I absolutely love this car wash! This was my 3rd time coming, and my family will probably switch over to the monthly membership.All the guys are so friendly, polite, and professional offering excellent customer service! The price for the car wash is very reasonable. I love how I’m able to use their professional vacuum, rags, and Windex to clean my car after. I would highly recommend anyone in Lexington or Nicholasville to try this place out for your next car wash. You won’t be disappointed!!

I love that this wash always gets my vehicle looking brand new! I love the free vacuums, free floor mat washer, free spray, towels & all the different heads on the vacuum & the air gun that helps to get every crack & crease clean! Did I mention all the free things that come with any wash!! I love that i have all the things needed to clean my car myself & not having to worry about a stranger inside my car. Very polite employees & top notch customer service! Everytime Im in town to visit my parents I make sure that I come wash & clean my vehicle! The only downfall is that there isnt a wash Time to Shine in Texas 😉

Love this place. I drive my car a lot and it gets very dirty and I spent about 40 a month washing my car but at time to shine I can wash vac wipe down window clean and all everyday for only 20 a month! Best deal! And always very nice to me

Super friendly and helpful. Their machines when taking cards tend to be very picky. The machine refused to work and a gentleman came out to help me without me even having to ask. After several more attempts he got it to work. Wonderful staff. Also, my car always comes out nice and clean and rinsed off. No soap left on my car like some car washes. Overall a good experience.

I enjoy taking my car to Time to Shine Car Wash (Brannon Crossing) for several reasons. The automatic car wash always gets my car clean, but I enjoy getting to use the soft towels to hand dry and cleaning the door jams and under the hatch. The vacuums always work great (no lack of suction despite the number of customers also using them), and they have a floor mat cleaner. They have glass cleaner to get the film off the inside front windshield and the area is always clean and organized. They usually have someone directing traffic, which speeds things up. You could also drive through without stopping in the towel area and your car would still look great. I love the subscription plan; I can clean my car every weekend (every day if I wanted) and I never have to worry if its going to rain. Ive even cleaned it in the rain to get road salt and gravel dust off of it. Look no further, Time to Shine is a 10 out of 10 on the great scale!

Super friendly staff. You are able to stay in your car. They dont dry off wet spots or clean windows. They do offer free towels vacuum and Windex to clean anything your self which is fine. Not overly expensive. Only down fall is how the have the entrance and exit set up. That could use some work as its tight turns and not alot of extra room and if you drive a truck its a little harder no to run over cones or a curb.

Monthly plan. Sprays my bugs. Vacuum and rags are plentiful.

Worth the price for people who like too keep up their cars appearance, inside and out. Most importantly, the machine hasnt caused a wreck in my experience 🤣

Great place to was your car. After, you can go clean it out with their vacuum and they also have a blower to blow dirt out of the interior.

Over priced and bad equipment which is weird because its brand new..., go up the road to Alans. I went here because Alans was closed (time to shine stays open an hour later). I didnt want a touch less, but the brushes only touched the left side of my truck... Nothing on top or right. Its about as good as a 30 year old gas station automatic one.

Love the car wash and availability of windex rags, vacuums and floor mat scrubber. They have only pre-soaked my vehicle ONCE in Brandon crossing. They do it every time on leestown road. It really does help clean the car better when they pre-soak.

Our weather was gross this week and my windshield got hard to see through, so I decided to swing by the car wash on my way home. I have a monthly membership with Time to Shine and recently got a new card, forgetting to update my payment method. I arrived for a car wash and the barcode didn’t scan. I didn’t even realize the screen was telling me that my card was declined 🤦‍♀️ Michael came out in the freezing, snowy weather and took my card inside to update my account. He opened the gate and met me at the entrance to the wash. He then lifted my windshield wipers for me and used this little pressurized water gun and removed the ice from under my wipers and my wheels!!! This was so above and beyond his duty and absolutely appreciated. Michael, you made me day — I will definitely be returning to this TTS location again! Thank you!

Nice car wash. Does an ok job on a truck, nothing spectacular. I find that I have to re-wash some places after I leave.

I love the ease of keeping my car clean with Time to Shine. Im a mom and my car does NOT stay clean. I really like the air gun to blow out dust and debris from small areas, and the cleaning spray and towels make it easy for me to keep on top of messes and spills. Theres also a handy, and clean restroom right by the vacuum area..also handy for a mom on the go!

Entry to the car wash site is little tricky. Maybe the should consider inserting signs for directions.

This location did not clean any of the bugs off my vehicle. Also didnt dry it much. the location in Georgetown is way better. I pay to get all the services offered in the wash.

Very good place for doing it yourself- vacuums and drying are included but it is self service. Good these days if you dont like having random people inside of your vehicle. Floor mat washer is available as is compressed air duster. Clean and well maintained.

Cancelled my membership today. This place is very unprofessional and poor quality. Alan’s car wash down the street does a MUCH better job.

Ok car wash have had better for the price

Last couple times Ive went they washed only the side of my vehicle, saying they cant wash top because I have roof rack. Well thats standard equipment on any SUV you buy, factory installed, not worth the money if my hood, roof, front and back dont get touched.Was good for the most part, until the roof rack issue, but sometimes go through and it just wouldnt wash my SUV much at all, but would other times.

I have a fast pass, customer service is always great and the wash gets your car super clean. The mat washer is a super nice feature that they have! Guys have always had masks on during this COVID thing.

Does a good job been using this company for over a year this location is good seems to always do well and the vacuums at all the locations we have visited are awesome,,, the staff is helpful and has always been able to help us with any questions,, but one down side of this location is the smell inside the wash is terrible now i know this is a plumbing issue and is in no way a negative on how it washes your vehicle things happen and drains sometimes smell and lets face it there is lots of water being moved around here so aside from that I would and still do recommend all of these wash location for my family and friends and iv had alot of my friends and family get a membership because of how well it does on our vehicle alone.. so thank you for helping me keep a clean vehicle it beats washing it at home..👏👏👌👍👍

Pros: clean, new facilities. Everything is in good condition and well kept. The mat washer is a nice amenity and works well.Cons: Their top wash without buying an unlimited monthly wash package is $25, which is as much as one of their major competitors charges to clean the car inside and out (also their best wash). At Time to Shine, youre on your own for finishing the drying process and cleaning the interior.The major issue Ive had, though, is that theyre apparently not using very strong chemicals. I had a few bugs and some bird bombs on the car before I went through the wash, and everything was still there after their best wash. If you just have some rain spots or road film that needs to be removed, you might be ok. Otherwise, expect scrubbing and frustration AFTER the wash to get your car clean.Tire shine is applied by the car wash rather than a person, so expect a bit of an uneven mess there, too.For me, this is a short-term solution until the other guys are allowed to reopen.

I have had to change my review in the beginning my car washes were great, always removed all the splattered bugs i was impressed when my first windshield wiper got broke they absolutely agreed to replace it handed money and i brought back a receipt my next visit, that was back in probably December almost a month ago when the car wash broke the second windshield wiper i walked in the office and told them i was told to come back in the next evening at 4 there should be a manager on duty then...umm NO!! Ill take my 39.99 a month somewhere else.

Purchased a premium wash at this location and the computer messed up and gave me a basic one. Told the staff and they promptly rehashed my truck with the premium wash without an issue. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended!

I get a car wash on a regular basis and vacuum as needed. I have wondered why they dont pre-spray the front my vehicle each time I get a wash??? They did at first and I bought a monthly wash, and now no spray off; just guide me in and thumps up.

I was not impressed after paying 25 dollars for a wash.When I went to wipe it down, it was still covered with bug debris. Very disappointed.How ever I was impress with the mat wash.Sorry not what I paid forFrom Kentucky

I entered my free car wash request from Flyer I got in the mail 2 days ago. Flyer says offer expires 1/30/20; Coupon they emailed me says it expired 12/31/19.So, is this a trick to get you to come in and then stick you with a $25.00 charge because the coupon is expired???NOT cool.

Got a 20.00 car wash!! Very disappointed, dirt left everywhere, spots on windows that were not water. All around the car I would say got 50% clean. I know its not going to be perfect and dont expect it but the ones at the gas stations do better thats forsure. Beware !!! Waste of money!!

Took my new car this morning (that I purchased 3 days ago) it’s scratched on the hood and my doors! I’m going to have to get it repaired now. 100% do not recommend.

Checked my email for the free car wash, it says this car wash is open 7am-8pm and I live in lexington and Ill take the drive for a free car wash but I get off work at 7pm to arrive here and its closed, it is not the employees fault, theres a email screw up that needs to be fixed.
