If you want a clipper cut and sports on tv while you wait and while in the chair it will meet your expectations. However, if you want the stylists to follow your instruction, update notes regarding your current/previous cut, or have hair longer than 1-2 you might want to find a different place. When my hair was very short I was satisfied 8 times out of 10. But now that Ive grown it out, Ive had 3 bad cuts in a row. Good for some, not for me anymore

Tried checking in online and it appeared they were packed full since it wouldn’t let me make a reservation. So I decided to go in and see if iI could maybe just work my way in face to face. Walked in 32 minutes til closing time, looked up at the screen and only 2 other people were on the list. The two ladies working decided to tell me that they weren’t accepting anymore customers and they were very rude about it.

Very fast haircut, but didnt take away from the quality in my opinion. The wait time before hand was longer than Im used to but there are lots of places around there to kill a half hour or so.

Brittany is amazing at what she does. She gave the best fade to my boyfriend and he will keep coming back to her. If your looking for a fun, professional hair stylist visit Brittany here, you will not be disappointed :)

Ive been going to various SportsClips locations for years and have always had good experiences. I started using this location over the last year or so, and have had multiple mediocre haircuts, one bad one, and finally today, Im pretty sure they cut someone in line ahead of me. I had checked in online, and somehow my wait went from 5 minutes to nearly 30 during my walk from the car to the door. I wont be going back.

I am sending a review of my sons experience with his most recent haircut. He has been getting his haircut at Sports Clips at HTC for several years and while a little short sometimes, has been happy for the most part. However, his most recent cut was a complete nightmare! I have attached photos and cannot honestly believe how this cut went so wrong. He got it cut before he went back to IU. He told me how awful it was and how his mornings start out so bad when he has to look at himself in the mirror. I thought he as exaggerating until he sent me photos (the picture with his glasses on is what his hair typically looks like and the other 2 are after his last cut). This hair stylist may have been having a bad day, but now my son is going to have to wait several weeks before he is happy looking in the mirror again. He wont be back. Completely unsatisfied!!!

Decent service in the past though tonight my son and I arrived 40 minutes before closing, no one in line ahead of us with one stylist free and one stylist wrapping up with a client and they turned us alway because they where close to closing. This after tell me that our cuts would take less than 30 minutes for the both of us. Drive 10 minutes longer and have a better experience at a different location

New to this side of town. SportClips in Avon and near Southport knew how to handle 3-4-5 on the sides, scizzor cut on top, a little extra in the front. Instead, I got a military-style haircut that my girlfriend says makes me look like a background character. So, thanks for that. Now I know why the Olio Road location had a 4 hour wait.

I got butchered. Horrible haircut. I had to go somewhere else just to get it fixed. My hair was an absolute tragedy after this experience.

Wont go back. No sense of urgency. The wife and I checked in and their automated system predicted 28 minutes and 35 minutes respectively. There were 7 people ahead of us on the list. 30 minutes later the board was saying another 10 minutes for my wife and 20 minutes for me. In that time one person came out and one went back. The entire time the stylists were lazily cutting hair and constantly stopping to chit chat with each other and sing songs while the crowd in the lobby got bigger and bigger.If theyre were working flat out and doing everything they could to get people back it would be a different story. They simply did not care.I cant tell you if theyre any good at cutting hair. Ive been there twice and walked out twice.

I will not be returning to this location. While I previously enjoyed the proximity to my residence, the unprofessional attitude and behavior of my childrens recent stylist resulted in my son crying as we went out the door. After his haircut, the Stylist Allie scolded my child for trying to help his little brother get a treat after his haircut, then had the audacity to say my child was not good despite his only remotely questionable behavior being not wanting to sit down (get a 5 year old to sit for longer than 2 minutes). Im more than happy to take my business to one of the other local locations and I strongly discourage any parents from bringing their children to such a judgmental and hostile location.

Love going here for a cut and cleaning. I always get the MVP! And specifically at this location like to ask for Alex, shes the best!

The worst haircut I’ve had in my life. I simply asked a 2 on the sides and to just trim the top.She completely buzzed my sides and then made the top un even so certain hairs are longer than others. Do not go here if you care for your appearance

Go to Big League Barber for a better service, and experience. They have more experienced stylists and the whole service cost $17 for a haircut shampoo and shoulder neck massage!

Went in early afternoon so there wasnt a lot of people or long wait time. The barber was awesome and did a great job with the haircut. Also did great on the MVP. I go to Sports Clips to get my haircut and this was one of the best.

I fell in love with this place since I decided to come here rather than high end salons. The stylists here really know mens hair and Kye in particular. I started requesting Kye, but one visit after waiting 15 min she ignored the board and took a regular client instead of me. My wait went from on deck to 23 minutes again. I dont know if it was a personal thing but I was somewhat offended. I requested to be switching to next available and the other stylist did a great job, but the experience definitely ruined my day.They dont allow appointments which is annoying. I wouldnt mind using the board approach if they paid attention to whos actually next.

Worst hair cut and worst customer service. Never go to the store manager Mary. She is aweful with manners and VERY VERY rude person. She wanted to stop my hair cut in the middle as she has another customer that sees her came in. When I said NO to switch other person, she hurried and almost cut my ear and neck. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
