Super disappointed! Apparently the store hours don’t matter. I called yesterday around 6pm and asked if I could bring my IPhone 11 in immediately for a screen replacement and she said “no, I’ve already left” even though the closing time is listed as 8pm. I ask if I can bring the phone for repair at 12 the next day. She said “Yes, that’ll be fine”I only have an hour for my lunch break and I drove 15 mins to get there. Once I arrived there was a closed sign on the door saying she’d be back at 1. Very unprofessional and wasted my time. I went elsewhere and got the phone fixed for the same price.

Ive been to the Quick Cellphone And Watch Repair twice now to get my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus LCD repaired. They provided outstanding and quick service. They told me that it would take about 45 minutes to repair the screen and they completed the service sooner than expected. They also installed a screen protector on my phone, for added protection. This place is incredible, I highly recommended you going here. I went to another phone store to get my iPad 11 pro fixed it had a bleeding issue on the bottom left corner they had used a old screen which did not work I had to wait 4 hours u til it was “ repaired” and then I saw Quick Cellphone And Watch Repair near by.. I asked them the price for the iPad and they gave me a reasonable price she even offered to put a free screen protector on it. Once I got my iPad I was shocked the iPad looked like it was brand new! It’s been a month and I haven’t had any issues with it

Be forewarned. Worst cell phone repair shop Ive been to. Asma Hussain, owner/tech is an actor. Talks a good game! Lacks integrity and honesty.Took my cell phone in for LCD replacement. Asma claimed to have cleaned the interior guts of the cellphone before replacing the LCD. After picking up my phone, the screen didnt last 24hrs. Screen bled out quick, blacking out the entire screen. Took phone back the next day. She looks at the phone and immediately says the phone was dropped. Really! The phone was not dropped. She then goes on to show me where the screen started bleeding. Since she claimed it was a drop, no repair made. Just lost my money. I was teed off, so I left. Also, upon picking up my phone she advised that she cracked the rear cover in one of the corners. Had issues removing cover! Ok no big deal on that part, as it was a small crack, plus I keep the phone in an Outter Box case. Check this out. Took my phone to another repair shop on referral. The shop owner/tech looked over my phone. Lo and behold, he advised that the phone had not been dropped. He showed me where the screen started bleeding, in more than one spot. He advised that the LCD screen that Asma installed in my phone was cheap and or possibly used! He also advised me that she told me it was a drop so that she wouldnt have to do a warranty repair. He further advised that she should have known better to not have put double screen protectors on the phone. She reused my temper glass screen protector. I purchased a new cellphone case from her establishment. Asma installed the new case, which had a screen protector. So now screen protector over temper glass. My new tech advised that is a no go! He advised that makes too much pressure on the screen, advising once again that she should have known that. Anyways I had my phone repaired again at the new reputable cellphone repair shop. Being what I went through with Asma, the owner gave me a great discount on the repair, replaced the back cover that Asma cracked, at no cost and a new cellphone cover. He even showed me the new LCD that he was going to install. He also showed me the LCD that Asma installed, after he removed the old cheap LCD. Since the new repair, Ive had no issues with the screen.If you value your money, dont waste your time going to Quick Cellphone and Watch Repair LLC. Asma lacks integrity, honesty etc. By far, a crook. Maybe thats why she switches locations often. Karma!

Horrible service and over priced. Went here to get screen fixed she charged me 100$, 30$ more than anywhere else but I needed it done ASAP. Then she did the job incorrectly and my screen is off center. Have been calling for days and finally got a chance to go by shop and there was a sign saying they were closed all week. That doesn’t make any since. And when I did speak with her she said that because I left the shop there was no refunds and I never asked for a refund just wanted my screen fixed properly. Hopefully I can get back to the store in the next week and she will fix my screen correctly this time!

I was charged $37 for a new battery for my Samsung s5 cellphone. My fault. I should have realized I was being overcharged. Ive been charging the battery for several hours now. It was at 50% when I plugged it in. 4 hours later, its at 59%. Lesson learned. Ive been ripped off. All sales final. :(
