I was on a road trip when my laptop stopped working. I left a message when I got into town and the next morning when I was on my way they called me. Nate gave me some tips on must sees while in the area. Before the day was done they found a Trojan Virus, removed it and performed some updates. What great customer service. !! I called two weeks ago regarding sending a fax. Very nice people that work there very efficient. Theyre very conscientious of the 6ft social distance mask-wearing Etc. To send a fax I would recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the good work Nate

In such a small, behind the times city that I live in, I feel especially lucky to have Nates just down the street from me. They are always polite and professional with a hometown feel when you walk into the office, They are more then reasonably priced, unlike Office Max and others who really push it with their ridiculous fees for simple services. The father and son could not be more helpful. If it wasnt for nates I dont know how I would get a lot of my stuff printed it out and scanned. They are truly a wonderful establishment. So my regular guy closed down due to COVID. I made the mistake of going here. No urgency, no turnaround time, went to pick up my laptop several days later after they told me there was major problems with the motherboard and keyboard which had just been replaced a year earlier, and told me to throw out my $1400.00 machine. So I asked them to extract the data, which they hadnt done since they never called me, and that I would pick it up just before 5 p.m. Got there at 5:00 and the entire place was closed down. Like not even a 5 minute allowance for clock variance. So then took my laptop for a second opinion and it was fixable for under $100.00. Live and Learn.

I live in the falls not to far from Nate’s. Having some problems with my custom built pc taking to nates to get it fixed in the morning. Let’s see what they say.

In my opinion, one of the worst feelings in the world is the feeling of being ripped off. Nates computer repair on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls was recommended for some work I needed done to my laptop. I had taken it apart and tried to clean the keyboard which had had juice spilled on it but unfortunately turned out to be more than what I could handle so needed help. All I needed was a keyboard and for the laptop to be put back together and this is what I explained to the gentleman when I entered the shop. I saw a keyboards for sale for as low as $10 online so I didnt expect there to be much of a cost. I was contacted and told that for the replacement keyboard it would come out to $89. I asked if there would be a charge if I just picked the laptop up and I was told $40 for a diagnostic which makes no sense because I already knew what was wrong with it and communicated it to the staff so there was nothing to diagnose. I personally believe I was just scammed out of at least $40. The positive that I can state is that the new keyboard does work.
