A physical mailbox with 24 hour access that also allows lettermail, 24 hour parcel boxes if you cant come during business hours, and an annual fee that includes some free packages every month all puts them head and shoulders above any other package receiver in the Buffalo/Niagara area.

For those who are looking for a mailbox or package reception on the US side of Niagara Falls, this is a great place!The setup process was easy, and the people running this place are very pleasant to deal with.Unlike some of the other places, this one is easily accessible to those without a car using the #50 or #55 buses - just be sure the bus goes to the Niagara Falls Transit Center just opposite the outlet mall.Highly recommended!
