Store has just closed when I approached the door, the gentleman came out to my car and asked If he could take my package for me and apologized that he had just closed. He noticed it had a prepaid label on it! So nice to know that some people are willing to go out of their way for customer service!

I contacted Mike from out of state to have a very large furniture piece and some additional items shipped from Buffalo to Colorado vis UPS freight. Mike handled everything from the residential pick up to tracking the order to my doorstep. I couldnt be more impressed with how carefully everything was packed and Mikes consistent communication. All of the items arrived in perfect condition. Mike and his team went above and beyond. I would ship with this UPS Store again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mike!

I wasnt sure about an online company I was going to order product from. I made a phone call to the UPS store the company was claiming to be using.UPS store staff did some research and it turned out to be a company with lots of complaints against it. Thank you UPS for saving me money, time and aggravation.

It seems like this location just opens & closes whenever it wants. I came here on NYE around 3:30 PM and it was closed. I looked online and the hours posted said that it should’ve been open. I thought maybe they closed early with the holiday the next day. I purposely checked the hours posted online for today and it’s supposedly open until 4 PM. I arrived at the store around 1:30 PM & it’s closed again.

Great experience.., fast, friendly, efficient and convenient. I’ve never had one issue with this business. I highly recommend.

First off this is the store you want to have your packages delivered too, yes they get very busy but if your patient they always do what they say plus go above & beyond, Mike and Ryan really do care about your packages, they do an excellent service to their community and local businesses will always come back and continue to support this UPS store A+++++++Thanks again for everything you do !!!

The Store is Ultimate,... from the leaves that blows in the door during the Fall, to the feeling I get that MY MAIL is Safe. UPS Store and the Customer Service @Wegmans Plaza, has always been great

I have been a direct customer there with mailbox for over a year and have to say that it has made my life much simpler. While the price may be prohibitive for some, I needed to maintain a US address (even though I am living in Canada again). These people are VERY friendly, always willing to help me, and I honestly believe this is because I am always friendly with them and very honest with them.

5 STARS!!!! I had the best experience with the staff at this location. Jacob, Mike, John, Barbara, Ryan, Tyler. We are on a time crunch and Tyler and Ryan were most gracious. My client had to notarize his documents. We were nightmare customers, I said it! The staff could not be more accommodating !!!!! They were fabulous!! They even helped find our lost car keys!!!!

The owner has been somewhat responsive and helpful in resolving evidence collection for a court case involving a suspicious corporation using one of their boxes for service of NY Secretary of State processes.I look forward to an updated reply from the owner once we serve the subpoena in the proper format!

Location never opens on time

I’ve been going to this location for years. Nothing but the best service. Every time I go in there I usually have no clue if I have everything I need and hopefully won’t have to make multiple trips to send one thing out (which usually it’s a return from amazon) But with the patience of this location and big help from Nikki, they are very highly recommend on my end!

Today I went to drop off some Christmas presents to be shipped. One of them was a long picture frame ad Ryan told us it would be tricky...he ended up helping us out and getting our package out to my Moms on time. Ryan was very helpful...even during the crazy stressful Christmas time.

I have used this store for many years and am very happy with there services, the staff are always helpful and proficient. I could only imagine a bad experience here being caused by the fault of the customer. As a Canadian there services are excellent for cross-boarder shopping.

We recently asked then to help with an international real estate closing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took a lot of care and were patient to male sure everything went right. Thanks!

Its hard to find good customer service these days, but Barbara is one those customer representative who cares. Ups should recognise hard working employees like her.

The hours have changed during the pandemic lock down! I came here just after closing and ran into an employee who said they keep trying to get the hours listed on Google changed but for some reason it isnt being approved.Edit: my photo with the new hours was removed! The new hours areMonday-Friday: 9-5Saturday & Sunday: Closed

The absolute worst!! I have ordered 3 packages. The first one...they said I made up my address!! Second package damaged! Third... signature verification. Said they were here 3 times, never were I never go anywhere...no note or knock. I have a dog which also would have barked like crazy. Trying to talk to someone impossible! They dont answer the phone or call people back.Dont use this store!!!

Came to get some documents notarized on the weekend and was taken earlier than my appointment to have them completed. Barbara was so friendly and the price was fantastic.

The service at this store has always been awesome. Ive been using this store for four years now without any problems. The review about the phishing scam company has nothing to do with the store itself or the service they provide. Any company providing PO Boxes cannot always verify if the person renting the box is legitimate.

This is my 1st time been in this store, services very good... all nice young people working there . Very satisfied ..highly recommend

There is a SCAM operation running out of this UPS Store:Mailbox #926, Web Listings Inc.This has been going on for years and this store knowingly continues to be the collection channel for them.I suggest not to do business with anyone that provide services to a SCAM operation.

I like the team here. Everyone is quick and helpful and John is really great.

I have had a mailbox at this store for over six years and have always had the best of service. There have been employee change overs in the last few years and all have been great to deal with.

Service was terrible the guy at the front desk did not even really speak. Sent my package and customer had to pay almost $200 to pick it up and he NEVER informed me of this information. Will never go through UPS ever again.

When you realize its not its too late. There is no way to contact the person (i.e. Web Listings) for a refund.There is no way to contact this company except via this PO box hosted by UPS. Just visited this store on the weekend and it was littered with signs! Bob helped me out with expertise and the people that were frequenting the UPS store were quite friendly. A couple fellow canucks were present as well! :DI kind of felt bad because I was half way through a Tim Hortons Blueberry muffin before I saw the no food or drink sign.... :P

The service attitude is really bad! If you go there you know.
