I Did reserve car here two weeks ahead of my rental date using dollar rent a car site . Dollar rental also charged my credit card for the complete reservation . I did call up this location two weeks ahead and and front desk representative lady stated that if you have reservation after two weeks you should be good see you after two weeks .On the day of rental when I visited this location. The front desk lady was not yet all cooperative she straight away stated that they donot have any reservation, even when I have a email confirmation copy from dollar stating that that I have a reservation at this locationShe wanted me to call Dollar customer service representative . When I called customer service representative she did accept that my card was charged and she stated that they do see my reservation at that location . But Unfortunately the lady stated that this location didn’t have any vehicles and she started quoting me hefty price Of $800 To get it from a airport location .Please stay way from dollar rental a car they are going out of business . It is a pathetic experience .I wish I could have give a negative review .

Waited 2 hrs at srq for a car because no one was operating a desk during busy spring break crazy. Then they over priced me with gas. Car had thousands of scratches and dents. Nightmare never again

We had a reservation, drove 30 mins through traffic to be met by INDEPENDENT OPERATOR Warnyene McKoy with nothing but rudeness, lack of regard, lack of respect and extreme lack of customer service.I called to get the corporate number and her whole tone was uncooth.She says no matter what she will still be in business. I hope she thrives because I love my people, but I will not support this thrifty/ dollar rental car franchise.If I could have reviewed this business with zero stars I would have. Worst rental car experience ever.To the owner:I would suggest, you are kinder, or at least understand the basics of customer service. I understand you do not care, as you told my husband.

They don’t even pick up their telephone. That should tell you everything you need to know about this location. I was told they had a Dropbox and when I arrive at the location there is none. So I leave the car in the lot and try calling them the next day to notify them. But wow... the line is always busy or they don’t pick up. So now they are trying to charge me for extra days. Horrible experience.

I did not enjoy my experience I called twice and extended my rental for weekly rates and the final bill was per day at $40 per day. No one at thrifty will even review the bill thats well over $700. I rented from thrifty because everyone talks about how nice they are and how easy the process is. I rented from them once before and I had no issues at all. The rates are always more than their competitors but because I had a pleasant experience the first time I decided to use them again. After this experience not sure Ill recommend them to anyone I know.

!!!!!! UPDATED !!!after file a complaint, Dollar did reverse the fuel surcharge .i gave 4 stars cause Dollar Rental car did resolve the issue but only after 2nd contact/complaint.!!! BE CAREFUL !!! they jacked up your bill.Rent a car at ATL airport. when time to pickup the car, the computer system down so we wait for over 1hr and finally they start writing the contract by hand. I return the car next day with full tank of gas but Dollar rent a car charged me for full tank of gas anyway.-when they transfer hand-wrtten contract ( with no prepaid fuel check) to computer database, they mark prepaid fuel option and charge you for it. CSR did not even do a refund when i called and explain their mistake.

Excellent customer service here. This location will give you the best deal possible and work with you to get you a car that you want. I have used this location at least 5-6 times and every time has been fast and easy.

I went to rent a car, I had a court order that I violated because when I got there they didn’t have any cars whatsoever. The people from yesterday were still waiting for cars. I called customer service just for an agent to tell me to hold and she would transfer my call, yep she transferred me back to the beginning and to the prompts. This was a major inconvenience especially since I caught an Uber there and back home.. I don’t think I’ll ever return the level of customer service I received from the location as well as the call in made me realize the name meant exactly how the attitudes are setup. Needless to say my entire family always rents from them but not after today we won’t be returning!!

This car rental agency is run by very very shady people. They are going to try and hustle you any way they can. I made a reservation for a vehicle for a long planned trip. They told me the car I had reserved wasnt available, nothing they could do about it, but she would look to see IF they had anything else available. I cannot tolerate these low level hustlers who take advantage of people when those people are left with no other option. They are vultures.I ended up having to cancel my trip because I had no time to get another car and it was a Friday so the prices were triple what I had budgeted.I will never forget my experience with Dollar car rental, and esp[ecially this location on Spalding Road in Norcross.

When someone reserves a car with a card, the person reserving the car should be informed before they take a $20 Lyft ride 2 the place that the card they reserved the car with is not accepted! Yall wasted me a lot of money and a lot of my time and you all are really bad! Also yall should really inform customers that there is an extra $15 to $35 A DAY! added for insurance! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!

This lousy company calls us at 6 PM the night before we have a 8 AM confimed reservation and tells us that they dont have any cars and to make other plans. I then call corporate to complain and they tell me that I can go to another location an hour and 1/2 away and pay $300 more than the price they confirmed.DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS LOCATON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Ive been renting vehicles in excess of 30 years. I reant a car about 5 to 7 times a year. As a Blue Chip member Ive attempt to use Thrifty when renting. HOWEVER, my last several rental experience have been very dissatisfying. Personnel are not friendly. Want to add a driver and was told to just call in when I want to make that change. Called an was told both people need to be at a counter in person to make that change. Ive also rented from Hertz and never had issues with customer service. Thrifty has lost it and they really do not seem to care about customer service or satisfaction.
