Sam and Abdul SAVED our butts - THANK YOU! We were at a winery in NOTL for a wedding, and were stranded after not being able to get an Uber, and contacting several other taxi companies that had no one available or would cancel. We were so thankful, that Abdul showed up with his van to take us back to Niagara Falls - we seriously were thinking that we were going to have to sleep in the vineyard. We are so appreciative. Abdul was great, and we loved the 90s/00s hip hop jams on the way back to the falls. Again, THANK YOU!

Generally cheaper than Uber in this area. Wondering if there are municipal regulations keeping the taxi industry a float. Either way, they are quick to respond and reasonably priced. Skip Uber and grab a taxi while visiting the falls, seems to be the better option

The taxi driver was nice and quick. However when we went to pay the CAD$10 taxi we had USD we inquired if we could pay using US bills he stated he preferred Canadian which is reasonable. He said “just give me the $10 USD” that he would keep the rest. We then inquired about using a card he said yes and we would be charged Canadian there. I just saw my card statement and we weren’t charged Canadian we were charged USD which brought the amount to a higher value than planned. The total was $10Canadian so $7 USD we were charged $10USD. I don’t mind the $3 but it was the act that he was purposefully trying to take our money that I didn’t appreciate. I actually left him a tip on the card when I paid so he deliberately took our money. Petty charge but I don’t recommend this service unless you’re desperate.

Seriously too many times I have had to walk home in the pouring rain or bad weather or at night alone in the dark due to NF taxis not answering phones or the direct taxi phones. Just happened again ! Imagine being stuck with a load of groceries and needing to get home with them and trying for an hour to get through. Recording says my call is important to them and plays ads over and over but no one ever answers ! Busy or not after a half hour or hour someone should answer the phone ! Lousy service. They also have drivers who do not wear masks and one even ranted my entire way home about how Covid is a hoax and how great Trump is ( and I live in Canada) !! What services did they perform is what this review asks ? I got NO SERVICE ! Sick of this cab company ! Starting to LOVE the illegal cab companies...they answer call and show up.I dont get stuck walking home.

As were from out of town we took Niagara Falls taxi for the first time. We had cab NW (Sasha) he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great experience. Highly recommend and will use them again on our next trip.

There is this one lady that answers the phones that NEVER sends a cab to my addresss. I have been late for work more times than i can count, because of her. Then when i call back to ask where my car is she tells me i never called for a car. Not sure whats goin on but its getting tiring you must not want my money then. Ill start using a different service. They do this to my boyfriend too ALL THE TIME 😡🤬

I call a cab from dawson and Dorchester. He says nope need an addy. Never have b4. Know how far it is from there to an addy. Now walking over hieay bridge lost half my groceries in wind. Thankks. My driver yesterday, Dennis, was beyond awesome! He was soo nice and made me feel so comfortable taking a taxi alone. He asked me if I wanted him to wait for me, but I wasnt sure how long Id be. He told me he would have to sit and wait for his next call which would probly be me anyways! He waited outside with no tab running waiting like he would for his next call. He was soo nice and I felt very protected from Covid from all the measures he took. Even with all the craziness I have going on right now, I had to make sure to write a review on him ☺ thank you!

The driver got me to and from where I needed to go quickly but he wasnt wearing a mask and was coughing, in these times it didnt seem very safe and left me uncomfortable.

We had a taxi driver drive us from Great Wolf Lodge to the Niagara falls. I have a child who is on a trip organized by Make a Wish foundation. The driver made the drive interesting by talking about all the sites and he brought us as close to the falls as possible so that my child wouldnt have to walk as far. Thank you so much! ☺️

We were robbed by the driver yesterday for a $ 15 ride that he charged us $ 30 on September 10, 2019 at 22:25. After giving the address he called someone to ask for the fare between Niagara Falls and 7514 Lundys Lane, and told us it would be $ 30 while the trip took 7min for 5km ... the locals told us say the price is $ 10-15 attention to you!

Niagara falls taxi picks me up at the fort Erie border. He asks for the five dollar toll. I give it to him. He stops the car and demands a one hundred deposit to take me to the bus station in Niagara falls. I am shocked. He says i can see if it doesnt come to one hundred i get my money back. We drive. I watch the meter it says 44 dollars. Then he changed it to the GPS. We get to the bus station. Still on the GPS. I ask him how much it is. He says one hundred. I ask for the meter he says. Its broken. I told him it said 44.00 last time i saw. He refuses to give me my change. Then its like 330 in the morning. He says bus station is closed until 7 am. He can drive me somewhere else. Very sketchy. And he just tipped me off. I get out. I see a bus going to the back of the station. There were 2 buses there. I got on one. I will never use Niagara falls taxi or ever recommend them. I gave one star cause he drove me to my destination. This happened early morning of Wednesday Dec 19 2018.

I took greyhound bus to niagara falls nov 30.When i came to bus station, i asked to central taxi to falls how much is it. they want $25 flat. Than i saw yellow taxi cross from the main door from bus station. He told me they run on the meter and it is arround $14. I went to the falls with him and meter was $13.75 that time uber was charging $23.90 with the surcharge. Thank you niagara falls taxi for honest and reliable service.

Wasnt in a your cab tonight but the driver almost hit when I was walking home. I freaked out he got out of the car and pushed me . I reported this and nothing is happening. I remember the guy we will meet again.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like the rudeness we experienced by the office and driver. We took a cab from Niagara Falls to buffalo it was an hour drive once you got over the border so not walking distance at all. We booked a cab to get us back we gave our credit card and the guaranteed we would be picked up at 6:30 we get a text saying cabs not coming when we called back to get an explanation we got hung up on numerous times and the driver wouldn’t even take our call. So they ended up coasting up an extra $100 US to find a last min cab back and we had to walk over the border and back to the hotel in the cold. Not impressed.

Dear Niagara Falls Taxi Ltd, please teach your drivers some manners. Me and my family were walking up Murray st after fireworks finish tonight (around 10:20PM). At the entrance of Skylon a cab was pulling in while we were crossing the street. We were walking at our normal pace. Then this cab driver was accelerating towards us and drove around us dangerously. Worst of all, this cab driver then shouted at our back move your @$$e$ and laughed, then sped away. How rude! What bad attitude... This guy basically ruined our mood for the rest of our night. Thank you very much

The two taxi drivers that I had were friendly enough. I had no issue with them. I do have an issue with the people who dispatched them to me. I had to be dropped off in Pelham Ontario, and the taxi driver told me it was no problem taking me there. They said it was not a big deal to come pick me up. I was left stranded for two hours because she couldnt find the location. I even had the business owner give her directions since I couldnt. They told her what it looked like on the outside of the building and everything. Eventually the business owner ended up giving me ride to get me closer to Niagara Falls. I called again and a taxi driver came to get me. It turned out that the dispatcher didnt send anyone because she couldnt figure out the original location. So I give them 1 star. They could have at least called me back to tell me they were sending anyone, but they didnt. They just didnt bother to.

I gave the driver 20 USD cash which is more than 25 CAD when the fare was merely 15 CAD.The driver seemed to have no intentions to return the changes at all. What a prick! I asked him what he was doing, he (seemingly even upset about this ) said its 15 dollars ! Had a taxi try and either rip off my gf becuase he thought she was drunk OR try n kid nap her. After driving the completely wrong way for 5 mins and my gf complaining 5 times about it. She had the threaten the driver in order for him to stop and he continued to cirlce them untill they found a house to get in and call the company and another SAFE taxi. Ill never use yellow cab again. Scamer drivers and the comapny says oh sorry, notthing we can do. DONT NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ALONE WITH YOUR WIFE OR GF!!!!

The slowest taxi company Ive ever used. Called at 12:43 pm, by 1:05 still no taxi, called back to confirm and dispatch hung up on me mid sentence, this is a Tuesday in the off season 1 block from Clifton hill, shows up at 1:14 oy to pull in and leave with out coming to. 0 customer service. 0 human decency. Overall star rating is 0! To the drivers trying to steal from you; refusing to give you proper change back. Refusal of service because your in a wheelchair; driver made comments what will you do hobble around when asked if we could fold a manual wheelchair into the trunk. To reception when you call and complain you receive a hostile woman who will first argue with you that youre wrong & hang up on you if you ask for dispatch. To dispatch when I called back another vulgar, snarly woman answered to correct my complaint and hung up on me. I was encouraged to complain by one of their drivers as he, like us, was in such disbelief this was happening; all to find out the company he worked for did not genuinely care at all. We were then encourage to call the people who employ their service; Niagara Falls Police Commissioner. Basically, this is the worst transportation company; we will never return as customers; we will share our experience & refer people to take their business else where!

John in car 44 is the nicest driver I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My gf and I were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the Niagara Region and we really appreciated his tour of the various local hot spots! Afterwards, John even drove us to the airport!!! What a gentleman. There was no fuss at all! We both felt comfortable and I am definitely going to request him personally for all future rides. Don’t take my word for it though, ask for him yourself. You’ll see that he is a very safe and professional driver, and that his van is clean, fresh, and citrusy. We both felt safe on the highway to the airport and if there were more stars to award him I’d give this man a 10/10.

We called a taxi to our address, he didnt come all the way down our road to check for us and turned around and left emedietely (we were waiting on the porch with our lights on). When we called back to explain, the taxi then returned but checked even less area then prior. When the location is a crescent maybe they should be checking a but more thouroghly. Its just lazy customer service.

Cheaper than uber and they are professional taxi driver that know the city and when the city is jammed during summer months they know how to get you places fast and cheap.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY......AWFUL.In January 2018, my friend and I took her mom, who was visiting from Ireland to Niagara Falls. We took a taxi from Niagara Falls Taxi company to the Niagara casino. FANTASTIC company. The driver gave us a business card to call for a ride back to our hotel when we were ready to leave. When I called, the driver advised that due to a city by-law, he wasnt able to come directly to the casino entrance and we would have to take the first one in the taxi line. If we could walk to the sidewalk, he would be able to pick us up. Unfortunately, my friends mother, a lady in her mid 70s, was unable to walk that far. She is unsteady and requires a cane and holding onto our arm. She also can not walk far due to asthma.We left the casino followed the city by-law and went to the first cab in line. When he found out we werent going too far, he refused to take us and told us to go to the cab behind him. He could clearly see that my friends mother was having difficulty walking and breathing. We walked to the next cab and he didnt want to take us either. Both cabs were from CENTRAL TAXI. I admit, I did call him an ignorant B*!@*rd and he finally relented and said he would take us. The cost for the ride back was much more than the fare to the casino with Niagara Falls Taxi too.I called the company a couple of days later and made a complaint. I continued to call 4 more times throughout the month of January to get an update of my complaint. Near the end of January, I received a voice mail from the office in Ottawa, advising that I would be receiving a call from the Niagara Falls office within a week. Two weeks later, after not receiving a call, I contacted the company again and the man I spoke with stated that it was obviously a serious complaint if I received a call from the Ottawa office and they were probably dealing with the union. I understand if there is a process, however, as I explained to the last male, a follow up call or contact from someone providing me an update would be appreciated. He advised that he would forward my message and I should receive a call back.Over a month later, and I have heard nothing from the company and have left 2 more messages.Please do not give any business to this company, but use Niagara Falls Taxi for all your transportation needs.*****YOUR NAME WILL CARRY YOU FURTHER THAN YOUR FEET!!!! ****My friends and I will be sharing this throughout all of our social media....Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to let all of our family, friends and Facebook groups know about this company.The only reason I gave this company 1 star is because it wouldnt let me post with 0 stars. The driver we had decided to run a red light in one of the busiest intersections in the falls. We had our 4 month old in the back with us as well. He stopped middle of the intersection and waited for the light to turn green. He was more concerned with making conversation than paying attention to the roads. To make matters worse he never turned on his meter until the middle of the intersection. Get to where we are going and he decides to give us whatever price. We called the dispatch to file a complaint with one of the managers and never got a phone call back. They clearly do not care about the safety of their passages or customer service. So I would strongly recommend going with a different company.

Called for a cab and the driver was there in seconds, pleasant enough, took a direct route and we were charged fairly.
