The ladies here are always happy and helpful. Sometimes my auto pay and auto checking deposits dont line up due to weekends, holidays, and what not they are always happy to postpone payment, if need be, til my checks clear. When that happens I like to pay my bill in person and the office girls are always quick, polite, and happy to help and your in and out in less than five minutes.

This place is such a rip off staff sucks I called and cancelled my insurance three months ago when I got rid of my car and then the following month I got another bill so I call them again and explain. Too them that I called and cancelled there service when I traded my car in and they told me they will give the guy greogry the message and he will be calling me waited a week and still no call so I call back and he’s not in and they say the same thing they will give him the message, so I call again the next day and they say he will be in later so I call back later and leave a message because he’s not in and so this month I receive another bill, so I emailed them telling them that I canceled there service and even called them and still nothing .. good thing I found a lawyer too file against them this location is a rip off will never again do service with them again ....

Terrible Customer Service! Has no empathy for customer. I regret signing up with this Agent. At first he matched my State Farm policy. But after my first renewal my premium kept changing. From $205 it went to $220, 230 to $250. I had to call Mr. Barrios every time and ask why my premium kept changing. With no claims or accidents. Perfect driving record for the last 15 years. The last incident that made us want to cancel was when my wifes car registration was cancelled by DMV because the Agent submitted the wrong VIN#. Mr. Barrios acted like that it was not a serious matter. This put so much stress on us for 2 weeks until we resolved it and explained to DMV that All State had submitted the wrong VIN# and all cars were insured with no lapse in coverage.

Ive been with Allstate for about 18 years. Ive been with this location for 6 years. Ive been very happy with the service and have never had a reason to want to cancel. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gave this place numerous chances. Went from straight up signing our documents FOR US, to just lying about payment arrangements/coverage/due dates.Really bad office. The person who recommended me to this office now has the same treatment Ive been through.
