No matter how many years of experience in manufacturing and logistics as well as degrees a person possesses. They’re still going to place you in the lowest paying jobs or act as they don’t have opportunities that pay a decent salary. In my opinion, nearly all temp services are terrible at matching individuals with opportunities. They just throw people anywhere instead of acknowledging individuals aspirations. I understand they are temp services, but most of their opportunities are temp to hire.Besides the the low pay and the terrible placements. The recruiter I dealt with was very nice.

This company has Serious Communication issues and it is very sad . And the lack of professionalism from the management further proves my point... she would not let me finish talking Before she would cut me off and respond with a smart remark. y’all really have to do better for future employees . most the time when people use agencies it’s because they need work and FAST and if y’all are going to ignore people, that’s horrible... I had to call from a fake number just to get an answer from you guys after having called all week and anytime I call with my own number it goes to voicemail... wow ... all I wanted was a new assignment .

Very unprofessional establishment and wouldn’t recommend them at all. They never answer the phones. They’re giving me hassle about paying me for hours that I worked with no problems. And giving me the run around about my pay. Don’t recommend, they didn’t start giving me problems until after my background check came back, and they placed me on an assignment before running my background and when it came back they removed me from their system.

I’m writing this review based solely on my initial phone call where I got someone from the call center. I called today, actually I was RETURNING A CALL today and ended up getting a girl in the call center. Mind you it was before 11am when I made this call and I spoke to a Hispanic chic named Joseline. This girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was a personal bother to her by returning a call. She asked me if I could come in today at 2pm and I told her I could not as I had already had something scheduled and so I asked if I could come tomorrow or later this week and she rudely replied “no, we only have today available” . Like, really? So what happens after today, is the company gonna close down? Is life as we know it going to end? You mean to tell me if I can’t drop what I’m doing today, and come right now today, then I will never have another opportunity to come in? That was so crazy to me. She was rude and unprofessional and should NOT be taking calls for anyone!!!!

The staff is amazing. They found the right job for me. I personally worked with Denise; she was really nice and helpful

I have not been called for a position,I have been told that I have to wait,I was told to call back in three days and I get the same response.I have applied for jobs that fit my availability and pay rate desire and everytime I called I very been told every position is no longer available,that is not professional and false advertisement and I am totally disappointed with Resource I thought they had a better reputation then most staffing agencies with being honest with ppl and professional,they proved me wrong😒!

Unprofessional do not help you with anything at all barley have jobs or any good paying jobs and want you to slave yourself and not help better your situation I do not recommend for nobody

I was previously employed with ResourceMFG in Norcross, Ga. The office manager Anthony is absolutely amazing, he placed me on a job site locally at Nefab package, I was employed with them over an year.I would like to thank ResourceMFG for the experience and opportunity of working with the agency.

I have never written a review before in my whole life until i came in contact with this temp service. They are no good dont even waiste your time with these people they just want 2 trick u and make u think they are going to put u on a job witch they wont but they gone tell u that after u do your interview and waiste your time

Resource mfg is a grate company to work for the staff are great and understanding when it comes down to hiring employees for a company looking find someone who is looking to find a good job and can use their services based off skills on your resume they have various shifts to work

In my personal experience I have nothing bad to say about this agency. The treatment of all the staff with me has been excellent. From the general manager to the supervisors. They all make a very good team. Thank you for how well you have always treated me.
