Great insurance company! Been with them since 1997! Rates could be better and review of insurance policy prior to the client having to call to ask for insurance to be reviewed would be nice. Michael DiGerolamo does take care of us.

The insurance brokers here have the worst customer service. They don’t go over simple but important issues in documents with you. Lindsey Magana would never even call to go over issues or documents with you as a client. She would hide behind her desk and email you. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. The insurance companies that they work with are SHADY. They will nickel and dime you for absurd fees if u ever cancel with them.

I switched over to DFI about a year ago now, and from the time I started working with Alexis its been nothing but a positive experience. I was with Esurance before, and while their rates are good, Alexis was able to get me set up with a better rate through Mercury. Moreover, the access to tremendous customer service has improved tenfold. Every question Ive had about coverage options, payment changes, binding policies, etc has been answered promptly, kindly, and thoroughly by Alexis. DFI has a tremendous team set up.
