Ive been living here for almost a year and I must say the staff here is really great. Maintenance is always quick and friendly. Mrs.Nikki, the manager, is always so nice and knows everything about everything. I’m happy I moved here and it’s the best apartment I’ve lived in in a while.

I l❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️This apartment even that people said the area is not safe, the price is reasonable clean no roaches no mouses they do review every six months to check any kind of issues in my apt👍🏾. I been there for 2years without trouble sometimes just the neighbors play loud music but there’s the guy who watched over me said “”we won’t play hard because u need to rest I saw u working hard 😓 I really do appreciate that 🙌🙌””Good management!!!! Go Nikki 😉that’s my girl!!!! Nice really approcheable and all the maintenance Guys👨🏾‍🔧👨‍🏭!!!!! Always open with any type of resquests✊🏿🤝 all y’all keep doing the wonderful job🙂🍀👏🏿

Great place to stay but its in the hood always noisy behind the apartment the police is always out here they forever towing people cars the rental office is under new management and they assholes the old management were absolutely great no problems the neighbors are noisey and always want to borrow something the hallways forever smelling like weed the people always drunk or asking for money or food overall I cant wait for my least to be up oh and by the way its raccoons thats always out here on the side of the building from the neighbors feeding them food when there outside being loud or drunk!!!

Beyond disgusted with their service. They have a new employee named Davila who told me when I first walked in that she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing. She was in fact correct.She took my application fee and ran my credit report and told me I was good to move-in to the apartment Jan 15. The manager Nikki said she would give me a call about the breed of my dog and never did. I call back a week later to see what else is needed from me and they have rented my apartment.Communication is horrible on their end and they obviously need better training. Now I will have no where to live and have to move out of my current place in three days.
