In at 7 out by 9 for 8 appt. Not bad for a place like this. Lumpers are ridiculously expensive, but thats the age we live in. Docking is tight, but not the worst Ive seen. Apparently you just pick a door dry or cold side and dock then check in.

I’m not sure if it was because I made a delivery after a holiday on July 5th, or the product I delivered, Dr.Pepper products, I had dry beverages, backed into dock 15, appt is at 0800, it’s now 0630, already unloaded, just waiting for paperwork and lumper fee, didn’t have to drop, did check in thru bank window type. Basically come through gate find a dock, dry freight 5 thru 16, dock 13 is broke, read instructions go back to truck and wait. I’m already unloaded and have paperwork all within 15 minutes, no lumper fee for Dr.Pepper product. Experience here today was the best, especially with all the bad reviews.Thumbs up US Foods in Norcross,Ga.

Not the worst place Ive ever been. But tight docks and small facility. No driver amenities. Now you have to check in from outside through a bank teller box. Unloaded in a respectable amount of time.

Not awesome.. not horrible... 🤷‍♂️ Just make sure you dont get a spot past door 15 .. gets really difficult to back in with the end of the lot and us foods local trucks parked across from the docks making it tight ... Again not completely undoable but again try to if possible to avoid a dock past 15... Otherwise I ran about an hour late bcuz of a breakdown but they still unloaded me .. no issues

Easy in. Slow even after docking. Fast unload, slow to count. Pay Lumper through Capstone on phone.

4 star because the docks are tight. Other than that I’m alway in and out for deliveries. No overnight parking available. No access to bathroom or vending machine due to Covid. Check-in outside at the teller box, press the button. Staff not friendly but they’re ok.

They got us in and out 2 hours ahead of our scheduled pick up time.

The worst company. Stay away from there if I can I will give them -10 stars. I got a door at 4am and now is 9.30 and I am still waiting for delivery

The green light means NOTHING!! Their text messages mean NOTHING!!! We arrived at 05:00 for an 06:00 appointment. We kept getting texts stating that we were finished. Nope - that’s just the lumper service. You can’t speak with a person face to face. Everything is handled through a call box next to a teller drawer that is over 5 ft high. I could barely see to get my paperwork. Finished at 11:20. Parking is ridiculously tight. $295.00 lumper fees. This place is nuts.

Horrible place to deliver to. Had me sitting in the door for 5hrs. Was one of three drivers there first before they got busy. Will request not to be sent there again. The 2 stars are for the friendly 3rd shifter that checked me in.

Dont deliver here lumper service charges way to much paid $135.00 for 55 cases 1 pallets will not let diver unload. Waited over 3 hours to get unloaded and get paperwork. Good job us food for valuing your customers and vendors

Place is a joke. With the way covid-19 is nowadays and everyone being scared, you dont check in inside. Itll be outside. Also the earlier you are the better door you might get. Some of these drivers just cant back up. Very tight docks. Update, 2/25/20 best bring a porta potty qith you. Cause this place refuses to let drivers use the bathroom. Even if you been there up to 4hrs. Sorry people covid isnt that bad around here. Start letting us have these facilities.

Parking directly beside US Foods on the East @ Grainger, large lighted lot.Enter gate and dock (5-17) dry van. Proceed to check in, on foot, with paperwork, seal and dock#. Place paperwork and seal in slide out box, then talk to guard on intercom and state dock #..return to truck to wait for light.Check in available @ 0345..Congested, as their own people are still trying to get out.Lumpet fees are sky high!!Slow unloading, real slow 🐌 .

I must say the only thing good about this place is the ease of backing into a dock. Everything else was terrible. The attitude of the receiving clerk was beyond the worse Ive ever seen and this was my first trip there ever. When she talk to you it was very short and snobby! I was there 2hrs after my appt before they started unloading me then i was there another 2hrs waiting for paperwork and I only delivered a load of paper towels. When the clerk called to finally tell me my paperwork was ready she was so nasty about it...Me: Hello this is Anthony HER: Your paperwork is ready thank you bye... and before I could say thank you or anything all I heard was the dial tone, she hung up on my ear/ face! JUST RUDE. If you can avoid taking a load there then avoid it!

Very nice and fast.. 3:30 am apt was in a door at 3:45 and unloaded at 5:30 ! When you get there dock in any door on either side past 3 and bring the seal and paperwork inside

4 hours to label 10 plates which they only had to pull- no breakdown. Careless and incompetent people.

Now I wont say this is the worst unload Ive had.. but you have a appointment 3:30 in the morning and isnt finished until 10:30 in the morning.You would think with that level of service it would be free lumper service. Although I guess its just a matter of whats the most important to get out of the trucks.But my Outlook is pretty simple.If youre really going to start unloading at 7. Why you calling me in at 3??As far as the people.. Their middle of the road. When it comes to the attitude. It aint really good. But it isnt really bad either.So when it comes to an unloaded. This isnt the worst Ive dealt with. But its not one that I prefer.

Arrived at 5:14am for my 5:30am appointment. I was checked in and given a door. They didnt take long to unload me and I had a full trailer. No lumper fee and I was leaving with my signed paperwork at 6:45am. Way to go US Foods. However I almost missed my appointment because I read one of the reviews and the guy said they didnt open to 7am...TO GOD BE THE GLORY because he let me know to go ahead and arrive for my appointment time...Listen to that inner voice because thats GOD speaking to you

Very bad reciving office, completely unprofessional,had a number asked efs, she said go to the yard and look for, where to look ? I was only one driver on yard . unloaded in 45 minutes, but stay 3 hours for pay lumper.

Simple checkin for dry delivery. Pick a door 5-17 as you come in. Then bring your paperwork in and say what door. This was at 345am. Not sure if its different later. Some drivers were parked next door overnight, big open lot. 5 star for ez check in. I may change after unloading.

Thought it would be busier at five am. Reception wasnt warm nor cold. All business. Check in, back in, take your seal in, and talk to the lumper service. Go to the sleeper and await a call. We all know wait times are variable, so plan accordingly. Not a lot of nearby parking so mind your hours. Backing can be a bit tight If things are busy it seems.

They started unloading us @ appt. time and didnt mess around! Good job guys!

Came at 5 am left @ 9am, it stinked like freaking broker screwed my day, because they open like @7, so had to wait for 2 hrs because idiot broker sent wrong info. Unloaded for 2 hrs, for reefer its not too bad. So 5 stars is fare.

THEY have some overnight parking outside 5 spots only BUT you can come inside & park in any door reefer side after R3 & dry side as well they start @330 & CLOSE @11am check in with yr door# the seal & paperwork then the lumper will call you for the amount$ or ones you see the green light go insidei got emty quick

I find the workers to be very un professional and always seem to have an attitude. They always seem to be having a private conversation instead of helping the customer. One day I had to listen to the girl taking about her kids playing football for thirty minutes before I received any help, and I still had interrupt her conversation before I was helped. Poor customer service and they seem to be entitle. Even the security agreed.

3 1/2 to unload half a trailer and we have to pay for lumpers to do it. This is why I hate grocery warehouses

You said how many times. Give me a paper, he bluffs. He said I. She has workers and just sit. they do not know how to work, and when its dry, they throw off

No different than any other US Food or Sysco. Was put in a door right away. Took some time to complete, but i did check in 2.5 hours early. Only real drawback is the small lot. Can be tough to back in if several other trucks are already docked. Tgey park their bobtails and straight trucks directly across from docks

Lady in the front desk. Not too friendly. As if she does not want to be in work. no overnight parking and slow too unload. Very tight too docking to door.

Drivers are hit and miss. They cant seem to keep the good ones.

Checked in at 6:15am for 7:00am apt, Checking in was easy, but backing to a dock might be an issue if youre rookie driver. And later at 9:45am got my BOL and of course $170 Lumper.

I deliver a partial loads here very fast 1hr .

Been here for over 4 hours still have jot heard nothing. Was suppost to be at another delivery over an hour ago. I went inside to ask what was going on the lady behind the desk said they will call you i told her we have another delivery to go to that we are already late for amd she told me they wpuld call me again. Very rude!!! When i first got here i asked if i could talk to the lumper cause i had 2 rejected pallets from this morning she said so i said well then will you tell them? She said no they can figure it out . Then when i asked how much the lumper would be she said do i look like i work in the warehouse? If you dont want to work around ppl you should work in the warehouse. Very unprofessional conduct from that woman.

And not pick up in this placeNice people but unprofessional schedules my appointment time was at midnight but they not start for loading at 03:00 am then they said my pick up is ready at 09:00 am when I asked about they said after lunch 🥗 it will be ready .

Good luck getting unloaded within 4 hours this place has got to be one of the most unprofessional places Ive ever been to, sure you give them your phone number and you have a light to tell you when theyve started or finish but they dont like to use either of them so you just have to guess whats going on really yet they get mad when you ask about your load, I wouldnt ask if they called or told me what is going on to begin with
