WASTE OF MONEY !!! Pictures show the residue spots on my glass, hood and the dirt left on my rims. I used the drive through wash. It didnt clean my wheels at all. Didnt remove any brake dust from the wheels at all, like the water never even touched them. The spot free rinse left a sticky overspray all over my windshield and car. Needless to say, Im going to have to hand wash it, probably more than once, to remove the residue. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY 10 BUCKS ! If it was more than 10 bucks, Id probably be taking this to court. The finish on my car is worse than before I washed it ! Id like my money back.

I saw the other review but I think hes confused because I didnt see any employees here. Its a self service wash and it did a phenomenal job on my car. Best part, it was all cleaned with high pressure water instead of those brushes that scratch your car.Cool concept!

I’ve used the drive through wash a couple times and it’s decent. Tried the self wash today and it’s a complete rip off. $2.50 to start the cycle and you only get 20 seconds for each additional $0.25 after that.The pre soak was broken, the soap was out on the soap cycle and the foam brush barely put out anything and due to the lack of soap and water it put out it dried before I was even half way done washing my car.I think you would get an equal or better result sprinkling some soap on your car before a heavy rain than this place.

I think an employee walked off with my floor mats while i was washing my car. I tried calling the office twice and the phone was never answered. could someone please contact me about this matter?

Too expensive and the pressure coming out of the wands is pitiful, might as well use a water hose and sponge.
