I suspect some of these positive reviews must be fake. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life as I did with this company. I was looking for a mail forwarding service to have my parcel forwarded to Canada. Their website was the first that came up on my google search and the process seemed easy - my parcel should be forwarded within 2 days it says!LIES.A couple days after my parcel arrives I checked in with them to see if my parcel was being forwarded (as per instructions from the website). The girl said they were waiting to hear from the carrier and to check back in a couple days. The following week I called back twice. On both occasions their answering service answered and asked for my number and the lady told me someone would return my call.MORE LIES.I write them an email listing all the times I’ve tried to email and call them and that I just want to find out the status of my package.....again no response.Today after nearly 2 weeks I call again, a guy answers. At first I’m thinking, oh great! I can finally talk to someone....boy did that go downhill. I start to explain to him that I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks to find out where my parcel is but no one is helping me out, and he turns it around on me telling me IM being rude and that they don’t call or chase down customers. (Despite their answering service telling me TWICE that someone would return my call, AND the one and only email I got from them saying the carrier was supposed to contact me....oh sorry, my bad)Yes there may have been frustration in my voice, but I was by no means rude. I’m just a paying customer that is PAYING them for their service that they claim to offer. All I was expecting was simple answers to my questions. If they had said sorry, there’s been a delay with the carrier or just been slightly more informative and helpful I could’ve understood!! I’m not a difficult person! But when I’m starting to feel like I’m getting scammed AND being bullied at the same time, I have an issue with that! Signs of an abusive personality are when they turn the tables around and make it seem like it’s your fault...similar to what I experienced today.I do not recommend this place whatsoever, if you have a choice between here and somewhere else. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! (Unless of course you like being bullied then this is your place!)

Good option for Canadians living near the buffalo border to order product from the US for delivery. Easy pickup or small product can be forwarded for pickup in Oakville Ontatio.

Good service, got the job done. Would recommend if any Canadian need any shipping needs done at the boarder.

As a Canadian I have shared a suite here with my dad for over 10 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Darian and Matt are always friendly and helpful behind the counter plus the hours and location to the Whirlpool Bridge are extremely convenient. Our annual cost to rent a mailbox here even went down this year - a bonus! I highly recommend SGS Can Am mailboxes.

I gave this place of 2 * because it needs a facelift and renovation inside and outside. There is always only one person helping customers, which is not really a problem because it is never extremely busy.

Always excellent service, even when there is a line up. They got my package and were super nice, even though I was there too early. They need 3 hours to register your package after it has been delivered. I will follow the rules next time!! :)

The service here is extremely rude and they have no respect for their customers.The previous post is correct about fake reviews.I have personally seen them lock the doors and not open when a customer was right in front of the door.They have the arritude that they are being inconvenienced serving their customers during business hours.Matt and Sam the girl at the front desk are their names.

Used to be great, Ive had a mailbox there for over 10 years and Im simply sick and tired of their storage fees. Moving to CBI or American Mailbox where they understand a customers needs better.

Rude, poor customer service and over priced. After 3 years of dealing with them and having numerous issues, I have switched to a far more affordable competitor that doesnt charge a yearly fee for a suite rental and still charges less per box than I was paying with my preferred rate. When I told Darian I was considering switching last month as I found them to be rude he replied Ya, you do that and hung up on me. Also they advertise promotional rates on their website to get you there without mentioning all the catches anywhere. Without any *fine print, thats call false advertising, Darian.

SGS Can-Am Mailboxes is a hidden gem in shipping/receiving industry. I was there recently and customer service was incredible. In particular, Mr. Darian Lovejoy went wildly beyond the “call-of-duty” to assist me. An employee of such dedication is definitely worthy of a raise. (Hint: Joe B.)

Beware -- expect one of your packages to go missing once in a while. Your tracking information may say your package has arrived but it wont be able to be found in their facility. Lots of excuses as to why and sometimes the missing packages show up after a few weeks, resulting in an expensive parcel storage fee. Customer service can be poor at times. One advantage is the close proximity to the Whirlpool Bridge.
