I booked my appointment on line. I had made them aware I couldnt wear a mask at the time of booking. I showed up on time for appointment at 11:00 am. The customer rep insisted that I wear a mask even after I made him aware I couldnt for a condition I had. There was no one else in the store he had his mask on and was behind a enclosed plastic partition. There was no valid reason not to respect my situation. I am appalled at the lack of knowledge the worker had about the legislation. It was a pure power trip he was on. I will never buy from Bell Canada again. I own a business with 10 mobile phones. I shall take my business elsewhere in the future.

I had big problem with my Samsung phone went to a Bell store in Niagara Falls On..the female that works for Bell Fix my phone in 45 seconds even some of my colleagues couldnt Fix it WOW was I impress with that female from Bell I did offer to pay her for work but refused because she did remember my wife buying a Samsung 11 a few months back,Bell we what to Thank You for the great service that you gave me and my wife.Richard and Debra Bisson

Ive been to this store a few times now and will continue to use this particular location. The manager has helped me on more then one occasion with pointing out my best options. This last time I didnt have allot of time so it was helpful that I was able to get in and out quickly with exactly what I needed.
Im the type of person to do my research before hand and ask allot of questions. I really appreciate when I get someone that doesnt make me feel rushed. Natalie took time with me and actually pointed out a few things I hadnt considered. Because of that I ended up being very happy with my choices. This will definitely be where I go from now on.

I had a horrible service from Rogers and went into the store to find a way out of my contract, I met Amanda and not only did she get me out of Rogers, she set me up with new iPhones and got me a better package then I had with more perks and less money!!! Goes to show you how great management and friendly service can go the extra mile. I will shop at this store in future purchases

If i could put no starts i would, for us since the very beginning in sept 2018 our internet drops out and has been getting worse all the time, line to the road replaced modem replaced numerous calls and now if we drop out less than 50 times in a day (24h) its a great day! cant watch a movie without interruptions. so my advice is if you have the same problems in the first 3 months RUN! because seems they cant find the problems very well. this is the last time we are trying to get it fixed then we are changing providers, we really should have don it a long time ago!!! stupid us.
I had the worst experience ever at this location. The store manager was incompetent to say the least. They misled me into buying internet service for tablet saying that it was the cheapest solution. They did not inform me on the 3 tier billing system they had, didn’t hand me a copy of my contract ( sign the sign sheet) and said there will be no activation fees. They assured me the charge for 2Gb internet was 30$ per month. Few days later, I received a notification from bell saying the account was blocked because service fees exceeded 50$. I called the store manager and bell customer service and everyone had a different explanation.. Natalie, the store manager insisted that she was right and told me she would investigate more. Today, I receive a bill from Bell for 87$ including activation fees and a bunch of extra fees because of usage outside of my plan. Long story short, stay away from Bell as service provider and from this location specifically. There is no sense of accountability since Bell outsources everything including their stores. I discovered along the way that Natalie, Bell store manager, doesn’t even work for Bell and can’t even issue a credit to compensate for her own incompetence.

Busy location but there is parking available, staff was nice but looked swamped with work, always a different phone comming out with a new plan for a limited time, then a slightly new phone with a small twist in a different plan, all in all not a terrible experience
