Once a good reliable company. NOT ANY MORE! Their customer service is at an all time low. And has been for the past 2 years- showing NO signs of improvement. Several staff in different departments have more than one thing in common: not doing what they promise - Poor communication - people in positions who do not know the product - and they don’t CARE about their customers is the bottom line. They don’t care if something is important to you- and don’t expect an apology when they mess up! Oh no. Several bad attitudes and a zero in customer service.I have been doing loyal business with this company in Atlanta for 25 years and that is over now. Calling the competitionThey don’t care about the customer or the sport- just about the $$$$$Good luck - or change management and clean house if you’re smart

Not a dive shop.... or retailer for that matter. Its a factory distributor for diving gear.

Some days not sure what I do without them and the gear, service and quality!
