Don’t believe the reviews!!!! They are so old and clearly not recent !!!! This office is great 👍 . Ask for Sophia!She was very honest, professional and super nice! She went out of here way to set up my policy from the comfort of my own home, and when I stopped by the office a week later she did not disappoint. Great customer service! I definitely would recommend. Would give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could, thanks Sophia! She speaks Espanol too!

Prices are OK. My biggest issue with the facility is their laziness to speak English. Whenever I go in person or call for help they refuse to help me and ask that I bring my, “mom” in to help with communication barrier. This is highly unprofessional. Employees should not be turning down the assistance to clients due to their lack of ability to speak English. Perhaps hiring individuals who are bilingual, can translate, or better yet, can speak English, would help. If someone can not assist me on a regular basis then I will be left with no option to seek other insurance companies that are ready to assist and will not turn me away!

I was very happy with the service from this location. Sonia helped me quickly and very efficiently. I purchased a new car at a dealership and she was able to provide me with on the spot coverage to drive my car off the lot. Thank you

I do not recommend Adriana’s Insurance. Took 2 hours to open a new liability policy and transfer the title of a car I bought, to my name. First they said it was 30, then 60. When it was time to pay it was 90. Also at the end they go it’s cash only for the registration 😲 really?? Why not be upfront with people? How long have they been doing this? Sophia acted like she didn’t know it was gonna be that much. Also lied about being able to give a discount cause it took so long to do the whole process. Would’ve been faster and cheaper going to the DMV. Cause of my work schedule I’m not able during the week to do this stuff. So by the time they quoted me the 90+195(Registration) to do the transfer I wouldn’t have had time to make it to the DMV(this was on a Saturday) I had no other choice but to be catfish by these two. So disrespectful.

Bad customer service, went in to cancel policy on 08/11/2018 and was told that day was the effective cancellation date, when i called to ask about refund they told me i never cancelled and will not recieve a refund cuz policy is expired. Called to ask for a supervisor and no matter what day i called was told it was her day off. Seriously!!!! Please save yourself the anger and disgust and go somewhere else

A couple of months ago I needed to cancel my car insurance since i was no longer driving the vehicle. I made a couple of calls and was told to do nothing...that didnt seem right to me so i went in to the actual office to speak to someone. I was told the same thing by the complete idiot in the office! her name was Esmeralda, i hope she has been since fired! A few days later i get a letter threatening to send me to collections, oh HELL no! I knew Esmeralda cared nothing about giving me the correct info or any kind of decent customer service...I went back to the same office and found out who it was that lied to me and thats how i got Esmeraldas name. She needs to be fired, because of her laziness and lack of ability to give me the correct info I almost got sent to collections! She is a terrible employee to be representing your company and I will say again, the only thing i wish for her is for her to get fired!!!
