I have used Tech 24 for several years, but lately their communication is terrible. You call and speak to someone in South Carolina who sets up the work order and they tell you a local dispatcher will contact you about an estimated ETA. When I spoke to Kathy in South Carolina, she said someone named Katie in Norfolk handles dispatch, but she wasn’t even online at 8:30 in the morning to be contacted. Apparently they work from home. All I wanted to know is when they were coming to my restaurant. The same day? Tomorrow? This week? No call back. They have a local number to call, but apparently it’s routed to South Carolina. Their technicians are good once they get to you, but they aren’t cheap. I don’t mind paying if I’m treated like they care, but apparently an independent restaurant isn’t too important to them. You can bet once they perform their service, they aren’t slow in sending an online invoice. Maybe it’s time to move on to another company.
These guys are awesome! Used them several times for warranty repair and for things out of warranty. Super fast and techs fix it right the first time. Chris is great. He gave us all of our options in a straightforward way and told us the best way to fix our walk in cooler.

Not good service. They need better leadership. Every time I need to visit the alarm is going off like the place is being robbed. Horrible experience.

Worst repair company I have used in 20 years in the restaurant business. They constantly make promises and under deliver. Ive had them back 6 times to fix the same broken cooler. Always an excuse and never an apology.
Always get the run around unfortunately.
