place to live. Great staff. I would highly recommend the property to someone looking to live somewhere warm and comfortable.

When I first moved her I loved it everything was great. One thing I did start to realize was paperwork always getting lost, work orders were not being put in or at least they weren’t being honored, and it was always a issue with the people in the office. You really have to stay on top of them in the office most of all they should change their attitudes especially the office manager.

I waited 7 year to be a neighbor of this community. I’m very unhappy at the way I’ve and others have been treated. Work orders are never honored. Brought in as a subsidized renter (Which I don’t qualify) but charging me market rent....Paperwork miss handled and manipulated, Rent increase without proper notice....We’ve have 3-4 management teams in the last 3 years that I’ve been here....When issues such as mold, carpet replacement are brought up to Management, you are treated as if you done something wrong. No investigation to any of my claims. Current Manager Sparkle Harris, is very unprofessional and needs to be removed. The whole staff needs to be replaced. Threats were made of putting me out or, not renewing my lease. No one should be treated in this manner. No need to call Upper management because they simply treat you worse. I’ve been fighting this battle since February....I was also denied paperwork to Sign for contractors to fix my unit..after other agencies got involved. If I was a mystery shopper Broad Creek would receive an F grade. This group has brought our community down!
I have lived in this community 6 years now.. In the last year, I have had so many issues. Seems as though paperwork is not being properly filed. Receipts are not being properly done. Unnecessary paperwork sent out causing more stress. Work orders never honored. As a disabled tenant I really do not feel as thought this community values their tenants. I loved this community when I first moved here in 2013. Im not so happy with it now. My advice is to keep all copies of paperwork, receipts, calls, everything. Not sure what happened to this neighborhood I use to love and be proud to live in.
Ms Willie is customer service, personified!!!!! She always greets me by my last name and has a gentle demeanor. She communicates well and isnt impatient. Brava to Ms Willie!
The apartments are nice but be sure to keep all of your receipts when paying your rent a matter of fact keep all of your documentation when dealing with them always new people in the office
Horrible maintenance never shows up when they say they are I’ve waited on multiple occasions
The receptionist, was far from helpful . Im a stickler for customer svc . She was not very informative nor did she know anything about the complex, the process or the wait list 😒🙄
