They were short-staffed and I could tell the woman cutting my hair was in a rush. She was nice but I had to fix some of my haircut myself at home because she missed some long hair. Im sure if she hadnt been so booked she would have taken her time more.

Online appointment did not take and wait time increased 45 minutes. A great cut and service from the stylist.

I contemplated whether or not to make a review, but we had a disappointing experience last night and I just have to get it off my chest.My teenage daughter left in tears. I knew once the blow dry started to show it looked nothing like how she imagined it to be. The colors she wanted looked nothing like the “many” pictures she showed to her stylist, and my daughter said she clearly stated the colors over and over. She said her stylist was not listening to her or didn’t understand truly what she wanted.I have to now go spend more money to fix it somewhere else. For a cut they are good, but I would caution on getting a color done. Buyer beware.

Did not give good phone service

Being an old war horse and set in my ways (stubborn), I was reticent to get a haircut anyplace other than a traditional, old-fashioned, old-school barber shop. And I like where I had been getting my hair cut. But the steps going up to the shop (and more importantly down from it to the street) were getting a bit problematical at my age (70). My wife urged me to try Supercuts, and Im really glad I did. Lisa took the time to get to know me, and did a really great job, cutting my unruly mop of strings into a really good looking haircut.

Havent had a bad haircut from them yet.

Hate Supercuts. They thinned my eye brows after I asked for them to just be cleaned up. Never going back in there my eye brows look horrid. I highly recommend never going in there. Especially for eye brows. I’d look better with no eye brows.

Good place for a cut. Military friendly. Minus 1 star because if you dont call ahead, you WILL be waiting there for an hour or more.

Hair cut was ok but the man who cut my 2 boys hair was inappropriately wearing his mask and knicked both of my boys ears at the top.

Ive had my hair cut here several times by varies stylists and have been very pleased.

Stopped by to say hi to the ladys today and i have to say its by far the cleanest place iv went to get a haircut,greeted as im entering the store with smiling face/s. Keep doing what your doing ladys!
