I was looking for someone to replace a battery on a watch and Jacobs name came up. He was available to help on a Saturday morning at 9:45 am which was perfect for me. Other places opened at 11 am so this was perfect. I was in the area and took it to his apartment and he was done within a few minutes. Thanks for your help Jacob!
