We were having moisture problems in our rental and the owner of this company gave over and sought out an ongoing issue that we’d been chasing down for two years! He came in, checked out the ventilation, duct work and even personally checked the crawl space under the house. In the end he replaced all the duct work and vents after diagnosing the problem on the first try. His team was quick, professional and informative to my wife and myself. Our AC went out yesterday & Im 8 & 1/2 months pregnant. It was 95° in my house last night & I thought I was going to lose it but thankfully I found Checkmark Air Specialists. Same day service and though I believed it was a freon issue, turned out to be something else. Jared got my unit running quickly, was professional and very courteous. I wish I could give them 1000 stars. We are first time home buyers and ran into a string of bad luck the first two days in our new home. First, I fell through my attic and put two holes in my ceiling. Then our AC went out. I called Checkmark because they had serviced the unit before and their magnet was on the refrigerator when we moved in. Shawn, one of the owners, came out at 9pm on a Sunday night and had my air on in 10 minutes, and for a very reasonable rate, seeing as how it was a Sunday night. To compound my dumb luck, I showed Shawn the holes in my ceiling. Shawn mentioned his brother Shane, who does home repair for Checkmark. We got 2 other comparable estimates, and decided to go with Checkmark because they could start right away. Two days later, Shane had fully repaired my ceiling and completed a small electrical job, again for a reasonable rate. In the cutthroat and dishonest industry of construction and HVAC, it is comforting to know guys like Shawn and Shane that we can trust with our home. We will never use any other company.

I called Checkmark Air Specialists on the recommendation of a couple of trusted friends. After that, one of their representatives came out to inspect our Indoor / Outdoor AC Unit. They were very thorough and offered me several options without trying to push any up sales. I decided based on the age and condition of our unit that I would go for a complete replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable their pricing was and signed the proposal without any hesitation. My install was immediately worked into their schedule and was completed without any surprises. Upon completion, my wife and I were given a complete walk through of all the work that had been finished. The Job site was immaculately cleaned with no trace of the prior equipment in site! This has been by far the most pleasant HVAC experience to date! I would highly recommend Checkmark to anyone!

Checkmark Air Specialists are remarkable! Not only have I added them into my contacts, but also my speed dial. Twice within the last year, I had issues. The first was in December when I woke up to frigid temperatures, only to learn that my heating unit was not functioning properly. I called Checkmark Air Specialists, who immediately answered the call and worked with my schedule to ensure I would not go to bed without heat. The second call was due to my water heater leaking water in the drip pan. Once again, I called and a specialist came out within the hour. I contacted Checkmark to install a new indoor/outdoor unit as mine was old and decrepit. Not only where they on time (actually a little early), they were clean, nice, and very professional. There was absolutely no mess when they were done. I would definitely recommend calling them!

Great experience--they explained what they were going to do, arrived when they were scheduled, made recommendations to improve my airflow and worked the entire time they were here. They didnt smoke, which was a plus (Ive had other service folks leave butts all over the yard). They cleaned up after they were finished with the work, no garbage of any kind anywhere. I will be having additional work done by Checkmark Air Specialists and highly recommend them. Very professional!

After receiving quotes from several different HVAC companies for work I needed completed on an investment property, I called Checkmark on the recommendation of a friend. They quoted the work to be done in a clear, and concise manner, and their pricing was highly competitive. From the time I signed the purchase contract, all the way through the installation, everything went as smooth as it possibly could. The work completed was done in a timely, and efficient manner. Checkmark serviced my two 2 AC and Heating Units today and I was very satisfied with the service

I highly recommend.I had a hvac unit (heat pump) moved in late June 2017. Then a cleaning done on 2 units in July 2017, and a Freon add in July 2017. Rocky came out to give a quote and was very clear in answering my questions, he even took the time to answer a non HVAC electrical question. David moved the unit and did the cleaning. There was a spot missed on the cleaning, but when addressed after the fact during the Freon add, Checkmark gave a significant discount.They provide excellent customer service, are quick to return calls and are willing to answer any and all questions.

Checkmark Air takes a different approach to HVAC and it really paid off! They are a great company with knowledgeable technicians. The experience I had with them was really good. Would recommend using this company for all your HVAC needs.

So far, very pleased with my new HVAC unit installed by Checkmark yesterday (3/10/17). Time will tell if the unit holds up, but I have to be hopeful lol. Chris (the owner) was very responsive to emails. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Alanna was quite helpful in making sure all of my questions were answered and even taking the time to register my unit for me. The crew also put my trash can back for me (it was garbage day during installation), its the little things! Highly recommend Checkmark!
