2 dollars entry fee. Lots of cars to pull parts from. Come with your own tools. Let them know what car you are looking for and the will print out a list of each car locations for you. If not, you will spend the whole day just walking around the more the half a lot looking for the right car. The parts are not outrageous in price.
The staff here really doesnt care about anyone or anything. Get here no later than 5pm each day, they are supposed to close at 5:30pm but the atmosphere here is such that God forbid they stay open the full 30 minutes. But you get what you pay for. They have a great selection of cars and parts for very cheap. Its a necessary evil if youre fixing a car on a budget.
Went to buy a bumper not bumper cover. Ended up getting charged bumper absorber, cover, and reinforcement. This place is a rip off
The Manager Esau has the worst customer service. I went to exchange a faulty part I had bought from a different store a day before ( with a receipt), he tells me to go return it where I bought it ( 1 hr away). Please employ better team leaders as he is the reason why I would never go back!!!
Small yard, limited selection. Rude staff. Definitely not the best Pull-A-Part around. Wasnt too bad though.
Great place . Has a kiosk machine to tell u exactly what row the car is you at looking for .. prices save a lot and very clean Lot where cars sit . If going in summertime take plenty of water cause it’s very hot
My Honda Odyssey was involved in a hit-and-run. The insurance company wanted to total my car and send me a check for less than half its value. Body Shop wanted $2,200 to repair. I pulled a new door, quarter panel and tie rods and did the job myself for $275. Any questions?
Great service really cheap parts. The place for all your spare car parts needs. Found 2 hoods for 2 different cars the same color as the cars. No painting necessary
Horrible phone service. Horrible customer service upon arrival. Employee was rude Guess Ill have to loan you my VIP pass. Not paying to walk back and see if a part is even on a vehicle. Not paying to enter a junk yard. Period. Unprofessional, Rude. Waste of time. Rather pay online than deal with this type of service. Never again.
This particular place in Norcross usually has a great selection. Just call ahead of time or go on their website locate your vehicle and go pull the parts you needAdmission is 2 dlls and parts are fairly priced. Dont forget your tools you need
I found the exact car I was looking for and got all the parts for a very reasonable price. In order to shop here you just need to pay a two dollar entrance fee, if you have a membership then it is one dollar. They have a large selection of cars and they are all organized very well. Since it can get hot somedays they have areas where you can get water. If you are looking to buy replacement parts but unwilling to shell out a ton of money, then I recommend stopping by here.
If your mechanical its a great place to save some money. Employees I met there were all pleasant.
Great place to find cheap car parts. Must bring all your own tools. They keep the junk yards clean.
You have to wear a mask to walk thru a suped up shed. 🙄 Prices are fair, but be careful on smaller items that you can buy cheaper on Amazon.Fun to rummage around though!Edit: thanks for the reply...I didnt realize I could negotiate based on internet prices. I will be back!
Great parts yard. Inventory always updated online and always accurate. Very well run PaP
They had the truck I was looking for and the part I needed. Thanks America for recycling cars!!
Horrible! They MAKE you wear a mask inside an open building, even when youre having difficulty breathing! I told they guy, I didnt get his name, that after pushing a wheel barrel around for two hours in the hot sun out there getting parts, almost 200 lbs worth, that I was having problems getting my breath. He even made me put it over my nose before I could pay for the parts I just pulled! Its total B.S.! And a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I love coming to this pull apart. Prices are so worth it. Only twice i have went when they didnt have what i needed. Will definitely keep coming back here and will recommend this place to friends and family
Easy system. Accurate listings on the website. And most important had the parts I needed. Total win.
Huge inventory. Staff are useless. Do your own research.
My son and I go here to buy parts for our project cars. We can usually find what we are looking for. If youre a DIY on a budget its good place to find parts. Always meet nice folks when were walking around the yard. We make a list of things we need when we go of small stuff for our cars to stay focused.
Love these pull your own part yards. They provide wheel borrows but most are damaged and wobbly and on busy days youre lucky to find one.
Employees are friendly and service is fairly quick. I just wish they would bring back the carts
I love this place.... recycling parts is so important. We throw away too much. My trucks would not be running without PULL-A-PART
Great place, have a lot and cheap!
Employees should be knowledgeable on what parts are or have photos of parts in the system to verify. I had a upper radiator support for a crown Victoria. The employee rung it up as a header panel after I explained what it was. So she rings it up as I said and it came up $12. That was cheaper than the header panel price she tried to charge which was $40+. I guess she was dissatisfied with that price So she goes to get someone else to look at it. I pulled up a pic of one on my phone and they still act as if they were still unsure. So they rung it up as a bracket which was a few more bucks. Frustrated, I went along with it so I could get the hell out of there. Because my blood pressure started rising.
I dont even want to give them any star at all. Tible experience.basicly stole my money by not letting me return a defect item that they lied about testing
Good prices and a well organized yard. There is a large variety of cars and several of the more popular ones. I rarely leave without the parts I need.
Only issue with going to pull a part isnt timing always is not perfect. So I end up finding the car I need parts off but it looks like a gorilla has used a crow bar to get one part out and wrecked everything around it. Plus we are now learning with parts for our cars strip all the now essential stuff off the part since you will be charged for bolts sensors etc.
They were awesome as always
Thay have to do something for riad too long way to wolk
Excellent from start to finish!
Very easy to find what we were looking for!
Always find what I need and friends services..
Rude overweight black lady at the counter. Barking orders at customers and seemed annoyed to be working. The sign posted stated verbatim “If you don’t have a mask, please ask one of our team members!” There was a hispanic man in front of me who spoke broken English and she charged him a dollar for a 5 cent mask. He seemed confused and it appears she was taking advantage of him and the situation- there was no signage posted about selling masks to customers. Also, there were 2 other guys standing around doing nothing but chatting.
This place is so good, cant beat it. This is how all junk yards should operate and prices are good not a RIP off.. I will continue to do business with them.
Print out told me exactly where to look. Car was extremely easy to access. Folks there friendly.Note to others: spend the extra $5 for the golf cart if you are carrying anything large or a heavy tool bag, or at least get a wheel barrow, that was a long walk carrying a bumper skin and tool bag.
I frequent many salvage yards around the Atlanta area as I have a online auto parts business. I went to this Pull-A-Part today as Ive done many times before, I picked up only a few things as it was close to closing time. I got an Instrument Cluster and two radio bezels that have double air vents attached. Some places like this will charge you for the vents even though they are fully made into the bezel and some wont. I knew this from previous times before and Im ok with that. What made my visit unpleasant was that I was charged interior trim 8 and over and not radio bezel. Interior trim price is double of what a radio bezel costs. Ive never had to pay so much for a basic radio bezel as I did today. Dont put something in a different name category that it isnt just to make a few bucks more. Its an easy way to loose customers who may spend thousands each year at your location too other competitors.
Went for glass repair. Super quick work. Well see if the seal holds up. Im pretty confident it will though.
Great atmosphere and flow....very easy to get in and get out. everyone is very helpful too
I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Rude people as well as poor customer service. My dad is a retired vet who served this country and is disabled. He has a really hard time walking. We chose pull apart because the website stated that they had golf carts at every location. We chose the Norcross location because it was closer to home. After a two hour drive we arrived to be rudely told that no golf carts were available. I then spoke to the manager who brushed me off saying walk in or don’t go. We tried walking in to find that there were 4 empty golf carts in service and two of them were given to men of another race behind us who were perfectly capable of walking! Wow! I thought racism was a thing of the past. I am disgusted by the behavior of the employees there
I went there Sat. 11/7 for the first time. A gentleman with a messed up hair at the counter had an attitude because i had two questions and refused to help me. I will never go back to this place.
Always good
Yea there’s a lot of parts and it’s pretty cheap and they have good organizing skills but the thing That is not so good are the people... I get it .. your working in a junk yard but please don’t take it out on me.
Bad phone support
Great place to save money on car parts, especially if they dont have to be brand new, cant go wrong with oem body panels, etc!!!
Got what I needed quick! Gentleman who helped me was polite!
I simply enjoy going there. It gives me a sense of freedom and empowerment. Mostly men go there. Yet, I have so far met only kind people. No harassment !!! The staff is also cool and professional. Thanks Pull-a-Part.
Love this place! I could very easily enjoy spending an entire day without having any particular reason for even being there. I do, however take my binoculars with me for helping see exactly where I want to go ahead of time without having to search to much just to find those cars that interest me. This way, I can tell my husband where he can find me without troubling him with having to look for me.
Fun experience, free entry for first time, the car I needed just came in yesterday and I got the exact part I needed!!!! I saved so much money on a rear view mirror ($25 as compared to at the least $60...) Will definitely return! Very pleased and kind service!! Would recommend!! :D
Great place to get parts
This location used to be the best in customer services no anymore I been coming to this location since 2017 and I stop shopping in this particular location because there is a lack in management Sarlis sold me an ext trim after I check the website price the ext trim goes by wide he charge wrong and he is bein doing this for so long this particular location do everything backwards according to the other two location in Atlanta . Don’t waste your time in this store go to pull a part of henrico
Great place wonderful staff and lots of parts.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Wide selection of vehicles to pull parts from.
Excellent customer service! I liked the new management! Highly recommend Pull a part, they always have gold cars available!
Your best destination as far as salvage yard can go
Great prices. GOOD SELECTION.Excellent service from the manager Gian Carlo.
Great service
Working with Pull-A-Part was a wonderful experience. Within hours of calling Catholic Charities of Atlanta to donate my car, I was called by Pull-A-Part to arrange a pick-up of my wrecked car. The next day I was called by Kelvin the tow truck drive prior to his pick-up before mine, and again right before my pick-up so I had plenty of time to get to the tow yard to meet him. Very convenient. Kelvin was already at the tow yard when I arrived, and the signing of the car title and receiving of the receipt was quick and easy because he knew what he was doing. A very nice young man who obviously enjoys his work. If I ever have another car to donate, I will definitely want the charity to use Pull-A-Part.
Not your normal junk yard. Cars are lined up and organized. They are spaced apart so you can get in and around them to remove parts. The lot is gravel, not muddy pits like most junk yards.
It was great! Friendly staff. All I needed was a drivers window glass for a mini van which I removed from one they had. Total w $2 entry fee, $1.66tax &20 for the glass was $23.66total. Im very happy with how this must have part has worked out for me! Ty&best to Pull-A-Part.
My experience was wonderful Ms Vivian was a blessing ❤️
Clean and organized.. Their prices are getting higher and higher. And also theyre charging for just about everything they can. So if youre getting an engine, be prepared to pay for the intake manifold, throttle body, valve cover, each sensor, distributor, etc, separate. And seems like theyve added a non refundable core charge to the majority of the items too. But, still cheaper than new. Has golf cart rentals too. Its a big yard
I showed up and they were giving lunch out with potato salad and coleslaw hamburgers big ones too soft drinks. I found what I needed and decided to come back the next day with tools and I rented a golf cart got my stuff and was out in 30 minutes. fantastic
Went to low price auto glass repair right in front. Quick good service.
Fantastic place to find great prices on car parts of all sorts. Even able to set up a notification for when a particular car is brought to the lot. I can, and have, spent hours per visit just shopping the yard for parts.
My first time going here and they are extremely rude!!!!! I drove an hour out here to get a windshield after verifying on the phone about price & installation, it’s 57 degrees outside and the man said it’s too cold for him to install my windshield but he can do it for $100 more, WHAT THE HECK! a complete waste of my time, so unprofessional.
I love this pull a part! I find everything I need and its definitely easy to locate what youre searching for. Great staff and very friendly
Not sure how to feel about this place. It is a nice facility but the ONE AND ONLY vehicle we came to look at they had entered into their system wrong. I rented a golf cart, so they got $11 out of us for 10 min of being there and no actual vehicle to get parts from, due to their mistake. No offer to refund us for our money back is what I find disappointing. I would at minimum expect a refund to come back another time with entrance fee for us and the golf cart for 1 hour like I just had to pay for.
I had a great experience shopping at pull a part over Norcross .I do like the new management, they keep the junk yard clean and neat .the employees are friendly and they provide excellent customer service .Thank you so much to help me rebuilt my truck .
As far as junk yards go its good. this place is clean neat and orderly. Cars are organized by make and in generally good condition, With lots of parts available. There arent many places like this Around anymore. If you need a part, this is the place to go. Signed an old junk youre a dog
First off - I never knew places like this existed. I needed a new sun visor for my car and it costs about $80 bucks online, but will cost $7 bucks at Pull-A-Part. The only catch is that you have to pull the part off the car....then its yours. The place is pretty modern with touch screens to sort through cars and parts. Plenty of parking and I believe its a standard two bucks to enter the junkyard.Knocking down a couple stars because we called in advance and the part wasnt there.
Fast and easy.
Stay away from this place extremely unprofessional and their “policy” is a scam and poorly placed with an extremely small font. So I go in to get an air bag I tell the people at the front exactly what I’m looking for an so after I get the part and go to the front they tell me they can’t sell it and point at a tiny card on their computer and explaining why.. to make it worse they laugh at me as I’m walking out the door
Easy access in and out. ALOT of cars to get parts from. Great prices. Great customer service. ❤
Getting in was confusing. We made the “mistake” of driving our car into the back of the junkyard, just for them to tell us personal vehicles weren’t allowed in the back but the guy told us he would load it onto his golf cart for us. We go back up front and park our car, only for them to try to get us to rent a golf cart for like $26. Money grabbing at its finest. We had to walk all the way back to the GM section and wheel our part in a wheelbarrel. We were able to find what we needed easily but unfortunately, it was the wrong size so I have to see about exchanging it for what I need. I’ll see how this exchange process goes.
Sofar, everything I need has been on site. The help is great and the prices are right!
Angie was very helpful and pleasant. She made the whole experience worthwhile
Didnt find anything 😕...
Prices way to high and counter black girl so rude and ignorant about car parts
I dont know why.
I loved it. It was my first time and when I got by the used car to take the mirror off I stepped in dog poop.both shoes are now riding home in the trunk.i still loved it and enjoyed myself very much.oganazation goes a long way.
These yards are set up so that it is easy to find the cars you need so you can search the parts you want. Cars are easy to get to and work on, so you can pull a part. Haha....
Good place easy to navigate
Very Friendly and helpful staff, the prices are unbelievable cheap comparing to a regular Part store, 1 dollar entry fee.
Best junkyard Ive ever been to. It has a massive collection of vehicles, cheap prices, and its easy to search the inventory on the website. If this location doesnt have what your looking for then be sure to search the other Atlanta locations online as well.
They had what I needed!
Good location. Friendly staff and always find what I want. Very cheap parts.Dont forget to signup for VIP. Its free and you will get free entry every time you come! Woohoo
Exelent
The ONLY thing that I don;t like about the place is that they do not list the color of the cars. SO much easier to use an original color than to pain body parts. Even a basic red, green black type color reference would be much better than none.
Good service they got lots of cars
I love this place even if they dont have what I need I still enjoy walking around looking at all the car and stuff and as always the friendly staff and great service are one point
Good service
