The first time I had my hair cut there it was a very positive experience. I purchased the deal (card) they offer (cant remember the name) where you get the next two haircuts for free. When I went the second time, which I was reminded by the stylist was going to be free, I was charged $36. In my mind I was only paying for the tip but a few days later whilst checking my bank statement I noticed the $36 charge.I will be returning to ask about that charge.

I typically love going to Sports Clips but this time I had a bad experience. When I went there it was terrible quality of being welcoming. The lady that did my hair was pretty much just rushing me out of the place when the store was not busy. She was just rushing through my haircut which lead to ther being rough with my head and with giving me the massage. She was not talkative. She made me feel not welcomed. I am not going to come back to this Sports Clips again.

Wasn’t terrible but I gave specific instructions to my stylist and she did not listen one bit to the area I had most concerns of. I go for the combover look and she took it way too in when I harped on my biggest fear the whole time. Even told her my girl was coming to visit in a week and she still decided to do whatever she wanted and quickly. Not happy.

I found the place clean and efficient. Thank you for a nice haircut!

Its fast, clean and friendly. The stylists are attentive and do what you ask them to do.

If you’re in a rush and you don’t care about your hair at all then this might be the place for you. Zenia probably spent a grand total of 3 minutes on my hair and that’s after me requesting more care be taken.

Seems if youre not family or friend you wont be taking care of right away. We were waiting already signed in and a friend or family of employee just walks in and takes a chair without even signing in .

So I go to get a haircut fixed here and asked the older lady if I can get the fade closer to the scalp and not touch much more. Wammmm runs the zero half way up my head and now I look a henchman from Taken. Don’t go here unless you want to be the guy standing next to the Russian crime boss in a movie. Unbelievably poor haircut from the older lady. When giving a fade you start low ask the client if you want it higher and go from there. Start high and there is no going back. Rookie.

I brought in pictures of what I wanted my haircut to look like. A relatively simple haircut - nothing fancy. They said it was no problem. Then they proceeded to give me one of the most rushed, sloppy, awful haircuts Ive ever received.Completely cut off my sideburns without asking (was not in the photos I showed) and made the sides and back way, way too short. No attention to detail. It was obvious that they wanted to get me out the door asap.I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Never going to ANY Sport Clips, ever again. Ive had friends with no training give me haircuts infinitely better than this terrible place.Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more at a place that actually cares about giving you a nice, careful haircut.

Would recommend Sport Clips to any guy needing a nice haircut. Been going here since I moved to this area. Great environment and even better people working here.

Horrible hair cut, so I basically paid a huge amount to feel embarrassed for a week. Thanks a lot! Also youre very slow and I wasted 45 minutes of my life in there.

Came and checked in on the machine, and was greeted by a stylist who was helping another customer. While I waited, two additional staff came up to the counter, but neither addressed me. A few minutes later, a man came in with his wife and child. Both staff came and greeted him, then checked him in, and brought him to a chair without even acknowledging me. I know there are some good people that work there, but they were not there today.

Been going to this Sports Clips for over 6 years. The staff that works here are great, polite and cut hair great. Would recommend this location to friends.

Im usually in-and-out of this place and the steps lorries friendly and sometimes quite talkative why youre getting your hair done. The prices did go up though but I still come here for my quick haircut.

Gave a $19 tip on a 21$ tab, and got a terrible haircut.Went back the next day, tipped $20 for it to get fixed by a different stylist, still a bad haircut.I would recommend this place only for older gentleman, which have hairloss

Awful experience after a year of good ones. Was left with cut hair on my face for the whole visit and had to remove it myself. Water temperature was initially good when I was asked but immediately turned cold for rest of wash. Started noticing spots that were completely uncut on top of my head and asked for it to be evened out. Stylist did so, but didn’t put bib back on and I am left with hair all over back, neck and chest creating lots of irritation. Maybe a one off situation but not worth the risk of going back again.

I happen to go to this location for the first time and was extremely pleased with the service and staff.My go to place was in Glendale Heights but when i moved here in Skokie i needed a touch up on my side locks and i didnt know that i was supposed to go to the same store location for free touch ups. But when i walked in to this store... They very politely told me how it works and yet they gave me the free touch-up cut and i was very pleased with the staff. Of course tipped her well and one happy customer.

All the Ladies working there have been very nice and they deliver a quality cut.

I have been coming to this place for 5 years. They know how to cut my hair and I am pleased everytime. They have good customer service and seem packed all the time! The Valupack coupons are pretty good too! Keel up the good work!

Ive been there twice and both times the service was horrible. Sit in the waiting area 5-10 minutes before they acknowledge your there and then 1 out of 5 stylists works while the others talk.

Usually Mariah cuts my hair, but Jazmin took over in her absence. Jazmin joked she was brand new. My cut looks like it was her first day, jokes on me. Would only go back if Mariah is scheduled.
