I had a great experience even though I did it on short notice. I rented a van it was the newer model so it made my moving easy and efficient. The staff was professional and guided me to the best solution for my move!

Didnt properly handle my reservation and ended up having to go to another location. To U-hauls credit, they did reimburse me for my troubles.

Worst experience ever. We were lied to about when the truck had to be back and were charged an extra day. Called customer service and received absolutely no help.
