NOTL Taxi provided great service for a girls wine tour! They were on time, friendly and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend! We even used them for a couple other taxi services into Niagara Falls and they were very efficient and reliable. Thank you for the great service!

I was stuck between Thorold and Niagara Falls with a flat bicycle tire, sporadic thunderstorms, and intense heat. I called another service first, and they said they dispatched a van cab to get me. They cancelled the trip because the driver claimed I was a no show even though I was standing at the address and no van came by at all. Was a clear lie that didnt help my stranded situation.I called THIS taxi service, and they sent a van cab within 20 minutes to pick me up so I could get to Niagara Falls on time to catch a train.Both the driver and the person on the phone understood my situation and were sincerely driven to help me out - Niagara on the Lake taxi saved the day!

Great driver, terrible service when trying to get a cab

Amazing service fast and great prices very clean I could smell the cleaner they use on to inside of the car with this covid around you cant be to safe and they showed they care about there customers by cleaning after every use. Thank you again I will definitely recommend this services to everyone!
