Monique(manager) was really nice down to earth energetic person. If I had a business I would definitely hire her without a question. The car that I wanted was not there when I arrived at this location. She immediately call the next location and arranged another car for me. Best part in the whole process was, she didn’t stay at the counter for the guys to clean up an alternate car for me. She literally went into that cleaning place and she was helping them. Keep up the good work.

On Feb 18 I arrived to get a rental through Carmax. They were working to get a car for me and someone else and that lasted over 15mins. Be prepared to wait for a car so if you’re in a hurry forget about them rushing. Everyone was nice so the customer service was professional. When they finally told me the car was here the guy said he needed to clean the car so I continued to wait. When I finally got in I was in a hurry to leave. The car was “clean” as if he just wiped it with a paper towel. When I got in the backseat later I noticed all the trash under the seat and how gross the car really was. I didn’t say anything because I’ve been busy with Carmax and that’s another story. I was told by Enterprise to return the car to Carmax and I did. I notice later I received only a portion back of my required $75 rental fee. I called and talked with someone named AK who spoke to the manager and they were reluctant to refund me on a fuel charge. They claimed Carmax returned the car on E. How is that even possible or my problem when I returned the car with a quarter tank of gas? She tried to explain to me that in the future when I rent with them to return the car with the same amount of gas I received it. Huge disrespect when I explained to her I did that right before she started her lecture. Not happy with this location. I would not recommend it to anyone. This is a pandemic and even it weren’t take a look at the video and see if you’d like to pay for a car in this condition. If I don’t get the refund for the fuel charge I’m dropping it down to one star for worst experience in a rental!

I received a jeep when my insurance set up a rental for my car in the shop. I’m slightly concerned this vehicle was out of my pay range as my insurance was putting up 30 dollars a day for a rental. We shall see. Service was good, anytime I needed to speak with them, I was able to get through and was helped quickly. However, this car REEKS of cigarette smoke. Regardless of all stickers and signs in the car for no smoking. Febreze did nothing to kill this smell and as a non smoker it was honestly hard to drive it around for long periods of time as the smell was so pungent. The car needs a serious deep cleaning before they rent it out again.

Ive had a pleasant experience every time Ive had to come get a rental car. The associates are always up to beat and try to get you in and out quickly. I was nervous about having to exchange the current rental during my lunch break but it was so easy and quick, I was done in time. Definitely my first choice location for rentals.

Honest&true: today, I was sent over to this location by state farm. When I got off the phone with state farm I received a call from enterprise in less than 10 minutes. From that conversation, to the pick up, to driving to the location and picking up the vehicle the customer service was superb!!. Very professional. Getting the rental took all of 10 minutes. Vehicle was ready. Oh, and the pick up to my location was on time car was clean. I will go to this location in the future for sure.

They brought me a small car that literally smelled like people had got in the car to smoke and rolled the windows up on purpose. The sales associate acted as if she didnt smell it but it was potent. They wound up discounting the gas to accommodate me for the smell. Hated driving the car.

Rented a car. And I got it smelling like smoke. I was already running late for a trip so I just took it like that. Knowing that they knew it smelled like smoke. Come the drop off day. The guy checked it out. (Even put gas on full.) told me the deposit of $200 will go back in some business days. Come a week nothing. I call and ask them what’s going on. They tell me that the car smelled like smoke and they were stuff on the seat. I said nah. You guys gave me the car like that. Even the guy who checked it didn’t say anything. So now they took the deposit as that. And the seats were clean just like how they gave it to me. Disappointed in this location as I’ve rented before.

Immediately after getting out of rental office, I saw the low tire pressure alarm on screen. I added air to tires but next day I found the driver side rear tire being flat. I changed the tire with spare and called Enterprise 1 800 number. The asked me to Firestone tire shop to be fixed. they found a nail on edge of tire and stated that it could not be foxed and it should be replaced. Tire was replaced but few days later i found the passenger side rear tire is flat. I replaced it with spare and took the tire to the same shop that it was fixed. I wasted so much time and calm on this issue as a result of negligence by rental office for not checking the condition of car before renting it and not being able to deliver a replacement car.

Excellent service! Car was new, clean and only took a few minutes to get through the contract and inspection. My only issue was that, due to COVID, they weren’t able to pick me up or drop me off afterwards. I’d suggest calling the office ahead of making a reservation just to make sure to confirm that.

Had no luck finding a car to rent while my car was in the shop for repairs until I called Enterprise. I have rented from them several times before with no problems at all. Should have tried Enterprise first. They reserved a car for me over the phone, knew my information from my previous rentals and that was that. Picked the car up at my preferred location with curb side service. When I returned the car the folks at that location were very busy but they were extremely helpful by allowing me to leave the keys and be on my way. Before I got back to my office there was an email with my receipt waiting on me.

Because my normal pick up and drop off location (that is within 2 miles of my house), was closed due to Coronavirus and though this WAS selected as my pickup location (via my enterprise app) when I made my reservation but no pop-up alerts or emails alerted me to this fact, I had to cancel last minute.It WAS, however, stated that a representative would call prior to my reservation. THIS, never happened.Thankfully, I happened to call an hour or so before my pickup time, and was treated as if my NOT knowing that I’d have to drive to a different location was my fault.Irritatedly, the lady on the phone also gave me incorrect information as to WHERE this “new” location was BUT she did inform me rather quickly that their customer-pickup service was suspended due to the virus.Because my arranged drop off-driver was my inexperienced teenager and driving home alone from an unfamiliar-to-her location was not something I was comfortable with, I initially had to cancel my trip to see my 92 yr old mother whom I had not seen in months due to quarantine. I was upset.In the end, my husband was able to leave work and take me to the location, that I had discovered on my own, was actually NOT in the suburb originally stated, but was actually closer... though still not in a good place for the experience level of my teen driver.Once the reservation was remade, and I arrived to pickup the rental, the man that helped me was very nice, didn’t mention my previous troubles at all, and even extended me a free upgrade.However, immediately once I got on the interstate, which is literally one turn out of the parking lot, I saw that one of my tires was very low on air! Because I was already on the interstate, was late leaving, and turning around wasn’t an easy option, I just found a Q-T, aired up, and kept moving, hoping my tires were good.Thankfully, all went well, I saw my mom, and returned the car as planned.I’ve always been pleased with Enterprise. However, I feel, if I’m honest, as if all the last-minute stress could have been avoided if they, like so any others, were not cutting so many corners in the name of Covid19. Their employees seemed, this time, to be either overworked, overwhelmed, or not as professional as in the past... leaving customer service DEFINITELY lacking.

I had a reservation booked online at the Peachtree Corners location where I was driven there and they would not accept my chip Chime Visa Card. I had lost my wallet and they had my payment info online charging me despite the branch manager Sophie would not take my card. I was stranded and had to advise my Uber driver to go to the beaver ruin location where they accept chime card as I was advised by one of the reps outside. We drove there, they didn’t have any cars available and didn’t understand the issue at the other location. The manager of each location got in an argument leaving me up a creek in which I couldn’t get a car for work and had the Uber driver drive me home costing me my job. My wife just bought a Nissan Rogue Sport from Enterprise and I was literally going to buy a car from Enterprise until this happened. I’m at out $200 and a job. All because the manager Sophie at the Peachtree corners locations wouldn’t accept payment from a current member. I am leaving this review at all locations contacted for this rental. This was not right and must be corrected. Thank you to the manager of this location for attempting to help. I will make this 5 stars when corrected.

I was initially discouraged by the fact that there is no client parking allowed on the property, but the young man who was assisting me went the extra mile for me and personally contacted his manager who agreed to give me a break on this policy. I was renting the vehicle in order to begin clearing out my recently deceased mothers home and was very stressed-out, but the staff at the Beaver Ruin location made things much easier for me. Im a little late writing this review because Ive been busy.Long story short, the customer service at this location was far and above anything Ive ever been fortunate enough to receive anywhere else.The long version: I was struck by a drunk driver and didnt have my Nissan Frontier for almost a month. I had to get a rental basically the next day so I could get to work, and they got me into a model-and-trim-identical Nissan Frontier that was a few years newer.Only my insurance didnt want to pay for the increased cost... but the young woman that helped me out the first time did so again by helping me get the price of the rental down into what my insurance company would accept. I dealt with two insurance companies, a mechanic shop, and this Enterprise, every day for a month straight, and in that time there were only two people I felt like actually wanted to help me, and the young woman at this location was one of them.I dont remember her name, and I feel terrible about that, but maam, if youre reading this, you are an absolute lifesaver and I wish you nothing but the best. Youve earned a lifelong customer, and Ill be sure to request this location specifically should I ever need a rental while I live in the area. Renting from Enterprise was the one thing that I regularly felt like I didnt need to stress over. Yall, make sure to come to this location at the Beaver Ruin exit on I-85 because they will absolutely make sure to take care of you right.

....Where to begin???? I made a reservation at another Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I arrived at that location early to pick up the truck that I had reserved, when I arrived I was not presented with the truck that I had rented rather I was told to wait a few minutes to see if a truck would appear (either the manager of that branch or a customer would return it). Needless to say I waited and waited and waited some more. After spending an hour and a half or so waiting I started to call other Enterprise Rent-A-Car facilities within the area to see if they had any trucks or anything (I was fine with choosing another car, BUT NO ONE FACILITY HAD ANY!!!!). Although I had called this facility while I was waiting and they mentioned they did not have any cars left I decided to pass by it regardless seeing how it was close to home. To my luck a truck had appeared but someone else had reserved it I was told to call back in an hour to see if who ever rented it showed up. Well I called and although the person did show up to rent that car Courtney had found me a truck. I dont know how she did but she did it. Throughout the whole experience though I was visibly upset and angry Courtney remained calm and polite; she was very professional. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car for hiring such a great employee!!! I will definitely return to this location if I ever need to rent a vehicle again.

This location made my rental experience seamless. It was an issue with available cars and my needing a ride. It was a Saturday and close to closing when the rep called and said she would still pick me up because a car became available. I was already on my way. When I arrived, she was ready for me. I was in and out in a matter of moments. Returning the car was fluid and Courtney dropped me off at my doorstep. It was an easy breezy process.Overall, my experience with the Beaver Ruin office was effortless and whenever I need a rental in the future, I will patronize this location.

I received a call less than 1 hr before 1 was to pick up my car, to let me know there were NO cars at all available. How is it that when you have a reservation for a car 1st thing in the morning, a RENTAL CAR CO has NO cars??? Not even an upgrade option. I was told that theyd call as soon as they could find me a car. NO RETURN CALL. I called 5 hours later- surprise- they had cars now, but never called me. Upon picking up my rental, I was told I would receive 1 day free of charge. After receiving the final statement, I was charged for all 3 days. Now, Ive been waiting for a call back- manager is always in a meeting. This is not the 1st issue that my family has had with this local agency. Sadly for them, this will be the last time anyone in my family- those that live in the area or those of us that live out of town will use this office. Curious if/ when I will receive a return call. My next call will be to the corporate office if I dont get a return call soon.

Wonderful customer service. I needed a car immediately and they had one ready 30 minutes later when I arrived. They were very busy but I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely go back to using Enterprise exclusively rather than swapping back and forth with Hertz. I dont mind paying a little more ($10) for outstanding hassle free customer service. I had an reservation for a mid size car. When I arrived they only had f150 trucks then a small red car was being returned and I ask if I can have that car as I was the only customer there. They said no that was being held for another customer. I thought it was first come first served obviously no other customer was there but me. So I had to take the big truck. As I go to pay they only accept cards with chips. Thankful I had one. Then when I go to return the truck with full gas more then I picked it up with the Spanish manager doesn’t allow me to close my contract when I show up at 6 opens the door and my son was already in the lobby. Seeing a mother with her young child and you can’t take the truck that I am trying to return customer service is horrible and I guess they keep cars for certain people instead of renting what was reserved since you had a car there! I will never be renting from enterprise again!

Good experience. They were actually out of cars when I arrived, but this wasnt a big deal since I needed it for the weekend, not for the day I picked it up. Might have been an issue for some people, but regardless its smart to call ahead either way and check. If I could go below a one star, I would. First, my husband and I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to get a vehicle ready. They also attempted to give him the car on an empty gas tank. We reserved a car, and the only options presented were a truck, or a car that smelled of weed smoke. Absolutely terrible location. DO NOT USE!

I had a reservation for a small car and when I hot there they are offering me a truck for 3 dollars more!!! Are you serious on top of that price was supposed to be $309 including the deposit where they add $250 more dollars for a deposit going up to $574 for a 1 day rental.. and than they are a family business ‘ we treat customers like they should be treated ‘ please change your motto to ‘ We lie to customers to cheat themout of their money’!!!!! Horrible Horrible don’t rent at that location!!! You call the branch and they hang up to you and get this they are all supervisors/managers???? How is that possible??? Lies...

Stole my deposit. My car was involved in an accident, my insurance company rented me a car with a $50 deposit. I was suppose to get my deposit back when the rental was return. Return the rental and did not get my deposit back. Mind you the entire time I had my car they were taking money out of my account due to taxes, so they say. When asked about my deposit they claim it was for taxes and renewal what the what. They will find a reason to keep your deposit

This rental experience was great. The agents went out of their way to make me feel welcome and they got me into a car very efficiently. Made a reservation online at enterprise near my hotel. Go to the enterprise and it only accepts credit card. They tell us only the airport enterprise can help us because they will need our ticket info. Get ubered to airport and they dont have any available. They send us to Alamo and Alamo rental doesnt take our card. So they send me to the airport car rental next to them and they cant do it because I didnt do the reservation right when I got off flight (since a friend gave us a ride from airport). This has been a nightmare. So much for a nice trip

The Team in this location is the Best in the Business! They make it hard to even considered renting from another company so I just keep coming back and back again! All rental car places have cars, but 99.9% of them lack customer service, but not at this location! My first encounter I had an issue with my rsvp and they worked hard to help me through it and gave me complete satisfaction!And when I come back, huge smiles and professionalism and a great appearance meets me every time! Initial wait was a little longer than I anticipated, but once I was assisted the process moved rather quickly. The agent was really nice and explained things well during the process. I reserved an economy, but since it wasnt available I received a complimentary premium sedan.However, the car I received had not been washed- exterior was filthy and the interior wreaked of smoke, dirt, and kiddie fingerprints in the windows. I was told the washing bay was inoperable and was scheduled for repair that same day. The vehicle had higher miles than rentals I usually get (over 35k). The car was in need of maintenance (brakes) because the car would shake a little when coming to a stop.My overall experience wasnt pleasant, so I may be hesitant to rent from this location in the future. Ive used Enterprise several times for my corporate rentals without any complaints, but this was my first rental at this location. It also took me 4 days to get my receipt after multiple phone calls. This was annoying because its imperative for getting government reimbursements.

The Beaver Ruin location in Norcross is the worst for Customer service in all the Enterprise Rent-A-car that Ive ever seen. I had a 1:00pm reservation to pick up a car. . I was told that all the cars were currently getting an oil change. Which means no car was available. I was offered a Jeep for a higher price and I refused. They all stood around talking to each other to leave customers waiting to be seen. The female manager was worse than her staff. Staff member suggested that I return in an hour or so to pick up the car. I am a mile away and representative never offered to pick me up.This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location does not value your business or you as a customer. 

Awful. Cars have cigarette burns, are in poor condition and the general manager has no problem arguing if you dont give them their vaunted 10/10 rating to which they are so entitled. Rented here 3 times last year and finally found a much better alternative. Never ever had a problem with an airport based enterprise and Ive rented at dozens of them in North America. However, I did talk to one of the mechanics on duty; good fellow too bad about his boss.

They didnt have the vehicle we requested so they game us a more expensive vehicle. They honored the price for the vehicle we originally asked for. However, we went out of state and decided to keep the vehicle a an extra day. They told me an exact amount it would be they did not give me any additional information and when I returned the vehicle the amount was double. It was their mistake not ours (we called to be sure of the price.) They failed to communicate proper information and we ended up having to pay more than we had budgeted for due to THEIR miscommunication. I will never rent use them again.

Every time I come to this location its always a unpleasant one. I always have everything they ask for (2 bills, drivers license, debit) to rent a vehicle. It almost seems personal the way they incorporate new stipulations at their own discretion to prevent you from renting a car. The staff is very unprofessional. It feels as though you are interrogated to the third degree just to rent a car. I have been renting from the Sandy Springs location for years and have never been treated with so much disrespect from staff. This is by far the worst location I have dealt with as long as I have been doing business with Enterprise. I really wish these issues would be addressed because I would hate for anybody to experience what I went through with this branch. Good customer service clearly isnt their strong point.

I don’t like to write reviews but I’ve got to do this one because it might save someone from falling into these people’s trap. Be careful, make sure you take pictures or make a video of the car before you leave the premises if you are planning not to get insurance on the car. Otherwise you will be charged almost $1k for a small dent.

This place clearly does not deserve to be named under the Enterprise franchise. None of the employees have any knowledge of what they are doing. Their only concern is to make as much money as they can possible scam out of you.I rented a car with insurance for $30 a day with a $10.79 co-pay with my insurance company. I was charged $75 up-front, $195 five days later, and $137.18 after I cancelled the insurance on my rental car a week after renting the car. The rental agreement paper marked areas on the car that already had damage. When I returned the vehicle, they charged me for the damages that was on the car before I rented it.In the end, they also charged me an additional $70 dollars for no apparent reason. When I asked the employee about the additional charge, he said that he didnt know why. He suggested that it was for random fees.Dont waste your money and time coming to this Enterprise location.

The ERAC at 11572 Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell Ga was completely inept at solving a minor and easily correctable issue for a long-standing corporate renter. I was very disappointed and will not rent from this location again.

We have rented from this location several times both for personal and business travel. We have always been pleased with the customer service. They have learned that we never buy their insurance so they no longer even ask us about it. They always pick me up and return me to my house on time. On our most recent rental the service agent cleaned the windows inside and washed the car because the location the car came from did not have a car wash.

Great experience at this location. I reserved a Nissan Altima or similar style model and they had an Altima ready for me on my pick up time that I requested. Car was in great condition and ran smoothly through my week of travel. Was able to drop the car back off without a hitch. Customer service was great. They were very prompt and nice. I would use them again.

I must say I had a great and smooth transaction at that Enterprise. One employee I must say was a great help is Tyrell. Ty was very helpful and professional and breaks down explain everything to ensure everything was understood. I would definitely rent from that location again. I am so glad that they accept after hour drop off. One thing I can say is, your rental is guarantee. I used to go to Hertz on Buford Hwy, but I started to back off on them because they dont take care of their loyal customers. I plan on travelling a whole lot for the years to come and I want a rental place I can rely on. Big up to Enterprise - West Gwinnett!

I have used Enterprise multiple times for my rentals. This particular location always exceeds my expectations with their friendly greetings and always being eager to help. I have worked with Omotayo, Abel and Michael and each time they have provided such great service that depsite this being further than my local Enterpise I will always opt to rent from this location based on service alone. Keep doing what guys are doing and I am sure I will see you soon!

I wasnt satisfied with my previous rental. It was of my own doing but the inconvenience was too much. I rented a car for 3 days. I went up there before I had to work Saturday and they didnt open until 9. I had to be at work at 8. So I couldnt just leave the car because I needed a ride which I always do when I drop off in the morning. I drove to work and returned the vehicle when I got off. I was charged an extra day and I wasnt prepared to pay for it. My agreement cause me financial bedlam and it really through me for a loop. Nobody told me they opened at 9 so I was essentially stuck with an extra day. Like I said it was my mistake but my experience wasnt satisfactory this time around. Never had an issue before and I will probably use enterprise again but I was charged an extra day and I didnt even drive the car.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have been to this specific location several times. Of that I was disrespected a few times. My most recent visit I found out they hiked their security deposit under my carmax car care warranty from 50$ to 75$ I wasnt willing to pay 75$ for a basic less then 40$ a day rental and went to call another enterprise. While outside the manager and his associates made a mockeryof me. My husband ask what was so funny? They coped a attitude disrespectfully. I unbenonced came back in to my husband defending me. They decided to want to call law enforcement because my husband said he was done and for them to stop talking to him. no vulgar language just simply stop talking to him. My husband walked from this location back to CarMax. Refused to get in a enterprise vehicle. We have a contract with CarMax with our paid in full with financial institution for exstended warranty and its sad they do business with this direct enterprise. Our security deposit has never been more then 50$ and we find out its at the managers descretion to decide the deposit amount upon supply and demand. We live in Gainesville GA enterprise around here deposit with our warrenty is between 25$ & 50$ but yet the enterprise on Beaver ruin road charges 75$ security????? When I didnt settle to pay that the manager and his workers laughed at me and made a mockery of my family. Like I must be out of my meeting ND to not settle and pay that outrageous price. No my dear friends who disrespected me. Your wrong. I paid a tremendous amount of money for my exstended warranty with zero deductable so I wouldnt be obliged to pay this yet you make a mochery of me and then threatened to call law inforcment when my husband request you not to speak to him no more then force him and I and our 7yo and 1yo to walk back to CarMax. Your awful. I hope you get this awfull treatment ten fold over.!!!!!!! May you sweat in the heat and become desperate for water like my baby did...may you and your loved ones suffer from your wrong doings!!! God may show you Mercy but I hope others dont!!! My service at this Enterprise location was excellent. Have rented from this location many times because of there service and car availability. Quiana the manger is the best, she goes out of her way to provide the best customer service and accommodation for the customer. I pass 3 other Enterprise Rentals before I get to this one and will continue to rent from them.

I called and made a reservation for a vehicle. Upon arrival I found that not only was my vehicle not ready, but there wasnt a single car available on the lot. The staff was incredibly rude about everything and got an attitude with me immediately. They told me that when I called I had been connected to a call center, and the call center never knows what is and is not available. Which if true is a terrible way for any business to work.I asked if I could get the number to talk to the stores directly for the rest in the area, and they informed me that the numbers online were all to the stores, but Id be automatically connected to a call center if they didnt answer.I still have no idea why they couldnt answer the phones in their location if there were NO cars available.It took about 15 minutes of pleading for them to even pick up the phone to call another center so we could bee sure before driving out there there was a car. Then we were informed that, Jessica dont have none either, with no information about which location this Jessica was at, or any attempt to help us locate someone more useful than Jessica.I think its an understatement that these employees dont care at all about customers.

I reserved a vehicle through orbitz. Upon arriving at the enterprise location we were told that there were no vehicles available. I was not contacted prior to my arrival. That couldve saved me time and I wouldve made other arrangements. At no point did any of the staff apologize for the inconvenience. We were offered a smaller vehicle. Really!? I reserved a 7 passenger mini van and you want to offer something smaller. No help at all and no apologies. Id like to add that this would be the second time this had happened just at a different location.
